The food was delicious. I had the dry hot noodles with peanut sauce and chili oil...it was fire! My hubby had the Chicken Ranen soup. It was a large bowl and has leftovers. He said it was very good...he even commented, I woukd come back, and we will. The server was good. After our arrival it quickly filled up and she handled it like a pro. Eventually, I believe who are the owners, also stepped in to help. They were all so nice. The place is cute, although it's not that big, everyone was accommodated. It filled up quickly because the food is that good. Oh and they have decent restrooms!

We came here waking up after EDC Day 3. All the places we tried were packed so we were glad to have found Noodlehead. It was such a gem find. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. We got a fried rice and noodle soup. It was so delicious and what I needed to replenish. I definitely plan on coming back when I am in town and craving Chinese food( or need a soup dish). The venue is cute and very intimate located in a big plaza with many other businesses.

Very few customers when we arrived at 6pm, but it quickly filled up. Took 25 minutes for our two bowls of beef noodle soup to come out, unusually long in my book. I tried the non-spicy version and it was very good with a deep beef flavor in the broth and melt in your mouth chunks of beef brisket. Five stars for sure, just wish the service was faster. Cameo appearance by a robotic waiter.

Off the strip, this place was a welcome break from the more touristy spots. Relatively inexpensive, generous portions and very kind service. The food was great. Perfect for the cold weather.

Offered at a range of spice-levels, Malaysian Curry using Coconut Milk to keep Chilies in check, Dan Dan Noodles come tingly but not fiery in a huge bowl for just $10.95 while similarly priced Chow Mein performs well for more timid palates. Adding Chinese Beef Rolls that come densely packed with Meat, or faultless Scallion Pancakes for those seeking something lighter, Yibin Burning Noodle are a worthy "signature" from the Chef's home town that adds Pickled Vegetables and Peanuts to the mix. Open for lunch and dinner daily Noodlehead also offers exceptional Vegetarian options such as Black Fungus and Cucumber Salad or Crispy Satay Tofu across a diverse menu from which almost anyone can find something to suit their tastes.

This is my second time visiting Noodlehead. I really love the Crispy Satay Tofu. We also ordered the Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle. The beef was fantastic. I found the noodles to be a bit overdone. The dining area is very casual, nothing fancy. It does have a serving robot, although this time it just followed our server instead of serving is on our own. It's a good place for a quick bite.

Walked in on Saturday around 12pm was seated immediately. The server was really nice and parking was easy. I ordered the popcorn chicken and beef noodle soup. I got the spicy level one which was a numbing feeling just right level of spicy for me. The popcorn chicken flavor was nice the portion is on the lower side. I really liked the beef noodle soup flavor at a very affordable price. Inside was clean and neat.

I wanted to try out a new noodle place other than the popular spots in town. I walked in at 6pm and noticed there was not a single other customer. Even so, i wanted to be optimistic. This place was a huge disappointment. I ordered what I always order at the other restaurants, chicken mushroom soup. There was absolutely no flavor. The broth tasted like water and salt.

Back again, their noodles are sooooo good! I had the beef brisket noodles this time. The brisket wasn't very tendoney, it was more meaty. Since they make their noodles daily and they know what they're doing. In my opinion, their noodles rival even some of the crappier so called hand pulled noodle places that are popping up simply because a lot of people think hand pulled noodles should have the consistency of spaghetti pasta and that's really really far from the true consistency of good hand pulled noodles. The robot was on a union break while we were here tonight and the workers actually had to di the serving, but then again, the food came out a whole lot faster.

Date night in Vegas and you're craving noodles? Head to Chinatown and check out this hidden gem off Jones and Desert Inn in the northwest shopping center. Noodlehead definitely is hidden, tucked away inside a thriving and bustling strip mall, but they have ample parking. We did call ahead for a table, just in case, as it was Saturday night, but it wasn't too crowded when we arrived and we were seated right away! Our waitress was lovely! She asked if it was our first time in and then explained the menu to us - everything is customizable so you don't have to stress about screwing up your order (cough, me, cough) and it being too spicy to eat. We started with shrimp tempura and ordered dan dan noodles and beef brisket noodles. The portions are excellent for the price and the smells will make you drool for days! The hand-pulled noodles are delicious, the broth is outstanding, and the meat was tasty. Overall, we are more than happy with this choice and we will be back to try the chow mein and fried rice!

