Then I went up to the register and told them my name, they took a little bit to figure out that someone had took my order, they weren't apologetic at all (I get it's not their fault - but you couldn't been apologetic). On top of that, the food was disgusting. We ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles, Korean Beef Noodles, and cheesy garlic bread. The pan noodles tasted like dough with how thick the noodles were, there was barely any sauce, and they didn't add one of my toppings. My husband said the Korean spicy noodles weren't even spicy, just sweet. The garlic bread was basic and the marinara tasted generic. I met a friend here for dinner on a stormy Tuesday evening in August 2021 around 7:15 pm. This Noodles location is by the Kentlands shopping area, and there was plenty of convenient parking available. The restaurant was not too busy when we arrived, and stayed that way for the hour or so we spent there, with just a few other tables occupied near us. With COVID-19 safety measures in place at the time, every other table was labeled as not to be used, and there was a card at each clean table that customers could flip over after eating to indicate the table should be sanitized again. Masks were also required inside at the time. My friend loves the Wisconsin mac & cheese, so ordered a regular size of that and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. I ordered the zucchini (zoodles) pesto with grilled chicken and a side of Wisconsin mac. My meal came out to be around $13, which I felt was reasonable given the size of the portions. In particular, the side mac & cheese was bigger than I expected, yet cheaper than my friend's cookie. My friend really enjoyed her mac & cheese as expected, but was only able to finish about half of it before moving on to her cookie. She said she was overfull at the end of the meal but thought the food was delicious. I finished my side mac & cheese but only wound up finishing less than half of my zoodles and taking the rest home. I'd never had zoodles before but had previously always enjoyed the pesto cavatappi and found the zoodles version to be an alright substitute, but I would probably go back to traditional pasta next time. I have typically found Noodles dishes (other than the mac & cheese) to be on the salty side in general, and without the traditional pasta to soak it up, the zoodles were just a bit too salty for me. The service was pretty quick and efficient. Again due to the Covid situation, all orders at the time were provided in takeout containers and bags by default, even for dine-in orders. read more

The noodle dishes are not as authentic as you would get from other restaurants, but I also didn't expect them to be- they cater to a more American taste. This is definitely my favorite Noodles & Co. in the area though they all rock! The staff is friendly, the food comes out fast, and the prices are great. I've never had a problem finding a seat here and everything is clean and well-stocked (including the lemons). I don't think I've ever had anything I didn't like here. My favorite is the Pad Thai (but I also just love pad thai in general), but the Indonesian Peanut Saute and Japanese Pan Noodles are also good. I'm not too happy about their vegan options, since my vegan friend could only order the butter noodles out of everything on the menu. I received an email coupon for a BOGO entree, as they are promoting their new World Tour salads. I ordered the Napa Market Salad with chicken. the ingredients include bacon, so I only asked one simple request, if they could make the salad without bacon, and they said yes. It took about ten minutes for my to-go order to come out, and I drove all the way home, opened up my salad bowl, added the dressing and shook it up. What did I see when I opened up the bowl after I added the dressing? You guessed it, BACON. YUCK. Gluten Free customers BEWARE! Their gluten free noodles are not gluten free! I am someone that has a gluten free restrictive diet and I typically love the options provided by Noodles and Company, but this evening I had the worst and most dangerous experience I've had at an establishment of this kind. First: I ordered the Pesto With gluten free noodles. I was given a pesto bowl made with their cauliflower noodles -NOT GLUTEN FREE. I always check my bag before leaving so I was able to bring it up immediately and get a new bowl with gluten free noodles. Second: After I returned home and started to eat from my dish I realized to my horror that the dish had been contaminated with spaghetti. I found a total of 3 pieces of spaghetti in my dish. I have attached a picture of my dish with one of the pieces. My mom ate the other two pieces to confirm that it was in fact SPAGHETTI in my gluten free dish. Besides noodles, they have sandwiches, salads, and soups. I like the pick two deal and get a noodle bowl + meat and a salad or soup. Good value, filling, and you get variety. Back in the day I used to get the Pad Thai or Idonesian Peanut Saute, always with shrimp. Since I learned the nutrition info though, I now get the Bankok Curry. Way less fat and calories and a ton more veggies. Still get the shrimp. Kudos to them for having a transparent menu that allows me to CHOOSE how indulgent I want to be.
