Honestly, I would come back and get this as my meal. Next, I got the coconut curry noodles: good flavor, comfort food, not spicy. My friend got the Pad Kee Mao with beef and she ordered it medium spice. About two bites in she stopped eating and chugged her Thai iced tea (which she said was great). She truly couldn't handle the spice. So, we switched dishes and I ate the rest of hers -- it was spicy, but delicious. She has drunken noodles a lot (pad kee mao) and hasn't had this reaction -- so word of warning, if you're not really good with spice don't order medium! This is right next to our new home & I just really have nothing bad to say about this place. The food is really affordable (especially with their lunch deals) & the Garlic Tofu with Rice dish I ordered was super flavorful. The tofu was amazingly crispy, and while I wish they gave more vegetables in the dish, it wasn't too bad. The place is also BYOB which is cool for a NYC restaurant. It is with great regret that I write this review because I LOVE Noods N Chill. It has been my go-to Thai takeout for the two years I've lived in the neighborhood. I love the fact that it is minority-owned and woman-owned. I love all their food. But I will never enjoy it again because the last time my roommate had Noods N Chill, she experienced the worst food poisoning of her life. She ordered the Pad See Ew with chicken and four hours later, she was vomiting uncontrollably. Her sickness continued for nearly two days. This happened nearly two months ago, and we brushed it off as a one-off occurrence. But I learned that two other friends also recently experienced food poisoning after eating at Noods N Chill. Ordered to go and was sorely disappointed... Yelp rarely fails me but I had a very different experience from the positive reviews. For some reason every dish and drink was overly sweet (understand sweet for pad thai but not my pad kee mao or boat noodles?!) Thai iced tea: I took one sip and threw it away so I basically wasted 3.50. There was 0 tea flavor and tasted like liquid sugar with cream. Pad Kee Mao: Way too sweet (??) and spicy, my stomach hurt even though I ordered medium. My mistake for this though, mild would've been better. The noodles were too wet and had a weird overall flavor Pad thai: Best dish we got and the redeeming quality for it to not get 1 star. Recommend :) Boat noodles: Were super sweet?! One of the better thai places that I've had! I ordered the papaya salad (definitely on the spicer side - for me at least), green curry with noodles and the tom yum noodle soup. Everything was delicious and authentic - the curry noodles were my favorite and there was good balance of all the spices. In regards of space, it is on the smaller end and there are around 4-5 tables outside. It's a bonus that they accept venmo as a form of payment! Disgusting attitude and indifference to their customers. I placed an order for delivery and after waiting over an hour with another 30+ min of delays, the restaurant tells me that they "lost" the order. They then ask "you still want it?" What kind of a question is that at 10pm for someone who has been waiting for their dinner after a 12+ hour shift at work? There was no apologies or care to remedy the situation. Just a "you still want it" as if I placed this order and paid them money just for fun. Absolutely do NOT recommend ordering from here. Ordered from this place before but very disappointed by their customer service. Food did not show up for 90 minutes, so when I called they said they already delivered it... which they did not. Could have been a simple fix (it's 2 pad Thais for goodness sakes) and instead they argued, claimed they delivered it to my address which they never did. They were arguing as if I was lying, and even sent a photo of the "door" they delivered it to which looks nothing like my door or building in the slightest. Could have even been an old photo. After all this, they told us they would not redeliver and even hung up on me. There are amazing Thai places in Williamsburg and unfortunate for them they will never have my business again. Should not be an argument if I got my food, honest mistake, but I reconfirmed my address and phone number multiple times and they told me too bad. Simple fix. Obsessed with their Tom Yum... and basically their whole menu. Sometimes you just want a great Tom Yum soup and it can be surprisingly hard to find. This place has it nailed. Their method of delivering that delicate balance of sweet and savoriness... is tough to match and has set the bar on Tom Yum for me. My one complaint is that I now can't find great Tom Yum anywhere else and I'm all the way up in Manhattan. First thing is food is good but this restaurant is not for families this is a fast eat and go. No restroom and then have a sign that says no restroom with a smiley face kinda insensitive. And even if they though they don't enforce it they would prefer you bus your own table and for the price I paid I expect to be able to access a bathroom and for someone to clean the table. Ok, I was so excited to try this place and when I saw it on Caviar last night I made my move. The food arrived earlier than the estimated time, which was great both for the restaurant and Caviar. When it was time to dig in, we were immediately disappointed. I ordered popcorn chicken which was dry both by way of a lack of sauce and overcooked dried out chicken; the dish was inedible. My 7yr old had Zab wings which she enjoyed, but I wasn't happy that we weren't given the option to add sides at all, so I prepared sides at home myself. My husband had veggie pad thai which he said was overly sweet and asked me to never order from there again. My 2.5 yro had shrimp pad thai, again overly sweet with a slight pink hue and THREE (3) shrimp in the entire meal. The Spring rolls were ok except some of the glass noodles were as hard as plastic, and the chicken buns like the popcorn chicken were dried out pieces of chicken. I'm sorry, but I'm perplexed that Noods n Chill gets 4 1/2 stars. It is honestly the worst Thai I've ever had. This is my third try and pad Thai is flavorless with out any vegetables. Just a big lump of noodles. First time I tried their pad Thai is had frozen broccoli throw in. The papaya salad tasted like dish detergent fell in. I'm writing this in hopes that they will improve their dishes. read more

My husband and I went to this small cute spot for a weeknight dinner (during covid) and had a really nice experience. I ordered the Khao Soy (14.95$) and my husband ordered the Bamee Poo Moo Dang (15.95$). We sat outside where it was 65 degrees and really nice out. My dish was very flavorful and came with a chicken leg, noodles, and fried noodles all on top of a soup-like curry. My husband's dish was a little more low key but still really good. It was a dry noodle dish with beef and we added a soft boiled egg for 1$ extra. Overall a nice experience, it is just a little too expensive for us - hence the 4 stars and not 5. We will come back but most likely if we are really craving it or if our friends suggest it. read more
