Label was cooked with my penne

I've been a customer at this specific location since 2019. The food is average at best---it's a hit or a miss, and not consistent because they can't keep cooks. They also can't keep employees, so they hire new teens every 2 weeks. The black lady that used to work as manager a few years back had the worst attitude. She must be overcompensating for something, since certain demographic has a chip on their shoulder. The last draw was when I found a plastic date label (will be pictures). I must have ate the missing part of the adhesive label. And oh yeah I almost forgot: their app and website track your clicks, a process called fingerprinting in the IT world--even when you're not using their app or their domain.

tried the leanguini and added tofu. wasn't disappointed. definitely would try again to see how the service differs. and maybe try a regular dish. paper straws. some don't like, mileage may vary. moderate and maybe expensive for a college student.

I ordered from this Noodles and Co. via Uber Eats. I got to my hotel room in Downtown Minneapolis around 8 pm and wasn't in much of a mood to wander around this new, cold place to dine. So, upon learning that Noodles in in MPLS, I couldn't resist having it delivered to my hotel. I ordered Mac and cheese and a three piece side of cheesy garlic bread. I also added a Diet Coke to my order because I'm basic. The food was very good and arrived fairly hot, considering it was delivered from the University area. I was a bit miffed that I requested no ice in my Diet Coke and it had ice, but that's not the biggest deal. Overall, this was a good experience and a nice start to my trip to Minneapolis.

This place must be understaffed or poor management.

The only reason I come to noodles is to get my daughter plain penne pasta with tofu. She is at the UM hospital and needs something simple. I came to grab a bite and pick up her noodles. Every empty table was full of dirty dishes. Noodles is loosing quality and service. See my photos to prove it.

Good fresh food. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Fast service and priced reasonably. This is not Thai food, but their own take on several types of dishes with noodles incorporated. I loved all the flavors but they were a tad on the bland side. Double that flavor and 5 stars! Oh, don't park on the street mon-fri 3-6pm. I watched six cars get towed while I was eating!

Went in for my annual Noodlegram/free bowl of birthday noodles on Tuesday. The gal behind the counter comped the whole meal, which was rad - I thought I was going to have to pay for the tofu add-on and the flat bread. Not so! Communication between the counter and the kitchen seemed good, and everyone who handled my order knew exactly what I had asked for. I was totally excited to get back to work and devour my food. From the moment I got back to the office, it was chaos in a bag. The butter had melted and popped open, spilling molten butter inside the bag and on me when I opened it. The noodles had all of the things ON them that I asked be removed, and I ended up with a stray piece of chicken from another order - potentially a dirty pan was used? I felt like a jerk writing a comment to the company about my free birthday noodles, but enough had gone wrong, and I certainly would have complained if I had paid. Within a couple of hours, Nikki, the manager, gave me a call and promised to make it right. Today, being Thursday, I went back for my replacement birthday bowl of Japanese pan noodles. I used their awesomely user-friendly online ordering system, and the noodles were ready and waiting when I arrived. The manager even recognized me, and took a peek in the bowl to ensure things were correct. That leaves me where I am now: digging in to my delish birthday lunch and enjoying ever minute of it. I was a regular patron of this location when I went to college, and I'll be back for sure. Thanks, Nikki!

Food is fine/tastes as it should. Slowest service on earth. Ordered at 7pm and food wasn't ready for until 7:50pm. 50 minutes for soup!

Really good Asian noodles. Much better than at many Asian restaurants. I was very pleasantly surprised. I'll be back!

They weren't able to do that with the burrata pasta due to the burrata ball on top which was completely fine! Both pasta dishes were tasty but the lemon pesto burrata blew me away. Every bite was absolutely incredible and it's such a unique dish that's hard to find somewhere else or replicate at home. I completely recommend giving it a try. The focaccia bread appetizer was also amazing! We added & paid for a few extra pieces to accommodate the size of our group and everyone absolutely loved it. The drinks were also really well done & strong without being overly stiff. They were really well mixed and tasty. Our server was so sweet and helped make the experience so special for us. On my most recent visit, I stopped by on a Saturday evening and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to find a seat at the bar. Dev took great care of us! He checked in right away, answered our questions, and helped us decide which pizza to order. I had the Moscato, while my friend went with the Pinot Grigio, and we shared the Hearth & Honey pizza. We asked for extra honey, which was absolutely the move! The sweet honey paired so well with the pepperoni, cheese, and rosemary. We ordered the full-sized pizza, which could easily be split among three people. The patio is probably one of my favorite parts of EaTo. It's dog-friendly, has plenty of seating, and I love all of the flowers surrounding the perimeter, it makes the space feel especially inviting during the warmer months. Pro tip: If you're part of their rewards program, check your account around your birthday! I received a $5 birthday reward in addition to a free mini cheesecake, which was such a fun perk. They also seem to have some great specials throughout the week that I'd love to come back and check out. Between the patio, wine, pizza, and relaxed atmosphere, EaTo has become an easy spot to return to!

The standout to me was the complimentary freshly baked warm bread they serve after you order your drinks. It would have benefitted from salted butter though. Moving onto our dinner portion, the burrata was yummy but it needed more balsamic and one more slice of grilled ciabatta. The Brussels could have been Caramelized a little longer as they were a little hard when biting into. They were also just sitting in a puddle of honey, so that was the main flavor I was tasting. The pasta dish was so tiny and only has 4 small pieces of chicken. It didn't really have a taste, other than cream. For dessert, we ordered the caramel sea salt custard, seasonal cobbler (peach), and the budino. The standout for me was the caramel sea salt custard, the salted caramel popcorn was a fun crunch amongst the creamy thick custard. My cappuccino was very small, but it was a nice touch to serve it with a little biscotti piece (I would have appreciated a longer piece though). If I'm in the area for a show at the Target Center again or any theaters, I would give them another shot. I would not drive from the suburbs for this though.
