I end up waiting 25-30 minutes for my order. I am never acknowledged or asked if I have a mobile order, so I usually just have to stand there and wait for them to call my name. My food was cold this last time I got it, and everything was shoved into the bag. My daughter said her noodles were hard and crunchy for her Mac n cheese. I don't know how this place stays competitive? I don't like to be harsh, but the food is average and the flavors are relatively easy to recreate and it isn't one of the cheaper places in Maple Grove. Their Asian steak dish is their best option and from the looks of it most tables had Mac n cheese ? I think some of our MN suburbs have lulled the self to sleep with all the blah chains and respective Olive Garden like restaurants and it makes me sad. This is a picture of their "large" size of Alfredo Mom Amore with Chicken- i placed the bowl next to my hair donut so one can see how small this was- i have ordered this dish in the store before and it was an excellent portion and tasted delicious. Obviously due to COVID they have decreased portions while providing curbside pickup- there was no sauce- it was dried up, mushy/sticky pasta, and tasted like a bowl of dried out porridge (oatmeal). Used to be a favorite quick dining place for my family. It was comfort food with something for everyone. It's pretty clear it's gone downhill after past couple visits. Our orders have been incorrect, however after waiting such a long period of time just to get the food it wasn't worth going back to get it fixed. We love Noodles but this location is the absolute worst. We have order from their three time. First time the order was made incorrectly when I opened everything when we arrived home, no special instructions were followed and they used the wrong pasta. Second time my order was supposed to be brought to my car and never was. I had to go inside to get it. Got back out to my car and items were missing. Had to go back inside and get the remaining items. Small children in the car so the in and out required packing and unpacking the kids. Third and final time was today. I ordered the food for pick up. I placed the order at 5:48pm for a 6:15 pick up. I got there at 6:20 and the food isn't done. They tell me 7 more minutes. I go back inside at 6:28. Food is still not done they say 5 more minutes. The woman behind the counter who had just been standing there proceeded to tell him I only placed my order 36 minutes ago, which was incorrect and irrelevant considering my food was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. There are probably 25 customers in the lobby with the same issue. I simply ask for the order to be cancelled so we can leave. The man said he will make my food now. Brings the bag over and half my food is missing. I ask for the missing items, literally having to take everything out of the bag and match to my receipt. Still never got our drinks. When I was leaving a woman told me she placed her order before me and was still waiting. There were two employees standing around, with no one at the register. About 10 customers came and left when the saw the chaos. I ended up leaving with most of my order a whole hour after my ordered was placed and 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Had to go home and heat everything in the microwave because it was lukewarm and I only live 4 minutes from the location. How is that possible? If you enjoy noodles like we do go to another location. This location has gone way down. I realize they are short staffed as is everyone but the food at this location is nasty. Today I ordered two small pasta bowls they said it would be a 25 min wait... an HOUR later I finally got my lukewarm food. What? How is that possible. The Mac and cheese was so nasty it was all water and the noodles were over cooked. Even the extra cheese sauce couldn't save it. Used to come to this location twice a week or so, and I always order the same thing. Over time I developed a rapport with the staff, who were really cool and friendly, and almost always has a positive experience. However, over the last few months, the service has taken an absolute nose dive. As of tonight they have screwed up my order two trips in a row (both times when it was ordered over the phone because their online ordering system is always down these days), so I think my days of this being my weekly Sunday night tradition are over. The last time they screwed it up, I brought it all the way back from home, and they apologized and attempted to fix it, and screwed into again. Luckily I checked before driving home again, and have it to them for a third try before finally getting the correct food (it's not at all a complicated order). Not sure if they've had staff turnover or what, but they seem to completely incompetent now. When it comes to semi-fast food chains, Noodles is my favorite. There is a pretty good variety on the menu, pasta, soups, salads, although I think the pasta is by far the best. Anytime Truffle Mac and Cheese is on the menu (it's seasonal) I would HIGHLY recommend you try it! It is seriously addicting! Basically delicious, gooey, cheesiness in a bowl! I also would recommend placing your order online ahead of time, even if you're dining in. The wait can be rather long at times if it is busy, so if you place your order ahead of time you can have your items ready as soon as you arrive. Finally, they have great catering. I am visiting family in Minnesota this week and they have plenty of locations here so we decided to give it a try. They have a good variety of options but you can also customize your own pasta/noodle dish. I ordered the Thai green curry with rice noodles and grilled chicken instead of shrimp. It was a good combination of chicken, vegetables and noodles. It could have used a touch more of sauce but it was great. Perfect balance of heat and a slight sweetness with the coconut milk in the sauce. My cousin had their penne rose with mushrooms, spinach and tomato and parmesan. I had a bite and it was also very tasty with a slight touch of heat. Welso had their cheesy garlic bread which was so amazing, especially with their marinara sauce. I hope I will have a chance to go there once more before I leave because I will definitely be missing out when I go home. read more

The proportion of noodle to veggies is way off. Too much veggies! They all taste bland. Overall: bad 2. Thai Curry Soup: I expect it to be more creamy as how curry should be. However, The soup turned out to be clear, not creamy; though, it still has a little bit of curry smell and taste to it, unlike the first one. I preferred the dish to have a stronger curry taste and smell and creamier texture. Again, not a lot of noodles was being added into this dish. I have been a fan of Noodles & Co. for almost a decade because of its family friendly atmosphere and ability to eat something healthy (quickly), without it being fast food or require a server where an additional 20% is added to the bill for service. I love this locations newly remolded space! Much larger and can accommodate the high volumes of people who use it more comfortably. My favorite dish is the Pasta Fresca. I enjoy it with grilled chicken and Parmesan, but is also delicious with Feta cheese. I also love to add a side Caesar salad. My kids love the Mac & Cheese and I usually order a regular size entree with an extra bowl and it is plenty for both of them (8 & 6 yrs old). I am sure we will continue to be regulars for years to come! read more

i placed a simple online order for a large Spaghetti and meatballs and a large order of Korean meatballs. I gave them plenty of time to make it while I took about 15 minutes to go pick it up. This is right after the lunch hour rush. I didn't realize that all of my Korean meatballs were burnt along with my spaghetti meatballs. The sauce on the Korean I meet bars was black and sticky like glue While the meatballs were hard and Almost unchewable. I was so disgusted and pissed. The only downside - it's noisy. More than just crowded-noisy, but a little get-on-your-nerves noisy.
