The food was delicious. I had the dry hot noodles with peanut sauce and chili oil...it was fire! My hubby had the Chicken Ranen soup. It was a large bowl and has leftovers. He said it was very good...he even commented, I woukd come back, and we will. The server was good. After our arrival it quickly filled up and she handled it like a pro. Eventually, I believe who are the owners, also stepped in to help. They were all so nice. The place is cute, although it's not that big, everyone was accommodated. It filled up quickly because the food is that good. Oh and they have decent restrooms!

We came here waking up after EDC Day 3. All the places we tried were packed so we were glad to have found Noodlehead. It was such a gem find. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. We got a fried rice and noodle soup. It was so delicious and what I needed to replenish. I definitely plan on coming back when I am in town and craving Chinese food( or need a soup dish). The venue is cute and very intimate located in a big plaza with many other businesses.

Very few customers when we arrived at 6pm, but it quickly filled up. Took 25 minutes for our two bowls of beef noodle soup to come out, unusually long in my book. I tried the non-spicy version and it was very good with a deep beef flavor in the broth and melt in your mouth chunks of beef brisket. Five stars for sure, just wish the service was faster. Cameo appearance by a robotic waiter.

Off the strip, this place was a welcome break from the more touristy spots. Relatively inexpensive, generous portions and very kind service. The food was great. Perfect for the cold weather.

Offered at a range of spice-levels, Malaysian Curry using Coconut Milk to keep Chilies in check, Dan Dan Noodles come tingly but not fiery in a huge bowl for just $10.95 while similarly priced Chow Mein performs well for more timid palates. Adding Chinese Beef Rolls that come densely packed with Meat, or faultless Scallion Pancakes for those seeking something lighter, Yibin Burning Noodle are a worthy "signature" from the Chef's home town that adds Pickled Vegetables and Peanuts to the mix. This is my second time visiting Noodlehead. I really love the Crispy Satay Tofu. We also ordered the Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle. The beef was fantastic. I found the noodles to be a bit overdone. The dining area is very casual, nothing fancy. It does have a serving robot, although this time it just followed our server instead of serving is on our own. It's a good place for a quick bite.

Walked in on Saturday around 12pm was seated immediately. The server was really nice and parking was easy. I ordered the popcorn chicken and beef noodle soup. I got the spicy level one which was a numbing feeling just right level of spicy for me. The popcorn chicken flavor was nice the portion is on the lower side. I really liked the beef noodle soup flavor at a very affordable price. Inside was clean and neat.

I wanted to try out a new noodle place other than the popular spots in town. I walked in at 6pm and noticed there was not a single other customer. Even so, i wanted to be optimistic. This place was a huge disappointment. I ordered what I always order at the other restaurants, chicken mushroom soup. There was absolutely no flavor. The broth tasted like water and salt.

Back again, their noodles are sooooo good! I had the beef brisket noodles this time. The brisket wasn't very tendoney, it was more meaty. Since they make their noodles daily and they know what they're doing. In my opinion, their noodles rival even some of the crappier so called hand pulled noodle places that are popping up simply because a lot of people think hand pulled noodles should have the consistency of spaghetti pasta and that's really really far from the true consistency of good hand pulled noodles. The robot was on a union break while we were here tonight and the workers actually had to di the serving, but then again, the food came out a whole lot faster.

Date night in Vegas and you're craving noodles? Head to Chinatown and check out this hidden gem off Jones and Desert Inn in the northwest shopping center. Noodlehead definitely is hidden, tucked away inside a thriving and bustling strip mall, but they have ample parking. We did call ahead for a table, just in case, as it was Saturday night, but it wasn't too crowded when we arrived and we were seated right away! Our waitress was lovely! She asked if it was our first time in and then explained the menu to us - everything is customizable so you don't have to stress about screwing up your order (cough, me, cough) and it being too spicy to eat. We started with shrimp tempura and ordered dan dan noodles and beef brisket noodles. The portions are excellent for the price and the smells will make you drool for days! The hand-pulled noodles are delicious, the broth is outstanding, and the meat was tasty. Overall, we are more than happy with this choice and we will be back to try the chow mein and fried rice!

A very clean, small restaurant with good service. We ordered noodle soups. Both were tasty but spicier than expected. The noodle soups had an obvious layer of oil which was not appealing. We also ordered beef rolls and jelly noodle which tasted good. Peanuts were in almost everything but not mentioned as ingredients in the menu. read more

Walked into an empty restaurant on a Tuesday night! Clearly the locals haven't found this hidden gem. The waitresses were super nice and attentive. Food was AMAZING! We tried the Yibin Burning Noodle and it was spicy but also full of flavor! Next time maybe I would ask to be a little less on the spice if that's possible. Also tried the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup and it was perfect for a cold night! Next time we are in town we will definitely be back! read more

This is a sleeper noodle house. Number one you can actually find a parking place! The restaurant is bigger inside than it looks from the outside. The owner greeted us and we were able to be seated right away for dinner. I knew it was going to be a good dinner since most everyone in the place was Asian. The pot stickers were really good. We ordered the chicken fried rice it was ok. Not bad but not much flavor. The brisket noodle bowl was amazing. Noodles were very good. Broth was amazing. We also ordered the Spicy pork rib noodle bowl. It was one of the best I have found in town. Overall food was great! The help was very attentive. And I didn't have to wait for two hours to get a table. I will definitely be going back. You won't be disappointed! read more