Excellent spot and authentic Sichuan - really hits the spot for comfort food!!! Everything we ordered was very tasty- some items are quite spicy so just beware if you can't handle spice. We got their: onion pancake (scallion pancake - nice, hot and crispy), cucumber & black fungus/mushroom appetizer, crispy satay tofu (which another couple walked to our table to ask what we ordered since it looked so good), spicy wonton (yay finally a place that does not add shrimp in these), Sichuan chicken in chili oil (chicken very tender but just wish this dish was a bit more spicy), yibin burning noodle (very good - don't forget to mix it around before you eat it, nice spice), Szechuan beef brisket noodle (don't miss out on this - beef so tender and this whole dish is very tasty but it is quite spicy for those that don't eat spice) & their lemongrass tea (tastes very similar to lemonade). Overall can't wait to come back!!! They look to also have a good takeout biz too! So glad I discovered this place - don't miss it!!! As soon as we knew it is open, we hurried here to try it out. We had dinner here today and it was really good! I'm from Chengdu and these noodle dishes are very authentic and tasty! The spicy level varies from mild to super hot with numerous choices of taste.They also have several types of noodle to choose from, like wide noodle, knife shaved, etc. We had two kinds, the signature Yibin burning noodle was super delicious! And the SiChuan style rib noodle, ribs were very tasty and tender, the soup was spicy but going well with the freshly made noodle. Yummy yummy!! They also have many small dishes, and even Mongolian fried noodle and Indian noodle( have to they later). Owner proudly recommended the Sichuan beef noodle, must try!!! Overall this new restaurant is worth the trip if you love chinese noodles. It is located near168 market - very convenient location. Waitresses are very tentative and polite, speak good English too. This is going to be our new place to hang out with friends and enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisine. Come try it! read more

as a noodle lover, i really wanted to check out noodlehead. it's simple spot in chinatown tucked in the corner of a strip mall. we ordered the yibin burning noodle and peking sauce noodle. the peking sauce noodles was good! however, the yibin burning noodle was disappointing. it may be my fault for ordering it with less spice but the noodles were pretty dry. the flavor was great, so i would be opening to trying again with no spice level modifications. read more

This place was really good. The staff here is really nice. A lot of the dishes here are spicy. My favorite thing here was the popcorn chicken and spicy wontons. My boyfriend and I decided to try out this place on a whim and we were pleasantly surprised at how fast the service was, considering it was peak dinner time. The food was absolutely delicious and the Szechuan noodle soup packed quite a bit of heat! Brisket and veggies were cooked perfectly as well. I heard this restaurant from a friend, I tried the house special yibing burning noodle and it was really unique and authentic. I loved the flavor and the spiciness was really on point. I highly recommend coming to this noodle shop and try it out. Our waitress was CC and she had great positive energy. read more

This was our 1st time dining in. Usually we'd order for pick up. Great service. Very clean establishment. Accommodated our party of 5 easily, no wait time. Food was delicious. We ordered; egg fried rice, chicken chow mein, dan dan noodles, spicy wontons, & chicken potstickers. ALL full of great flavors. Our kids loved everything. We spent $72, Portions & pricing are definitely worth it. We'll always stop by here whenever we're in vegas. read more

Hand made noodles in a soup that was cooked for 24 hours. You don't need much more of a reason to come here than that. The servers were kind and helpful. I had the beef brisket noodles which were both spicy and rich at the same time, along with the popcorn chicken. Both were very good. The prices are amazing for the quality of food. read more

Authentic hand pulled Chinese noodles? Sign me up any day of the week. Generous portions and perfectly spiced/seasoned Sichuan beef noodle soup mixed with hand pulled noodles made the same afternoon make as authentic a combination as you can get. Aside from the noodles, the tapas exceeded expectations and then some, with my favorite being the fried chicken or calamari, which had me mopping up the seasoning after the meat was gone. read more

Clean and friendly with some good food. Chicken Potsticker: It was light and crispy. Simple potsticker with some soy dipping sauce. Beef Brisket Noodle: The broth was good and tasted good with the slightly chewy noodles. The star was the beef. It was tender and flavorful. Wish I had more. Great service, very clean restaurant, food was well prepared. Szechuan Beef Noodle (w/ shank) - I got the version with thinly sliced shank, in hindsight I would've liked the brisket version better, I don't like the thinly sliced meat in this preparation as much. Flavor was outstanding though. 5/5 Yibin Burning Noodle - Nice looking dish, the flavors were not my favorite, but still good. 4/5. I was really excited to try this place because it had a lot of really good reviews. The place itself is very clean and modern. However, as soon as you walk in the AC of the unit seemed to be broken since they had two fans going on, which was not enough to be eating hot noodles. The servers were really nice and attentive but the food was just not as good as I thought it would be. We ordered the Dan Dan Noodles, Cucumber salad, chicken pot stickers, some sort of fish balls, and the spicy wonton noodles. The dan Dan noodles were not good at all the taste was just different. Something in the noodles made our tongues have a tingling sensation. The cucumber salad was also really bad, it had garlic but the garlic tasted old or like it had been sitting on there for a long time. The only thing that was good were the pot stickers. read more

