Service was great, walked in sat ordered and served everything all at once. Ordered to much food but overall everything was decent. The soups had tender meat (beef, pork) in each dish broth was a little on bland side but wasn't bad. Onion pancakes tasted like tortillas more than anything and heavy on the greasy side. The calamari was light and easy to chew only thing was there was no dipping sauce. The popcorn chicken was ok the photos taken from the business owner on Yelp didn't match what we received. Ordered the veggie chow mein was good wasn't that great but was edible. Lastly ordered all 4 flavors of mochi, (Sesame, Mango, Green Tea and Lavender) Sesame tasted like Nutella almost, I wasn't a fan of the Mango it had a weird taste, Green Tea tasted stronger than most mochi we have had and my favorite was the Lavender it was somewhat floral and yummy. Mochi tasted like it was made in house than ordered from a warehouse. Overall, was a great place to try for a night out with the family. read more

OMG!!! My sister, bf and myself were craving noodle soup. I didn't want ramen or pho' so only other option normally would be order the beef soup from Shang. So glad we didn't. Saw reviews and pics of the food here and it was decently priced so I thought why not try something new. Totally not disappointed. We ordered the chix. mush. soup, Szechuan brisket soup, spicy wonton, popcorn chix, beef rolls, Mongolian beef chow mein and Dan Dan noodle. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend Noodlehead! Have dined here and enjoyed the tofu satay, chicken potstickers, beef brisket soup and Szechuan beef brisket noodle soups! Have also more often picked up take out noodle soups and ordering on the phone and picking up orders have always been stress-free and pleasant. One time while waiting for my orders, the nice server even asked me to sit down and offered me water -- which I declined but it was appreciated because most restaurants don't bother. This extra and the very good snd flavorful soups make us keep coming back here! read more

Amazing noodle dishes! I ended up finishing both my wife and my noodle soups. We initially headed to a ramen restaurant across the street only to find no parking and a crowded line. Decided to park across the street and look for other restaurants and found this little gem! Wonderful meal for National Chinese Food and Movie Watching Day Eve. The sliced beef plate was AMAZING. Cold chicken app is great as well. They make a delicious cucumber and black fungus salad (it's actually a combo platter where both are separate from each other). The Dan Dan noodles had that great numbing quality of Szechuan peppercorn and the Szechuan spicy beef brisket noodles were delicious. I really wanted to give this a try and hope it was just as good as my favorite noodle place, Magic Noodle. However, the fish noodle soup was too salty and unenjoyable. Usually I get the fish noodle soup at Magic Noodle and the broth just taste super flavorful and has the perfect amount of acidity. Same thing with the schezuan beef noodle, the broth was light and does not have a strong beef flavor. We also had the spicy wontons which has a strong vinegar flavor if you enjoy that but not as strong on umami. However, the Chinese beef roll was really good and service as fast. read more

The manager (I think she was the manager, not entirely sure) was super friendly. Same with the waitress that was working. Food was top tier. Not much more to say about it, besides to go and try it out if you are craving some Chinese noodles. Food is good but service has gone down. I had great service back in March when I was served by Chris. She was upbeat & was very good at explaining the menu. We had the Curry chicken noodles & the Szechuan Beef Noodle Soup. I also had the housemaid Lemongrass Tea which she recommended & my friend had the milk tea which she told us about. We also shared a coconut jelly. She was very good at her recommendations & bussed the table. Her service was spot on. She definitely gets 5 Stars... On the other hand Unfortunately this time we had an older lady & another girl who didn't speak good English. The older lady was abrupt & almost rude. She didn't recommend anything, just took our order. We had the same two soups. But this time we only drank water. She acted like she didn't want to wait tables anymore, TBH. No smiles or nothing. We were looking for a great Noodle restaurant while in Vegas. Looked on yelp and Noodlehead had 5 stars so we thought we try it. I ordered the Chicken chow mein, and my husband and friends ordered ramen. We also ordered the chicken fried rice. OMG! This was the best Noodle restaurant we have ever been to! The chow mein was delicious as was the rice. The Ramen was also delicious!! This will definitely be our Noodle place when we visit Vegas! As you walk in, the place has a homely feel. We ordered the beef brisket noodle soup Szechwan style beef noodle soup and beef roll. All I can say is Delicious. Best beef roll I have ever had. As for the Szechwan soup, taste was good but real authentic spice level of a Szechwan so be careful. Not only that but the customer service was superb. And I was told that the noodles were freshly made daily, and believe you me it definitely didn't taste processed. I recommend this place for sure because I will come back and try it again. read more

Honestly the BEST food I had during my trip in Vegas. You must try the Ground Beef dry noodles and the one with peppers. I got the Beef Brisket Noodles as well and sadly wasn't a fan but them dry noodles completed my trip forsure. Now I'm back in Chicago wishing I had them!!
