I was impressed by the menu. It can be very healthy and/or sumptuous. The menu is very flexible with something for almost any pallet. It does get busy but orders can be sent in on their app in order to save your time. I had the buttered noodles and found them wonderful and my partner had the zucchini noodles w/chicken and ate every bite. I have already selected my next menu item. read more

I'm upping rating to 5 stars mainly because the lunch competition in central New Berlin has gone downhill. (I have yet to have a sushi hankering during lunch to test Big Tuna, and the one other flavorful place that doesn't screw up, Great Wraps, has very limited offerings for me). N&C is consistently really good at every location and affordable. Despite liking spinach, the newer Buff Bowls aren't my choice. Believe the years of nudging flavors/sauces to work with the noodles should have more tweaks to go with the bed of green, yet they are a good addition to the menu as now there is something for all diet requests. I need to express my absolute disgust regarding your To-go service and the overall customer experience. Being a frequent customer of noodles I have expectations regarding being given adequate pick up times and having appropriate intervention and apology from the working manager when there are customer service failures. I ordered to go and was told it would be ready in 12 minutes. When I arrived I was told the order was being finalized. Meanwhile, I'm super sick with bronchitis and have my 5 year old and significant other waiting in handicapped as I also have back issues so standing for lengthy periods can be difficult. I ordered a drink and spent several minutes trying to get ice as there was no note on the machine to indicate the ice portion didn't work. Overall, I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my to go order. I asked to speak to the manager and Quincy was rude and essentially said the wait is what it is. When I said I'd be emailing you he laughed at me and shrugged. It's apparent Noodles management isn't concerned with maintaining repeat business and I plan to post a yelp review also indicating how horrible the service was. Ultimately, I am saddened to see a noodles in this kind of disarray. Especially after spending almost 35.00 on a meal for my family. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY I got home to discover we weren't given my son's drink, which I also paid for. Also, hours after I returned home and my family ate, I finally had the opportunity to eat and discovered that there's no meat in my pesto cavatappi despite me paying for the Parmesan chicken. I'm just mortified and disgusted. DO NOT EAT HERE. The general manager also never responded to three emails I sent. They really don't care. read more

I don't like to just give away 5 stars, but I was glad to on this one. The price was very affordable and the food was plentiful. I asked the nice gal at the front counter for a suggestion on what to get and she recommended the Japanese one. It was amazing...and for only like 6 bucks! My wife had the Indonesian Peanut dish...she loved it as well. I did add the beef to my bowl, but the beef was not very complimenting to the dish. Go here...good stuff. read more

I usually don't frequent N&C's very much anymore. The caloric content of their dishes scares me off unless I've just run a half marathon. The restaurant itself is ok - clean, pretty standard for a N&C. I've had some good service at times, and lousy service at other times. The main issue is the parking lot. Holy tiny spots Batman! I realize there's not much they can do about it. It can get hairy around lunch and dinner times, so plan accordingly. read more

Stopped in today for lunch with grandma. The staff is very fast and the bussers are very polite. The last time I went there I ordered takeout and ordered two pesto cavatappi's and they gave me two pasta fresca. I managed to swallow it done but I don't get how those two sound that similar. Other than that, they don't keep the line long & the bussers are very tentative to which tables need to be clean. Although this is not the place where you generally tip, I leave $2 anyways. This noodles & co works fast and hard, especially during lunch. So props to them. read more

I love Noodles & Co, but this particular location needs to step it up! I live closest to this location, but work close to their Brookfield location and I only ever have issues at this one. The noodles are often WAY over cooked and the Parmesan crusted chicken more often than not has a weird texture to it that is almost hard to chew. The dishes often are put together very sloppily and ingredient proportions seem to be way off. I only ever seen HS aged kids, seemingly without a supervisor or manager, working at this location and they don't seem very happy to be working. I love Noodles & co, but am thinking I will just have to steer clear of this particular store and visit the Brookfield store from now on. read more

I have multiple food allergies including gluten and shellfish and in my pod thai I had zucchini mushrooms and 5 shrimp so I got really sick if you have food allergies I would not recommend eating there. read more

Order thr Japanese noodles it was made well but it seems like the employee's hate being here. Rice crispy treets are wonderful, so is their curry soup. Over all it is clean and good food. I would suggest Noodles for a quick filling meal. read more

I just ordered their Zucchini Alfredo with Chicken via Door Dash. I ordered this item with grilled chicken and o got breaded chicken instead. I'm diabetic so cannot have breading on my food. The sauce was so soupy it was more like water. A very disgusting mess that I couldn't eat. What a waste of $20!!!! Won't be going there again and certainly won't be recommending to anyone. read more

I usually give fast food joints a break but this was bad. First it smells a bit off in the space. Every surface feels like it has a layer of grease on it. My potstickers were cold and my order was done wrong. I would try the mex place next door if you need something in this area. read more

I was there on 9/8 at 11:15 a.m. with my toddler. I placed (what I thought!) was the world's easiest order: kids mac and cheese meal and a salad. My "to go" order arrived quickly and I drove home, only to realize that my son's meal wasn't even in the bag. Just his container of milk with my salad. When I called, I was told I'd receive a coupon in the mail for a free meal and my card would be credited. Neither of those things happened. Come on, guys! Double check the order before you hand it to the customer. And if you promise a coupon and a credit, follow through! read more

Service is fast and friendly, but I can't believe how small the takeout portions were! Regular size used to fill us up. Today, the containers for the takeout were half filled, at best!
