    Went here tonight everything was exactly as ordered when it arrived! Steak tasted wonderful without sauce being needed. The baked potato was super impressive the way it was crispy on the outside all the way around! The salad was very good too! My service was excellent! My drink never ran dry and the waitress checked on me often even though I was alone and it was a busy Friday at 6pm. The decor was clean and your typical cowboy southwestern.

    I went to long horn in brier creek im originally from Florida visit long horn often staff in Florida knows my family had my daughter with me her first time going, my waitressTamika was very nice funny and very professional now when it came down to the food I ordered bourbon salmon with rice and bake potato the rice was cold the bake potato was cold butter not melting and 2 strands of cheese and about four sprinkled onions I asked for extra bourbon sauce I was given salad dressing oil and vinegar it looked like my daughter order pork chops fries Mac and cheese the fries were old cold and hard looks like they were sitting fir a while Mac cheese cold we advise waitress she gets the manager I didnt get her name she was a tall black woman so am I her whole attitude was off I was going to keep my food just get it to go her body language the mumbling was unprofessional at this point I told her we didnt want the foodI asked her about the bourbon sauce she stated that histheir sauce is asked if all long horn have same menu she stated yes I advised her im a advocate long horn visitor and that is not the sauce she said it was her whole demanor was horrible I advised her it was my daughter first experience and it was horrible let's not forget about the fruit punch margarita awful this whole experience in NC was horrible I will not return to the brier creek location I will have to find another location . Im still a long horn fan

    Quick wait to enter. Had a excellent server. Very nice. Steaks were perfectly cooked. The wings were a bit dry, a little overcooked. Drinks were strong! Bathroom was dirty and this soured the experience.

    Went on Valentine's Day with no reservations... wait time was 2+ hours. Can't blame anyone but myself. Once we were seated, our waiter got straight to it. Drinks, appetizer, dinner. It all came out within 25 minutes, which really surprised me because of the wait time. Food was excellent and so was the service. Place was nice and clean, and I really enjoyed the dimmed lights.

    Came here on Christmas Eve after doing all my last minute shopping. We arrived at 7:00, and saw they closed at8:00 but there were at least ten people waiting for a table so I was shocked that we were seated so promptly.when the hostess took me to the table there was crumbs on the table and he proceeded to wipe them off with his hands. I asked for a booth beside the table and he did seat us there. I couldn't tell you my servers name because she never introduced herself. After seeing interaction with another server named Tamika, I would've rather had her. We knew what we wanted so we ordered as soon as we sat down. I had the rock shrimp with broccoli and salad. I should've asked for my salad dressing on the side because it was overdressed. The bread was hot and fresh, but the food was lukewarm. The only thing that was hot was my friend asparagus that came out later than her food with steam. After dinner I stopped in the restroom and it was terrible! They have a paper towel dispenser but had paper towels on the sink, the trash can was overflowing onto the floor. I would not go back to this location again.

    First off I want to commend the waiter he did a great job and we had no issues with him. After being seated we were given worn menus with mold growing on each page. The wall the booth was attached to looked dirty. I ordered a half sweet and half unsweet tea it came as sweet so sweet it tasted like 1/4 cup of sugar was in my cup. My steak and my husband's was over cooked. I ordered medium well it came out well and dry. My husband ordered medium rare and got medium well, his fries looked somewhat overcooked and my loaded baked potato had no butter. No issues with the salad.

    Really enjoyable meal. Longhorns never disappoints. Fast and friendly service. The french onion soup was probably the best I've ever had. So cheesy and perfect flavor complete with a crusty topping. Mmm mmmm. The fresh baked bread is also great. The parmesan crusted chicken was really good. I went somewhat healthy with the broccoli as a side. I left here feeling quite full and satisfied. Well worth the visit. Great meal at a great price with great service.

    I came to Longhorns for a company Christmas luncheon that consisted of about 17 people. We were asked to wait outside until all of our party had arrived. When we told them everyone was there, we were immediately seated and drink orders were taken. They devoted about 3 wait staff to our party, which expedited the service. Food and apps were delivered within a reasonable time (10-12 minutes) and the quality of the food was exceptional. My filet was cooked perfectly to the medium rare I ordered. The appetizers that were recommended were on point and as described. I did overhear a few minor issues from others in our party, but they were quickly resolved to the liking of the patron; as it should be in my opinion. Overall, a great experience two years in a row and I look forward to another visit in 2025.

