Before they even opened I got a text from Freddie letting me know he was working on it. I'm very impressed by this level of service especially on a Saturday early before they opened. Freddie took care of everything on the finance end, as well as any questions I had about the bike. This level of professionalism is becoming somewhat rare. Bought a used bike, and recently replaced the pipes and air intake with some aftermarket products. Scheduled a Dynotune and brake flush in the morning and they were able to get the bike back to me same day. Still get the occasional backfire, but the HP and torque are greatly improved. read more

The service manager Alphie is amazing, full of information and suggestions. I have a 2005 Fat Boy with low milage so it sits most of the time in my garage. This time it needed full fluid R&R, brake, trans, gas etc. and also new tires. They were professional, on time and sent a full estimate by email. But the most surprising thing was when I went to pick up my Fat Boy Alphie said he was sending me the complete breakdown of services AND a link to Michelien for a tire rebate! I highly recommend Norcal Cycles, my first experience was awesome, Albert was really helpful and recommended a lithium motorcycle battery, never had another starting problem. My 2nd visit , was for new tires. Albert's recommendation was the Dunlop Q3, nice tires! As work was being done they noticed my forks was leaking, so they called me and told me the problem, and see if I wanted to have it fixed. I said yes, that was 1:30 pm. This place is legit!!! Had them put in a quick shifter for my GSXR. Shortly after my gear indicator started going haywire so brought it back and they replaced my gear indicator. Motorcycle was running normal for a bit and gear indicator started acting up again. Brought it back and after thorough testing turns out the quick shifter was faulty. They never gave me a hard time and showed true concern for making sure the motorcycle was running properly. Norcal replaced it no questions asked and fully refunded me for the gear indicator replacement. Very honest group of people over there and they will continue to have all of my future business. Took my bike in for a chain service and thankfully they were able to catch a problem with my rear sprocket and wheel. I have my sport bike as a daily driver so I really need it and they were able to get the parts the next day install it and have me pick it up after work. A rare bike and a hard bike to find anyone who wants to tackle it. HD dealers make you feel monetarily raped when ever you take it in for service. I have been riding since High School, 51 years. 1971! All brands of cycles. I've worked on, modified and customized everything I bought because I could not find an honest mechanic so I had to learn the hard way. I just can't contort myself under a bike anymore like I used to. His mech's are top notch, He charges reasonable price for what he offers, and he's an honest business owner and a nice guy to boot!