This place is delicious! Authentic, homemade Chinese dishes. You can tell they are made with love. I came here for my birthday with some friends and was not disappointed. The Mongolian beef chow mein, black fungus, fried tofu, popcorn chicken... omg it was all sooo tasty! Will definitely be coming back. The staff were especially great--they knew it was my birthday and played along when my friend's surprised me with a cake! Really a great establishment. read more

This is now my favorite noodle place in Vegas! They have a lot of unique dishes, especially the curry noodle soup and fish/pickled vegetables noodle soup. Good variety of spicy and not spicy dishes. Friendly staff! Also, the wait is never bad, unlike some other places! read more

Wow. Just wow. The beef noodles were so amazingly delicious. The beef was melt in your mouth tender, the soup was seasoned to perfection, authentic hit-the-spot flavor and not packed with salt unlike so many other places. The popcorn chicken with the crispy outside have my mouth watering right now just thinking about it. One of the true gems in vegas and absolutely worth the wait when they're busy. Go early in the morning or later in the afternoon to avoid the lunch rush. These guys know what they're doing. 10 stars! read more

I am a big fan of chowmein so I was searching around for the best. Noodlehead happened to pop up. I decided to give them a try, since they specialize in noodles. I ordered just a plain vegetable chowmein with extra noodles to go $19.50. When I got home I was excited to eat it, but they had a weird smell to it. Kind of like a burnt oil or plastic smell. I tried them anyways, the noodles were good, but couldn't get passed the smell. I brought some to work with me for lunch, ended getting some orange chicken from another place nearby to mix it in to see if that would kill the smell. It didn't. I ate them anyways, but kinda makes me not want to go there again. Maybe another try and see if it was just a one time things. read more

The service is absolutely horrendous. Missing 2 soups when I saw other tables get served with food first when they were still waiting in line as I was being seated. It's a shame because the food wasn't that bad. It just took 40 mins for 4 bowls of soup. Not coming here again, especially because there's other good places across the street. read more

Ordered spicy wontons which were good Calamari pretty good as well but a lemon or dipping sauce would be nice Tried ordering the Mongolian beef chow mein the waitress came back and said it would be 30 minutes for them to make the noodles She then recommended Mongolian beef and fried rice..we said that was fine We then get served fried rice with beef We called the waitress back over who pointed out that we got fried rice with beef and that she was soeey we didn't like it. She then came put with the check giving us 20% off the item that we didn't order or eat. The rice had no flavor it needed some soy sauce or seasoning and the beef was really tough 2. Very weird encounter..I ended up not wanting 2 argue but I learned my lesson and won't be coming back. read more

I have taken friends, clients, and colleagues, and the response has been uniformly positive. The menu has changed over time, but the dim sum classics are all there, often with a nouveau twist. What really got me was coming for dinner with a large group, where we could really savor the seafood, noodle, and meat dishes. I'm not going to run down the list because everything I've tried has been excellent, and I've tried most of the menu. We always enjoy decapitating the crispy mochi ducklings, filled of course with minced pork. The wagyu steak and wagyu fried rice, the xiao long bao with vinegar caviar, and salt and pepper tofu are all winners. The interiors are beautiful and give a different feel wherever you sit. Bring a friend or bring a large group and go to town.

The pork soup dumplings came with a black vinegar "caviar" that complimented the flavors in the soup portion. The crispy eel rice had a great char on the eel and the rice was crispy without being overly crunchy. According to kid 3, the notable mention was the crunch dragon wings that had the "perfect spice and really crunchy skin." Oh, and kid 1 was not a fan of the ducklings, she realized that she's not a fan of 5-spice which these had an overpowering flavor of. Overall, great experience but for the price we paid vs what we got was not worth it. The lychee martini! That was sensational, if you're 21 and enjoy a sweeter cocktail, this one is for you! Service was top notch, the ladies and gentlemen know what they are doing there.

What made it doubly disappointing is this was ordered for my birthday and I was really looking forward to some good Korean food. Not gonna cross them off just yet but you need to do better. No response when someone is displeased is not acceptable. I didn't ask for anything more than a response. Definitely a big strike one.
