I first spotted a X Shot Gatling Motor Soaker ($39.99), that is essentially a water cannon turret. It said ages 8+, but how could I not? My girlfriend had to talk me out of countless other 8+ items, but I might spin the block and buy them for myself. The advancement in nerf gun technology is fascinating. In total I spent $300 on toys and filled a life-sized stocking with toys for him, as my personal theme for his party was "Christmas in July." Best $300 I've ever spent.
