Fast service, I ordered online. They give time estimates. Polite staff. Really good noodles in my pasta. So good that i ordered from here twice today; once at the office & once headed home! I expected more sauce & chicken, it was light. It was only 2 mushrooms & pieces of spinach today in my para chicken pastas. They need to work on that! I ordered a rice krispy treat earlier & hated it from here! It was big but it was like homemade. Not in real packaging but wrapped in plastic wrap. It didn't taste well to me.

    Soda machine.

DRITY!!! Floors, soda machine, tables... all dirty. No carbonation in soda machine. Food was average but not as good as it used to be. All served in plastic bowls with plastic forks for dine in. We waited at the counter for 4 minutes before an employee came out of the back to take our order.

I was impressed with the tofu, it was definitely seasoned! My issue was with the pasta. Unfortunately, the pasta was VERY dry and didn't have much flavor throughout. It looked like the seasoning stuck to certain noodles, which caused those bites to be flavorful, but the others were bland. I was disappointed because my friend loves this dish, but I don't think it was prepared to the best of its ability. I will probably try it again, just to give it a second chance. I also got the baguette, which was small, but good!

This was my first time trying noodles. Nothing incredible overwhelming but still good. Simple food made quickly. The truffle Mac and cheese is good, although a little bland. The croutons on top seemed a bit clunky. Staff is friendly and pleasant. Inside of the restaurant was clean and comfortable to sit in.

I was better off getting a frozen meal from Trader Joe's Yeah... not a fan. I was really looking forward to trying this place after seeing delicious photos on DoorDash. The photos were very misleading. Idk you about you, but I put a lot of trust in photos of a restaurant before making a purchase. I will not be ordering for this place again. I should've known better than to order pasta from a chain restaurant. If you're looking for fresh pasta, I highly recommend ordering elsewhere. I'm pretty sure this restaurant does not use fresh (organic) ingredients. Just look at the photo with cheese attached. The prices at Noodles & Co. are really cheap, though that's not an excuse for the quality of food I was served. I now have a stomach ache and only WISH I could get my money back.

Filthy floor, leading into the kitchen. Makes you wonder about your food...the staff's hygiene...

Love the company, the food...will NOT be returning to this location - IT WAS FILTHY. Tried to take a few pictures without being obvious. The floor was just awful, debris, dirt, and standing water. The bathroom was a mess! The glass partition to the kitchen area badly needed cleaning. Table felt sticky. Definitely not what we are used to going to other locations often over the years!

    Wtf dressing?

I was reluctant the last few times I've had bad experiences here to write a review, because it used to be my favorite restaurant. I even worked here for three years when I was a teenager. They mess up your order every.single.time now. They just don't care anymore. Service and food used to matter to this company. I don't even understand what happened with the dressing for my salad here? A drop of dressing in every container? I combined them into one container and it didn't even fill it. I'll be making my noodles at home from now on, 30$ not worth it!! They charge you for every little thing and to add items that you don't even receive.

This is a full trunk of the broccoli tree. No one should eat broccoli like this.
    Ariana Q.

I love Noodles & Co. but this location isn't preparing the recipes correctly. I go for the Japanese pan noodles, and the employees don't add enough sauce which makes the noodles dry, not cooking the broccoli enough which makes it tough to eat, and not cutting the Broccoli into bite size pieces which also makes it difficult to eat. That second star is purely for my brand loyalty. I am disappointed. Please make it like you would eat it.

    Thai got bowl - yummy!

Honestly, you get exactly what you ask for here. This is not gourmet pasta, and anyone expecting…read morehandmade artisanal noodles or a slow-simmered bolognese will be severely disappointed. It is straight-up childhood nostalgia in a container. Think back to growing up without much cash, where dinner was store-bought spaghetti using the cheapest canned sauce on the shelf, paired with standard Texas toast transformed into makeshift garlic bread. That is the exact flavor profile they are hitting, and truth be told, they nail that specific vibe perfectly. The process starts out in the alley where you order. The staff handling the food window were nice and remarkably quick, handing over the bag without any fuss. Things got a little confusing when trying to head inside to eat. The layout blends into a separate restaurant next door, and it is tough to tell where the boundary line is. I tried to wander over to that bar side just to grab a beer, but holding the spaghetti bag apparently marks you as an outsider. The staff over there chased me off pretty quick and directed me back to the designated area for the pasta crowd. Once you get into the correct zone, the space actually has some cool character. The highlight is the "trailer" that acts as the merch store. The concept is neat, but the actual retail experience fell a bit flat. They were completely cleared out of most shirt sizes, the pricing felt way too steep for what it was, and the guy working the counter was kind of a dick. Still, the spot is absolutely worth checking out at least once for the sheer novelty, just make sure you know exactly what you are getting into before you walk up to the window.

You order in the alley, which smelled awful, then once you go inside there are tables to eat at. The inside I think is shared with another restaurant which was odd. The spaghetti was mid for a $30 meal. The best part was the memorabilia upstairs. All in all, it's a one time only stop.

The staff were friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable even though I wasn't placing an order. That kind of energy matters. The bathroom was clean and fully stocked -- simple, but important. You can tell when a place pays attention to the details. Even though I didn't try the food this time, the overall vibe and cleanliness alone would make me comfortable coming back and recommending them.

I came in and I explained to you your employee was very disrespectful and unprofessional which you are also. As a manager you should hold your employees accountable because the way he spoke to me over the phone was unacceptable and that's simply not how you do business. The avocado wasn't the issue even though that was the third salad I ordered from this location that was made wrong. What prompted me to come back and get a refund was how rude the employee was on the phone. This store lacks customer service, professionalism and quality. I hope this constructive criticism helps you take the necessary steps to improve. I understand you may be upset about the review but that doesn't give you the right fabricate our interaction to make yourself and your store look better. You were happy to offer a refund not an apology. Now I hope you have a nice day. Im a grown woman and I used a curse word to emphasize how rude your employee was, that does not warrant being called hysterical. No one was disrespected, called out their name, and voices were not raised. You're more appalled at the curse word used than your employees behavior and the stores ability to properly make orders. You keep coming on here with rebuttals instead of being accountable. Yes I did use a curse word but that shouldn't have invalidated the issues at hand. Yes there are three sides to every story but everything I've stated are facts. Again I hope you take this feedback as constructive criticism and make the necessary changes to run your store properly. If you were as persistent with my issue as you are about going back and forth online maybe my issue would have been resolved.
