Great late night option within walking distance of The Graduate Hotel. I love all the choices. Everyone can find something they will enjoy! Recently went to the Noodles in our area and was shocked to see how much it had gone downhill. Their signature "Wisconsin Mac & Cheese" now has a different name and it is awful. Undercooked pasta with hardened cheese I don't even recognize. We got stomach aches from eating only a small amount of our dishes. They've obviously changed the recipe and the preparation technique and they've ruined it. How can you ruin Mac and Cheese? Seriously? Don't waste your money there any more. They are trying to make changes that cut costs and in doing so, have thrown their quality out the window. Too bad. I've been a customer at this specific location since 2019. The food is average at best---it's a hit or a miss, and not consistent because they can't keep cooks. They also can't keep employees, so they hire new teens every 2 weeks. The black lady that used to work as manager a few years back had the worst attitude. She must be overcompensating for something, since certain demographic has a chip on their shoulder. The last draw was when I found a plastic date label (will be pictures). I must have ate the missing part of the adhesive label. I ordered from this Noodles and Co. via Uber Eats. I got to my hotel room in Downtown Minneapolis around 8 pm and wasn't in much of a mood to wander around this new, cold place to dine. So, upon learning that Noodles in in MPLS, I couldn't resist having it delivered to my hotel. I ordered Mac and cheese and a three piece side of cheesy garlic bread. I also added a Diet Coke to my order because I'm basic. The food was very good and arrived fairly hot, considering it was delivered from the University area. I was a bit miffed that I requested no ice in my Diet Coke and it had ice, but that's not the biggest deal. Overall, this was a good experience and a nice start to my trip to Minneapolis. read more

Unlike several reviews I've seen of this location, I really enjoy this Noodles! It's right on campus which is a huge convenience factor and the app discounts work here too (double bonus!). Most recently, I had a BOGO perk so I got 2 regular sized meals for less than $10! Pssst...download the app. I was wary to get the Pad Thai since some reviews deem it bland, but I got it anyways because I was craving Pad Thai. It was SO GOOD. The perfect amount of spice and flavor - I added grilled chicken which added an extra oomph to the dish. That might be my new favorite here! For my second, I got what used to be their House Marinara (now spaghetti and meatballs, but I sub out the meatballs and the noodle type). I have come to this Noodles location multiple times and I have had a good experience each time, whether it's dine-in or take-out! read more

Who doesn't love carbs?! Close to multiple different sports venues if you're looking to carb load before competing or before watching someone compete! A solid Quiet option close to the many different clinics, businesses and classrooms and is agreat option to eat at. My personal favorite is the Japanese pan noodles! But I would happily eat anything off their menu. During my visit they staff provided great customer service. My food can quickly and exactly as ordered and hot off the stove. No problems! Simply amazing customer service. There was a glitch in my online order and it gave me an error while confirming. Never received an email, so I had no clue what it was even made. Upon checking to see if my direct deposit from my job was in my account a day later, I noticed that I was indeed charged by Noodles (not by the restaurant itself, but by the online service). I placed a call and explained the situation. The awesome girl on the phone asked me to describe my order and upon confirmation from her manager that there was indeed that exact order for Rodger not picked up the night prior, they remade it for me fresh and hot for when I arrived. Simply seamless resolution to an error that was technology's fault. Couldn't have asked for better service! read more

