It's been several years since I've been to Noodles and Company but my mom suggested it and it was pretty good. We ordered delivery and it was quick. My mom had the bbq Mac and cheese and it smelled sooo good. She really liked it. It was just Mac and cheese topped with bbq sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and grilled chicken. It typically comes with crispy fried jalapeños but she opted to remove those. You can also customize the dish by switching out the meat option. I wanted something somewhat healthy so I opted for the Mediterranean salad with no meat. It comes with spring mix, kale, pasta, feta cheese, red onions, olives, tomatoes and a sauce. I thought it was pretty good. The pasta was a little al dente for me but that's just a personal preference. I liked that they had multiple size options available too, small and regular. We ordered smalls and I didn't even finish mine. They have lots of options and international flavors. Overall it was pretty good and we'll probably order again. read more

I officially hate this Noodles and Company location. The amount of times I have tried but to be let down again has numbered around 6-8. No more! The main thing is, quality is awful here - especially for the Mac and cheese. TOO MANY TIMES there has been not enough cheese or the cheese has been watery. On my visit this month it actually tasted so bad, I barely ate it and just tossed it out. I should have said something, but it was right before closing by then and the staff were rushing around... sigh. This place is a waste of money. There always seems to be something wrong on all my visits. The one day my Noodles rewards gives me a free pop, the pop machine broke. Once the AC or fan in the back was broke and staff were (understandably) cranky. Sometimes the cash register doesn't work. But mostly - if all those things and the food you make me is still terrible? I ordered pad Thai and meant to order Japanese pan. I tried the pad but definitely didn't think I could stomach a full bowl so I apologized that it was my mistake and asked if they could make the pan instead. The girl at the counter said yes and the guy in the kitchen loudly said no... another said they needed to ask a manager... so that wasn't handled well... The coke machine wasn't working so the only option was water, diet, or a sport drink of some sort.. so we opted for water and had no lids for our cups.. the main door was also broken so we had to use the side door... Here we are again. Giving Noodles & Company another chance. Today's experience was better than some we have had in the past. Service was fine today. Dishes were good but not exceptional. I really like the new cauliflower infused pasta on the menu. I dabble with going vegetarian and often order vegetarian dishes when dining out. My only complaint with this visit is I wish they would put more veggies in the dishes where there is no meat and veggies are the star of the dish. Previous review: It pains me to give this location two stars when I gave them five stars on a previous review. While I am happy to report that Noodles & Company still offers a 15% military discount, that was really the only great thing about today's visit. My daughter ordered spaghetti and meatballs and I ordered Penne Rosa with meatballs. I don't remember their meatballs having such a grocery-store-frozen-section quality about them as they did today. However, it could be because I rarely get meatballs here and typically opt for a different meat choice. My daughter's spaghetti wasn't bad but also nothing special. It's pretty difficult to mess up spaghetti. My Penne Rosa though, had almost no sauce on it and the pasta was overcooked. It was practically flavorless, the texture was mushy, and it definitely was not spicy as the menu board claims it to be. We have had more good visits than bad here so I'm not writing this location off entirely but it might be some time before we try again. The peanut noodle with tofu: tofu had a funky aftertaste, almost burned flavoring. Not very many vegetables. Bangkok noodle: sweet and very savory with a nice spice. Plenty of vegetables, but lacked on noodles when compared to other dish also having rice noodles. Came in with a buy one get one coupon from their email program. This is not personal, but Uber eats recommended the barbecue Mac and cheese. I ordered extra meat. It was the worst meal of my entire life, and I'm not a picky eater. It was noodles with not enough sauce or cheese to consider it Mac and cheese, and the barbecue sauce was loosely poured over a hunk of pork. Noodles & Company used to be one of our favorite restaurants years ago, but sadly they have really gone down hill. $12+ for a large Penne Rosa with parmesean crusted chicken and when it was brought to the table, it looked like a child's portion. They forgot the chicken on mine and was out of the cheese topping. When she brought the chicken on the side, it tasted microwaved and was 4 pieces of chunks. Years ago, I remember when the parmesean crusted chicken was a fresh chicken patty, grilled and seasoned. The children's meals were also undercooked. It's sad to see the state of this location. If you want to eat subpar, underseasoned, small portion meals that cost more than a sit down restaurant, then this place is for you! read more

