I was driving home from the airport and noticed this new Noodles & Co. It was a Sunday afternoon and ordering went very quickly since there were just a few people inside. This is often a go-to restaurant when I am on the fly somewhere. Best pasta items on the menu have to be the Pesto Cavatappi, Mac-n-cheese, Penna Rosa, and the Bangkok Curry. I think most only think of pasta here, but I also enjoy the Veggie Med sandwich with Thai Curry soup in the winter! I could take it or leave it, but this restaurant posts the calories right on the menu for all to see. I personally think this can be tacky, but consumers these days like to be more educated. We arrived pretty late at night, around 9PM so there was less than an hour until closing and you could tell the register person was a bit annoyed. She seemed like she wanted to get out of there quick so she was not really friendly, however, our food came out fast and hot so I appreciated that. My pad Thai was overly sweet for some reason and the egg was not scrambled, just a huge chunk of fried egg on top. Not sure if that's normal? Gluten Free Review: After landing at the Minneapolis Airport, we were very hungry and decided to stop for lunch before heading to Rochester. My husband loved his noodles (normal) and I got the gluten free pipette and it was fantastic. My husband actually liked it more than his. They have a gluten free Mac and cheese on the menu which was fantastic. They also have many zucchini noodle dishes that are gluten free and you can do the gluten free pasta instead. The only disappointing thing is that unless it already had GF noodles or Zucchini noodles, they don't have it listed as gluten free. I asked if the other pasta dishes could use the gf pasta instead of normal and make them gluten free and they said they weren't sure. It would be awesome if they could indicate that but overall we loved it. read more

The cook sucks I guess. Barely any sauce in pasta bowl. Parm chicken soft not recently grilled. Garlic bread minimal sauce not very crunchy at all. I visit noodles various locations often maybe 2-3 times a week this has been the worst tasting location I've been to yet also floors very dirty. However the person at the cash register was very nice. Just the food was not what was expected as I do visit these places and order the same thing every time. Compare these photos to their menu photos. Not even close. read more

There's nothing about this location that's bad per se- it's clean and the employees were friendly and the food came out quick. BUT - the food was terrible. My partner had the Korean Beef and it was 95% bland noodles and very few sparse chunks of questionable beef I had the Veggie Curry - again mostly lame noodles, no flavor and few sad veggies. While $17 is cheap for two lunches we both left not really full and definitely not satisfied. Ended up stopping to get a burger just two hours later. Location is decent and parking is not that hard. The Japanese noodles and Thai peanut were ok. A little too sweet and salty for my taste but that's kind of to be expected from an Americanized chain. The only thing I strongly disapproved of were the dirty tables. It was kind of gross. This noodles has ruined my experiences twice! I always order the penna Rosa from noodles and for some reason they get my order wrong every single time! It's honestly making me not want to ever go to this noodles ever again!! The entree was DRY! I even asked for EXTRA SAUCE and it was so dry and barely any sauce in my pasta! If you're going to charge me for extra sauce at least put extra sauce! When I spoke to the manager he said there's extra sauce in there and there's nothing else he could do, so I returned the entree and asked for my refund since he wasn't willing to remake it for me with the extra sauce. I went there today after missing lunch, i.e., I was hungry. Now I'm an average sized person (female, 5'8'', 145 lbs) with a reasonable appetite. I asked to see the difference between a small and large Mac and cheese. I was shown the bowls they would come in and determined that the small would be enough food to tide me over to dinner in a couple hours. Sadly, this was not the case. I got my order to go, when I got to my destination I opened the bag to find the smallest serving of noodles one could hope to acquire and still call it a serving. In no world could this be considered a meal, perhaps a side order is a more appropriate name for the $5 serving of macaroni. Anywhere else $5 of food would have been enough to fill me up for a few hours, as it stands, I'm still starving and have to wait until dinner to be satisfied. Went for lunch. Ordered steak stroganoff with grilled chicken instead of steak and a tossed side salad. My stroganoff had both steak and chicken when I got it, barely warm and had hardly any sauce. The chicken was pretty dry. My side salad had WAY too much dressing. When I mentioned this, the employee said "well, we're really busy. I can have another one made but it will take awhile." I frequent noodles very often for lunch, as it is very near to my office. For years I would only order the penne rosa. After recommendations by co-workers I have expanded my horizons to include the salads and soups. I love exchanging the chicken for the shrimp in the salads. I've visited this location twice now, and won't be back. The first visit was shortly after it opened, and had to bring my noodles back because they added meat to my dish that I didn't want. The second visit was worse. It was busy, bot not packed. I ordered to go, then waited almost 30 minutes for my meal. After watching several people who ordered after me get their bowls and go, I stepped up and asked about my order. The cashier rudely told me that they were busy and I'd get my food. A few minutes later, the girl who was making the dishes asked me what I had ordered, then informed me that my order was misplaced. She made it right away and apologized profusely. When I finally got home and ate my noodles, they weren't cooked correctly, the egg noodles were gummy and I ended up throwing them out rather than try to endure the gross texture. The flavors were a little bland in my chicken pad Thai and the noodles were a little more al dente than I prefer. My wife's med duo sandwich had a dressing that was watered down. We were not alone in our wrong orders, at least 5 other people went up to swap out their food for what they actually ordered. Not once out of the 10 plus times I've been to this location has my order been 100% correct. Granted I often order for 5-6 people at work but I shouldn't have to triple check my order every time. I usually don't bother with the mistakes but I have written directly to the company about a month ago when 4 of my 5 orders were incorrect and have heard nothing back. Tonight when I called to complain about my incorrect order the manager made it sound as if I was lying because I was charged correctly. Aside from the food always being incorrect its not very clean and the employees are always standing around joking while there are people waiting for 15 plus minutes for their food. My daughter and I was really wanting some food from Noodles and Company so we stopped at this location the service was horrible. The cashier was chatting with the cooks while taking my order as well as the cooks got both our orders wrong we both ordered the Penne Rosa with chicken as the protein along with the tomatoes and cucumbers. Needless to say the order was really messed up bad she nor I had protein with our dish as well as the pasta was dry. The cucumber salad was mostly onions. So I called the manager to inform him and he was apologetic but seemed as though he didn't believe me, he said that he'd send me out a coupon/gift card to accommodate, needles to say again I have yet to receive it.