Went in for my annual Noodlegram/free bowl of birthday noodles on Tuesday. The gal behind the counter comped the whole meal, which was rad - I thought I was going to have to pay for the tofu add-on and the flat bread. Not so! Communication between the counter and the kitchen seemed good, and everyone who handled my order knew exactly what I had asked for. I was totally excited to get back to work and devour my food. From the moment I got back to the office, it was chaos in a bag. The butter had melted and popped open, spilling molten butter inside the bag and on me when I opened it. The noodles had all of the things ON them that I asked be removed, and I ended up with a stray piece of chicken from another order - potentially a dirty pan was used? I felt like a jerk writing a comment to the company about my free birthday noodles, but enough had gone wrong, and I certainly would have complained if I had paid. Within a couple of hours, Nikki, the manager, gave me a call and promised to make it right. Today, being Thursday, I went back for my replacement birthday bowl of Japanese pan noodles. I used their awesomely user-friendly online ordering system, and the noodles were ready and waiting when I arrived. The manager even recognized me, and took a peek in the bowl to ensure things were correct. That leaves me where I am now: digging in to my delish birthday lunch and enjoying ever minute of it. Noodles & Company can be a really cheap place to go and get a decent amount of pretty good food. They offer a variety of entrees with two different sizes; and for an additional price you can add different meats to your entree. I think what I like the most about Noodles though is how mobile friendly they are for ordering and how easy it is to order catering for a large group. They have their own app, and with a super friendly online ordering website, it makes ordering for groups the farthest thing from a hassle. If you also create an account and sign up for rewards on their mobile app, you get quite a bit of perks. When you first create, you get $5 off your first order with no minimum purchase. Heads up-parking is tough here, it's all street parking south of Washington street. read more

But all these new places look so much fancier than the crappy burger fast food of my youth. And noodles really are pretty fast food, and I was in a rush to get back to a conference so... Needless to say, it was awful. I had mac and cheese. The noodles were pre-cooked, unseasoned, and reheated. The cheese sauce was disgusting. The real cheese they used to try and cover it up was unremarkable. The so-called mac and cheese was not baked and not stirred too well, so it was this sort of uniformly bland and starchy blob. I normally don't Yelp until I've been to a place a few times, but if a restaurant can in good conscience put this garbage on the menu and unfairly charge people for it, they don't deserve a fair review. Dude! What's going on with the pesto? Steve is dead-on...they have been trying to skimp more and more on the sauce since they first opened. Perhaps Noodles and Co. is attempting to get closer to its roots by removing all extraneous flavors and just serving boiled sauce-less noodles. Whatever the reason, it is not worth 6-7 bucks for boiled pasta. My latest experience with Noodles includes the following: -boiled pasta with no sauce, this one was called "Pad Thai", I did spot a bean sprout and a carrot that looked like it was on its last leg. The carrot might have been from 1972. -burned tasteless potstickers. -I wanted to drink the spicy soy sauce straight from the cup, just to get some flavor in my meal. boooo. After arriving in Minneapolis at the end of Dec. a very good friend gave me a coupon for a free bowl of noodles at this newly opened location. I was in that area yesterday so I stopped in and had lunch. Great service, and the spicy peanut noodles with chicken were really great and had a nice kick to them. It's affordable and tasty with quite a lot of varieties to choose from. It's a great alternative to Subway, Quiznos and that ilk. I'll be back to try the buttered noodles and the stroganoff. Probably need to check out the one near Lake Calhoun which is closer to my neighborhood. read more

Noodles is satisfying, but nothing amazingly special. I stopped in here when I was grocery-less the other day, my first time being at their changed location (they used to be down the street). It was post a Corepower sculpt session and I was tired, sweaty, and hungry and just wanted to go home. I'm big on pad Thai (who isn't), and ordered that with chicken. Tasted great as usual. My only complaint is that someone in the kitchen shouted something about how "Matt was okay with waiting extra" as one of the cashiers asked about it. "Look, Matt is fine with waiting," Well, yeah, I guess... but I'm tired, sweaty, and hungry and would like to go home. Not a big deal... but if you would have just been quiet I wouldn't have even noticed. There's better places on campus, for sure, but it's worth a visit every once in a while. The manager was incredibly rude. the Dining room was closed but it was not easily visible from the signage (signs only said to order online due to staffing issues) and not knowing this I began eating my food while my friends were waiting for theirs. he came over and yelled, and i mean yelled at us to put the food away and get out. had he not yelled and been nicer, wouldn't have had a problem. I get it, it's busy and you're stressed but pissing customers off with rude interactions while also taking twice the time listed to get orders out makes for a miserable experience. just be nice. or at the very least, not an asshole. read more

