I usually come to this location for my creamy cheddar Mac and a few other menu items that me and my coworker order but today was not a good experience. Ever since they transferred the other workers from another location there about a month ago quality has gone down. The male manager is pretty nice and the Filipino girl that was the cashier was awesome but the new hire of ladies have no customer service, they don't talk, smile or say anything just look at you. I was being nice today to leave a tip but when she handed me my food she was just non engaging and wouldn't even acknowledge me. I got my tip back from the manager and I've never done that. After that she just gave me odd looks. My macaroni today randomly had some pieces of bacon and green onion. It overpowered everything. They need to slow down and reevaluate their jobs. Hmmmmm? I've been at Noodles & Co a multiple amount of times and the initial walk-in was somewhat awkward for whatever reason the staff was decently friendly. The service was good. The food was definitely definitely below average than I've had in the past. It was almost as if I was eating a bowl of zucchini noodles with soup. i've gotten this meal a bunch of different times and I do have to say this is probably the only time it's been bad. It was the zucchini noodles with a cream garlic sauce, which is more like zucchini noodles in a soup or a watery some kind of sauce with grilled chicken that was soggy, two minutes into the meal. The store was clean. The south was friendly. The service was good this will not be a dealbreaker for me ever eating at noodles ever again that's for sure cause I do love me some Noodles & Co! but I was a little disappointed today, but can't win them all. It is no wonder this is such a low rated store. Time one: ordered Pad Thai with chicken. Got the Pad Thai. Got no chicken but instead got about five scrambled eggs. Time two: ordered Pasta Fresca. In my opinion, this isn't the best Noodles & Company, but it isn't the worst location either. It's local and convenient to grab a quick bite to eat. When we place an order online ahead of time it's always ready when we arrive. We like the pad Thai with tofu (okay, we know the recipe is not very authentic!), while our son enjoys the spaghetti, minus the meatballs. The portions are large and the prices are fair. We don't visit here often, but when we do it's mostly reliable. Perhaps the store has picked up their game in light of previous poor reviews. read more

We ordered our food, picked it up and ate dinner at about 7pm. At 3am the food poisoning had presented itself and for the next 16 hours I had constant vomiting and diarrhea along with a migraine. I obviously could not go to work and we also had to change our flights for the holidays due to not being able to fly under these conditions. I went there today to get lunch. The store hours say 11:00am. I got there at 12:05 and the doors were still locked. As I was getting in my car, someone comes and opens the doors. I walk in with another couple and go to place my order at the cashier after standing there for a couple minutes, someone finally says we will be with you in a minute. After a minute some gal, I assume as the supervisor or manager as she had the keys to open the store, comes and tapes a sign up that says they are only accepting online orders. Doesn't say anything to me so I ask her about it. She says yep only online orders are accepted. She says you can scan the QR code and it'll take you to the site. Before writing anything, I need to disclose that I went into this visit coming off a bad previous experience at a Noodles & Company location in Boise, ID. So I had high expectations thinking it couldn't be any worse than my last try, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I start out ordering a 3pc potstickers for my beautiful wife and daughter. I had the potstickers in Boise and didn't care for them, but they love good potstickers and wanted to give them a fair shot. Needless to say, they were just as bland and poorly cooked here without much difference from what I had just a few hundred miles Northwest. And for whatever odd reason they were play as pancakes. My beautiful wife struggled to eat them and our beautiful daughter spit them out. I at least give the chain points for consistency! Moved on to order for my beautiful wife. I asked her what she wanted to try and she named three dishes (this is at the register in front of the person helping us, after ordering the potstickers, which comes back later in the review). Figured I would order two different ones and we could split them. Started out with the Penne Rosa: Tomatoes, Spinach, Mushrooms and Penne, Parmesan on top, without any proteins. So far, so good in the ordering process. Dish #2 - Simple Buttered Egg Noodles. Cashier "Sorry, we're out of egg noodles." No biggie, I'll order the third dish my beautiful wife wanted to try... Dish #3 - Pesto Cavatappi Cashier "Uh, we're out of those noodles too". I asked the cashier what noodles the noodle company had available, and she looked at the menu to let us know they had Penne, Elbow, and Spaghetti. I agreed to alter my order of Pesto Cavatappi to Penne noodles. Sure as rain, two bowls of Penne Rosa come out AFTER talking about ordering different dishes while at the counter. I approached the cashier as it appeared we received two of the exact same dish, and I couldn't tell which one was the Pesto Cavatappi with Penne noodles. She explained the way she understood my request to change the dish to Penne noodles, meant the entire dish to Penne Rosa, not just change the noodle type in the Pesto dish I ordered. The word "Rosa" never made an appearance in the conversation of switching the pasta to Penne, I can assure you. To her credit, she apologized and offered the correct replacement dish, but at this point I didn't want anything else out of their half stocked kitchen. As for the two bowls of the exact same pasta, the noodles were undercooked, tomatoes weren't even ripe, and the sauce was bland other than overpoweringly spicy and nothing else. Hopefully it's needless to say at this point, but unfortunately neither my wife or I will ever be back to any of the "Noodles we haven't run out of yet & Company". Went to this Noodles for lunch today, I usually really enjoy my occasional visits to this establishment. Today was a different story. I went and ordered a basic meal, food was okay. The issue was with the staff in the kitchen, it was a completely disorganized mess and in my opinion, unprofessional. Obviously, they were understaffed and couldn't handle the workload. There was a large to-go order in front of everyone and it cause chaos. The staff were speaking to each other in the kitchen in what seemed to be a very condescending manner and it made me very uncomfortable and also, everyone else in the restaurant including the hostess it seemed. I waited about 15 min for food, which at a fast-casual restaurant is pretty appalling. Everyone behind me waited longer and were consistently rolling their eyes. Not even a "we're sorry for the wait" when food was delivered. Seems this location needs some help to get back up to their CHQ standards. read more