I had D2, Schezuan Beef Brisket Noodle Soup. I was expecting spice because of the spice rating on the menu, but I couldn't taste it. The beef was lean, some pieces were firmer than others which made it difficult to eat. I only got two pieces on bok choy in my bowl. It was one vegetable cut in half. For LV standards, the food is okay. Compared to SGV however, the food lacks flavor and depth. I do feel bad for giving only two stars, but the service was subpar. Tables that sat after us received their abundance of food and left before our table got our complete order. Maybe it was because it was busy, but it's not fair to neglect certain tables. I personally would rather wait the 2 hours for China Mama across the street because we spent the exact same amount of time here anyways. read more

The noodle I ordered tasted so fresh and chewy just like homemade! The beef in my noodle soup was really tender and juicy! Beef flavored soup tastes rich and so satisfying! I also ordered a side dish - fried spring rolls stuffed with shrimp which is just delicious! The house looks nice and clean, service is friendly and comfortable. I happened to be in town and was craving house made noodles. My friends and I came here and enjoyed the dishes. We ordered an array of items off the menu. For me, my favorite was the beef brisket noodle. The beef was so tender and the soup base was flavorful. Anyone going here HAS to try the popcorn chicken. It was perfectly crispy. The service was great. Our server was incredibly friendly. Can't wait to go back! read more

My experience at Noodlehead was all positive. The food was so delicious & savory. I had the beef brisket noodle bowl, & I can honestly say, it was the tastiest bowl of noodles I have ever had. The beef was tender, & the broth was full of flavor. The staff were as pleasant as I could have hoped for; accommodating & friendly. Later this year, when I visit my son in Vegas, this will definitely be on the top of my list to eat at, so that I can enjoy another wonderful meal. read more

Im thinking we didn't order the right food. Im sure the noodle bowl would have been better. But, that's not we wanted. Now I am thinking we were at the wrong restaurant all together. I came here as the second time and the food is just as great as I remember it. The noodles are super fresh and chewy which is that perfect consistency foodies want. This was by far the best noodle shop I've been to in Vegas. Our server Krystal (with a k) was absolutely amazing and gave the best recommendations. We had the onion pancakes (I went back today just for an order of these), the shrimp egg rolls, the brisket noodles, and the chicken chow mein which was the best chow mein I've ever had. We came here today because we were looking for a good noodle place after we got done with groceries shopping at 168 market. This is a small restaurant but very nice and clean and my servers are very attentive always come by and check on us. We order beef spicy noodle , curry chicken noodle and chongqing style spicy noodle , spicy wontons and chicken in chili oil for appetizers. They are all very delicious. If you come here , try the cold appetizer chicken in chili oil. I don't know what is it but the sauce for the chicken is very yummy. read more

I really really liked this place. We had plans at an area nearby so after a yelp check I found this restaurant. I am so happy I did. It's a newer restaurant in the same center as 168 market and fuku burger. The food was outstanding. Hubby and friends ordered soup and they said it was wonderful. I came with my dad we ordered 2 orders of chow mein and some fried rice. My food must've gotten lost cause it didn't arrive until my dad was half way through his meal. And it wasn't good, noodles were mediocre, same as any other Chinese restaurant but the chicken was actually awful and chewy and rubbery. I wouldn't recommend. read more

We were out and about and *starving*, when Yelp suggested this little noodle shop nearby. And y'all...this is the real deal. The shop is small but well kept, and the staff are INCREDIBLY friendly. I didn't grab our servers name, unfortunately, but she was so sweet and such a delight! The food itself is delicious, and the portions generous. If homemade noodles are what you're craving, Noodlehead is *the* spot. read more

Wow - just the best hand pulled noodles I've had in a while. We got the beef noodle soup and the noodles are just the right amount of chewy and soft and the seasoning was spot on. The tapas were also really tasty (our favorites were the sliced beef in chili sauce, popcorn chicken, and calamari). Nothing was too oily or heavy. Highly recommend this hidden gem! read more

Noodlehead was amazing! This cute little place just opened up and it had delicious food. The restaurant was warm and inviting. I am celiac and the server knew exactly which items were safe for me and confirmed with the chef. I can't say enough about the excellent service. I had the cucumber and black fungus salad which had amazing flavor and the satay tofu with peanut sauce. So good! My husband had the Szechuan beef brisket noodle and loved it. He heated it up the day after and it smells amazing. We definitely will be back! read more

Lots of Asian food such as poke, curry, ramen, and even a small market with onigiri. This was the perfect spot for an indecisive morning. After the stall opened, I tried the bulgogi fries and and my girlfriend grabbed some musubi from another stall. It was a nice little brunch given the variety of options. It was also a decently spacious area with plenty of seating that arranged all group sizes. Parking was plenty as well.

What really got me was coming for dinner with a large group, where we could really savor the seafood, noodle, and meat dishes. I'm not going to run down the list because everything I've tried has been excellent, and I've tried most of the menu. We always enjoy decapitating the crispy mochi ducklings, filled of course with minced pork. The wagyu steak and wagyu fried rice, the xiao long bao with vinegar caviar, and salt and pepper tofu are all winners. The interiors are beautiful and give a different feel wherever you sit. Bring a friend or bring a large group and go to town.

Everything was good, but the best of the bunch were the pork soup dumplings and the eel crispy rice. The pork soup dumplings came with a black vinegar "caviar" that complimented the flavors in the soup portion. The crispy eel rice had a great char on the eel and the rice was crispy without being overly crunchy. According to kid 3, the notable mention was the crunch dragon wings that had the "perfect spice and really crunchy skin." Oh, and kid 1 was not a fan of the ducklings, she realized that she's not a fan of 5-spice which these had an overpowering flavor of. Overall, great experience but for the price we paid vs what we got was not worth it. The lychee martini! That was sensational, if you're 21 and enjoy a sweeter cocktail, this one is for you! Service was top notch, the ladies and gentlemen know what they are doing there.

No response when someone is displeased is not acceptable. I didn't ask for anything more than a response. Definitely a big strike one.