I admit that I visit Noodles & Co occasionally. I almost always order the same thing - Indonesian Peanut Saute with tofu and shitake mushrooms instead of carrots. In the past, I've tried the Japanese pan noodles, the pad thai, thai curry soup, mushroom stroganoff, mediterranean salad, and the Wisconsin mac & cheese. Obviously, I like the Indonesian peanut saute the best. Do NOT get pad thai from this place. It's disgusting. The other dishes weren't disgusting, but they weren't very good either. I thought the mushroom stroganoff was dry .. and mac & cheese is easy to make at home. Theirs doesn't taste special so I don't know why anyone would order it more than once (the first time is to test it out). This place seems to always be busy. I've never been here when there hasn't been a line ... and yet they always seem to get my order correct, unlike the Noodles & Co by my house. Kudos to them for that. read more

When you boil it down (get the pun?) this chain of stores is basically a variety noodle parlor. Mac and Cheese, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Thai Tofu Noodle Salad, Pad Thai, Mushroom Cream etc. Nothing is amazing, but its a great value and all the dishes can be customized how you like them. The ingredients are simple, the food is fresh, and it tastes great. At the location we went to the man behind the counter told us the story of how he has been working at Noodles for years now, and knows how to say every ingredient in every dish in a few different languages, from talking to the different people passing ordering. I enjoyed eating here and wish that they would open a Noodles and Company in the Bay Area in California so I could go more often. read more

I tried their Mac and cheese dishes before and they were not that great and it was just tiring to eat them. I also tried their pad thai here before, and it's not really that great either. BUT I do love their pesto cavatappi! I eat it with sriracha to add more flavor! It's the only thing I get from Noodles. Noodles is one of the best chain restaurants out there. Their food is quite delicious; try the penne rosa if you don't believe me. This specific Noodles is kind of awkward. Seating is very limited, but there is more space downstairs. I just wish that they were more like the Midway Noodles. Wait time is usually a few minutes, so I like to order online ahead of time. The Midway Noodles has a take-out pick-up register. So you don't have to wait in line when your food is already ready. I was moving into my new place near Cedar Ave and totally unfamiliar with the area. I had heard friends (albeit suburban-dwellers) rave about Noodles & Co--especially their macaroni and cheese. I happen to be a life-long mac and cheese lover so I figured this would hit the spot. I ordered tofu on top since I felt the need for extra protein after moving all those heavy boxes. Before this experience, I was under the impression that all macaroni and cheese was good. I thought there was good and there was incredible but bad macaroni and cheese did not exist my world prior to Noodles & Co. Let's imagine it together in bullet-point format: -overcooked, soggy noodles completely devoid of taste -watery, flavorless, eerily pale sauce that could have easily been the runoff from a yellow watercolor dish -dry, untoasted breadcrumbs heaped on top and making up at least half of the container's volume -tofu soft and raw, unpressed and adding to the watery mess beneath it In a word: FLAVORLESS. After just one week of living in the area, I could name off 15 more appealing places you could go to fill your stomach, 14 of which have food. read more

I stop in here every once in a while, when I'm in a hurry and just want some takeout to go home with. As far as I'm concerned it's about as good as you're going to do for a fast food chain. This location is a decent representation of the chain - clean, friendly workers, and they usually get things right. I'm a fan of the 'trio' option that gets you a little more protein and veggies and a little less carbs to make it a more balanced meal. The mushroom stroganoff is decent as are the more 'italian' style noodles. Stay away from most of the Asian ones...they aren't that great and if you're in this neighborhood you can get WAY better asian noodles in any number of places on the same street! read more

Tried calling bitesquad to resolve the issue but they said no one was answering the phone.
