Penne Rosa with Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Wait wasn't too bad inside. Workers were nice. The bowl I got was nice and hot. All the flavors were there as well as my parmesan crusted chicken. Inside seemed semi clean as well.

I'm not sure what happen to the food here. Over the years the food is not good. There is no season to any of the dishes. Just bland and plain. Today is my last visit wasting my money. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. My meatballs wasn't fully cooked. The only thing that is still good are the rice krispie treats. The service was nice. The restaurant was nice and clean. But the food needs to more flavor and needs to be fully cooked.

I used to not be a big fan of this place, and even though I'm still really not because I've heard stories from people who work here about food being dropped and cooked and other bad kitchen stories, I come here with my friend because she sometimes craves the food here. I must say, their garlic bread is so good, but it literally looks and tastes just like Texas Toast with cheese melted on it. The zoodles here are very good, and we tried the new garlic shrimp and noodle dish (not sure offhand what it's called) and it was okay but the garlic was SO overpowering and too much that it came out of my pores and I tasted garlic for 2 days. They should think about altering that recipe a little bit. Another reason I'm not a big fan of this place is that it's pretty expensive and in my opinion, not good enough to be worth the price. I've had the pesto pasta before, and multiple times the noodles were undercooked and hard. The people who work at this location are nice

This place used to be good, don't know what happened. Ordered penne rosa and the noodles were undercooked (not Al dente but undercooked). Also ordered the Alfredo MontAmore and chicken was burnt. Probably won't order from here again.

Noodles & Company doesn't disappoint if you need some different culturally-inspired noodle dishes. We got the pad Thai and bbq pork Mac and cheese. Both were good. They must've recently changed their menu as I didn't recognize some items. Korean bbq meatballs were decent. I want them to bring back the Indonesian peanut sauté. That was the best! Yeah, we will be back if we're in the mood and need fast service.

Nothing fancy, I had their chicken pad Thai, it was just ok. I also had their potstickers, they were chewy and hard, not soft or crunchy. The food was ready super fast, and the location was clean. I like that they also have sauces available for your convenience! If you need chopsticks you have to ask for them upfront!

Forgot to take pics the first time around digging into this Mac and cheese and Tomato Basil Bisque...best combo

I love noodles and co, my favorite used one used to be the one in Park Ridge but this one is working its way up there.. I have only had a bad experience like once or twice (usually a rouge employee lol). But since then they have tremendously improved! The staff is super nice. Today they were very friendly and efficient. They got our order done in no time and everything was perfect. I don't understand what the fuss is about in the comments below about how "dirty" this location is. I definitely believe that restaurants should be kept as clean as possible but this one did not strike me as particularly unclean in any way. I have seen it on busier days and while there is occasionally food still waiting on the tables or some crumbs/ papers it's nothing one would not expect after a rush? I think they usually keep it pretty orderly. From what I saw today, tables looked swiped and the floor was clean. I was actually going to lower my star by one because of a recent bad experience but I instead chose to go up one because of management here... I came in one day on my lunch and one of the employees basically told me some bs about not being able to ring out extra chicken. He was not only rude but lied to me about not being able to do something that was very easy to do. I spoke with the manager about it- Nikita and she was more than helpful! Coolest nicest manager ever exceptional customer service from the rest of the staff under her today as well. Five star service from her :) thank you. This location is the bomb!!

Our server, I think his name was Jose, was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He came back to check on us numerous times and was very quick bringing anything we needed. We had the asparagus salad, the Darte salad, the grilled shrimp appetizer, the grilled vegetables, the grilled calamari, the carpaccio of octopus, and chicken Parmesan. At the start, they brought out bread, olive oil and grated cheese. The bread was a little dry on the outside, but it was warm. The asparagus salad was missing something - maybe salt? It just felt like it lacked flavor even though it had Gorgonzola cheese on it. The grilled vegetables, however, were perfect. It was a combination of one longstem, artichoke heart, one long grilled carrot, a couple of slices of zucchini, and a couple of asparagus. We had asked for them to be well grilled and they were sort of, I can't imagine how few grill marks they would have on them if they hadn't done what he had asked. The Darte salad was a nice size portion with mixed greens, golden and regular raisins, and walnuts. The balsamic vinaigrette is nice and flavorful, and doesn't separate the way it can at some places. The grilled shrimp were very good, nicely seasoned and very well charred. The grilled calamari were great, although they were quite small. There were many more of them than on the pictures. The carpaccio of octopus was very nicely, presented with very thin slices of octopus a nice bright dressing over it and the greens. The chicken Parmesan was a very large portion with the breaded chicken cutlet underneath a large layer of cheese ravioli all topped with marinara sauce, and then cheese, which was browned very well, it was very tasty. For dessert we had two different gelato - the maple bourbon, which would go great with a banana cake and the hazelnut chocolate, which was unbelievably flavorful and smooth. The pistachio and ricotta cake looks very good, but we didn't want to get three desserts. Maybe next time!

I saw a Facebook ad for a combination goat hang out and brewery flight (via the Fever app "Brews and Baahhs"). My two favorite things!! (ha ha) So I bought the tickets and was not disappointed. It was one-hour with the goats, then you went to One Lake Brewing down the street afterward for a free flight (and we ended up buying dinner). The owner, David, was there and chit-chatted and answered some questions. Then did a few things around the property while we just hung out and petted the goats. I have never had such an up close and personal experience with a goat. They are a lot like dogs. They were hilarious and very affectionate. They wanted to climb all over us but we were prepared for that. It's a shame that David mentioned they might only be doing this for a year or two more. I'm sure it's a lot to maintain, especially during these crazy times. -But it's very covid safe. For what we did, you can wear your mask and you are left alone with the goats in a huge open pasture - so it's not a people-crowded event. I highly recommend it - it was a lot of fun. In case the number is not on the profile - he gave me a card with contact info: 847-226-9510; glennartfarm.com for more info.

I adore all animals and heard that goat yoga is a great way to relax and rid anxiety. I was fully present and in the moment when I was surrounded by these adorable goats. I will definitely recommend this to everyone who has never done goat yoga before. This was a more affordable option too! Usually if you go to goat yoga in the city tickets are around 50 dollars this is closer to 26 bucks! Not bad. Such a great time. David and Carolyn seem like the really take great care of their goats. David was telling me how a mother goat rejected her baby goat and they had to bottle feed the goat every four hours! They name the goats really cute names and tell you about their life and temperament. I wanted to take one home with me! They were clean and lovable. I will definitely come back :) NaaaaaAaamaste ‍