A fine enough location, but I wasn't wowed either. Half the restaurant was already blocked off (chairs flipped up on top of the tables) and it was barely past 6pm, which I thought was weird. Service was friendly, but not over the top. Food was just all right -- I don't have very high expectations for Noodles, but for what it's worth nobody in our party was having a good time a few hours after the meal. A women named Ashley helped us and one was very rude and seemed bothered that we came in the store... so we order and it turned out to not be what we wanted and told them we had the butter noodles but we wanted the spaghetti noodles witch they weren't. So they were nice enough to give us a new meal and witch was very appreciated and we get our other food and it's completely different and then I called to complain. I wasn't gonna go in to get any more food but we just wanted to let them know that it was wrong and the Lady Ashley starts trying to get mad at me, saying the food is the same when it is clearly not and she wanted to argue with me and then try to yell at me and call me an asshole, and tell me that she's grown, and she doesn't have to sit and listen to me yell at her on the phone, even though I wasn't yelling, it was a bad experience over all and it's sad bc I'm a huge pasta lover and noodles n company had me hype:( read more

I'd never had noodles and company before.. and I now see why. What a nightmare. There were a few people in line before us when we arrived. We briskly moved through the line and ordered without incident. After about 5 - 7 minutes of waiting on our food they come out to let us know that they are out of the pork and that we could have anything else on the menu... Well that sucks because nothing else really appealed to me. About 40 seconds after one worker leaves to give us a few minutes to figure out what we'd want another member comes out and proceeds to tell us they are out of pork.. Wait a second... you're out of pork? really? there were literally maybe 4 people working.. is it that hard to communicate amongst 4 people working in like 25 sq ft of kitchen and counter? I finally order a steak and cheese and my friend orders a meatball. About 2 minutes later our wives meals come out.. mostly. The other part of one of their meals comes out a minute or 2 later. About 10 minutes later after they've all but finished their meals, my friends meatball comes out. A minute or later my steak and cheese finally comes out. For the steak and cheese, I didn't expect some masterpiece or huge sandwich, but this thing was tiny... Each half was maybe a little bigger than a slider. It was flavorless and uneventful. But at least i had that chocolate chunk cookie to look forward to right? Well either i neglected to read the fine print on the sign or it wasn't there.... this was an oatmeal cookie with chocolate chunks... Sigh.. crappy ending to a crappy experience. I won't be back.. This review is relative to other noodles n company locations. I tried calling this location for a lunch pick up order around 11 but after two calls no one answered. I drove to the store and every employee was on his or her cell phone. I waited for about a minute at the register until one employee huffed and started yelling for someone else to come up from the back and take my order. He never showed. After another few minutes the visibly angry woman took my order without typing anything into the computer. Once I got my order home I saw that many of my requests were not followed (no sprouts, side of Siracha) and they only gave me a knife but no fork or napkin. I tried this place when it first opened a few years ago and didn't like it. I have no idea what possessed me to go back. Anyways, noodles sounded good yesterday. I was impressed by the Asian cuisine on the menu and really couldn't choose. The lady told us we could return our dish for a different one if we did not like it. So I chose the pad Thai and my daughter chose the mac and cheese. Both were disgusting! The pad Thai noodles were inedible. They were chewy and even crunchy in some parts. The mac and cheese noodles were also way undercooked. I don't understand how a noodle place can cook noodles wrong! I exchanged my pad Thai for the Japanese pan noodles and I don't know if I've ever tasted something so hideous. It tasted like tubes of dough on my plate. Yuck! Stopped in on this sunny Sunday afternoon to try out the new salads with a few coupons we received at a festival a few months ago. Chicken Veracruz Salad - creamy jalapeño ranch and mashed