    Stopped here for lunch with a friend and I didn't want a heavy lunch so I ordered a loaded baked potato with a cup of shrimp and lobster soup. I was hoping the soup would've been creamier with actual noticeable bites of shrimp and lobster, but I didn't detect too much of that. I still liked it though. The baked potato was cooked just right it was soft and a nice size with a side of sour cream, butter, and chives. I would've liked a little more of that but it was satisfactory. Our server was very pleasant and kind and checked on us several times. My friend ordered a sirloin with asparagus and she enjoyed it.

    We were sat immediately with no waiting time. The restaurant was clean. Nice country/cowboy theme. Dim lighting. Plenty of parking. Chance was our server. He recommended that I try the Parmesan Crusted Lamb chops. OH MY GOODNESS!!! Chance did not disappoint me. They were delicious!!! They were cooked to perfection. A round of applause to the chef. Everything was well seasoned. My daughter selected the Parmesan Crusted Shrimp skewers. They were so good. (Yes, I tried her shrimp too. Mom tax. ) Let's just say, I'm going back soon before they leave. It's a limited time. We went back days later. lol. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken. It was okay. The lamb was better. And I think it's leaving June 8th or 9th. I have to get the lamb again...asap.

    Ordered carry out. None of my requests were correct! Ordered French onion soup no croutons, full of croutons & no cheese! Ordered the new steak option medium rare, with mushrooms, came well done & no mushrooms, my fur baby ate well tonight as I could not partake!

    Not like the photo. Best part was the half lobster tail.

The first 2 were really good, but I think they gave me the wrong drink, because the one with BT didn't taste like it had any bourbon in it at all. But the waiter switched it out for me with a Tequila OF, which was really good. They brought out two salads for the table, and their Cesar Salad was really good, the dressing was so good. I ordered the Australian Lamb Chops, which were amazing. Simply seasoned, but done so well. I ordered a side of Chimichurri sauce, and it was not needed at all. My wife had the meatloaf, which was delicious, and the group all enjoyed their meals and drinks. We left full and happy. I definitely recommend you add this place to you list if you've never been.

We made reservations once through OpenTable and once by phone -- both were easy, and reservations are probably a good idea since they stay busy. The food has been great both times. On our first visit, my husband and I shared the ribeye and loved the flavor. Their Caesar salad is also surprisingly unique and delicious with broccolini instead of a traditional Caesar style. I also really appreciated being able to order a single Rockefeller oyster since most places require a half dozen minimum. The second time we visited for an early Mother's Day dinner with my son and shared the off-menu tomahawk, which was excellent as well. The only consistent issue we've had has been steak temperature. We usually order medium, but their interpretation of medium has come out significantly more rare than expected. The first time, we had to send the steak back, and they asked us to identify only the undercooked portions to recook separately, which was a bit awkward and something we hadn't experienced before at a steakhouse. The second time, we tried being more specific and even requested an approximate temperature around 140°, but the steak came out closer to medium-well. That said, the flavors, atmosphere, and service have been so enjoyable that we'll absolutely keep coming back. We're just hoping we can eventually land on the perfect medium steak on a future visit.

We all shared an order of fries for the table, which were amazing. Then I got the grain bowl with shrimp, and everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. My husband enjoyed his biscuits and gravy with fried chicken- so tender and decedent. Our friends enjoyed their meal, too, and enjoyed the apple custard for dessert. The mocktails were also delicious- I loved one with hibiscus and ginger. So nice to have a bunch of mocktail options! The ambiance was just as great as it was 8 years ago- spacious and light. The server was great, and let us linger for a few hours without hovering. Hope to be back sooner than another 8 years from now!

Seriously, if you can't find a pour you like here, you may just need water instead. Started with the biscuits topped with crackling and house-made preserves, and honestly, that combo alone made me question why I don't eat more biscuits in life. Sweet, salty, buttery chaos in the best way. For the main, I went with the pork chop and greens. The chop leaned a little overcooked for me personally, but the sauce helped bring things back together and added good flavor. The greens had a nice little kick of heat, but I kept waiting for that deep smoky ham hock flavor to show up like an old Southern grandma entering the kitchen... and it never quite arrived. Overall though? Still a solid meal, strong whiskey program, cool atmosphere, and definitely worth checking out if you're in Raleigh looking for a bourbon-forward dinner spot.