avocado make this. Whatever those crunchy fried things are on top need to be sold by the bag so I can snack on them at my leisure. Thanks in advance! Napa Market Salad with Chicken - I wanted to like this salad. If all components were executed better I would get this regularly for lunch...BUT the bacon bits on top were notably fatty (clumped together by that white, opaque goodness) and the apples tasted of perfume that my grandmother would wear. I'm assuming this is from a rinse of some sort to make them brown slower, which is great for waste but damn...too much. Service was good. As I said, we had coupons which were used with ease and without question. Our food came out in less than 5 minutes and everyone was friendly. The one thing missing was a check-in mid meal to see if everything was good (I could have voiced my flowery opinions) and the fact that 8 people were working a slow Sunday afternoon leads me to believe that multiple people could and should have checked in. I now think I know why I didn't go back. I was really hoping from the mixed bag of reviews, that it might end up being more better than worse. I really do try to be a positive and hopeful person overall. I could rate my experience years ago as possibly a three star deal. But, honestly, I really can't give them any more than two stars this time. Rated on a 10 scale, we had : 1. My choice was the - Japanese pan noodles. I read a few reviews on here and took the advice of one of the reviewers. My meal was not pleasant. I would rate it a weak 2. The overall flavor was super salty and the noodles had an odd taste. It was on the dry side and had no visible sauce in it whatsoever as well. They were tough/hard in texture also massive and thick in size. They were thick ropy floury / pasty tasting type noodles similar to the frozen type brand - Reame's. They were definitely a very poor choice for the dish. Rice noodles would have been a much better and/or appropriate option. God help me when I ask myself AGAIN why I didn't just complain and send it back? OY. 2. My guest had the Pulled pork mac and cheese. She liked it and thought it was tasty enough. I tasted it too. I thought it was by far more worthy of a dish than mine. I would rate it a solid 8. The staff was unimpressive, blase' or barely even `there'. ;o( The decor / atmosphere is not anything more special than going to any given fast food joint. The pricing was off because the quality and amount of food did not compare. My guest had far more in her bowl than I did in mine. We both ordered a regular sized order. 5 stars for customer service. I have been a patron of noodles since the first one opened in Carmel a few years ago. The food is always good if not great for the price. The few times I or anyone I have been dining with has had an issue it has been taken care of immediately!! For those of you new to noodles here we go: The menu board is divided into 3 sections: American, Italian, Asian. American options include Stroganoff, Mac & Cheese, etc. Italian includes: Pesto Cavatappi (my personal fav), Penne Rosa, Spaghetti w Red Sauce, etc. Asian includes: Pad Thai, Japanese Pan Noodles, etc. Then you pick a protein (if so desired) Beef, Shrimp, Tofu, Chicken, Parmesan crusted Chicken, etc. And you pick your size, small or regular. They do offer a combo plate (I made that name up, not sure what Noodle's calls it but you get the idea) of pick one pasta, one protein, and one soup or salad. They do serve beer & wine, have a fountain machine, along with a beverage case of teas, juices, and milks. For dessert try a giant gooey Rice Krispie treat or Cookie. read more

I don't know how I have lived so close and have never been here before now! My first experience at Noodles and Company was great! I ordered the pesto cavatappi and am convinced this was the right choice! It was so yummy, and the large portion gave me enough to take with me for left overs to enjoy later. The employees at the counter taking orders were eager to help, but they were also patient with me while I finished a phone call and made my decision on what to order. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend Noodles & Company to others and look forward to my next visit! read more

This is yet another visit to noodle and company where they are not able to meet demand. Services was incredibly slow, mismanaged, and frankly a hot mess. They have lots of options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike, and they even list the calories on the menu (handy - maybe next time mac n cheese...).
