I stopped in because I needed a few things which I forgot to pack. I was able to go through their racks and pick a few things which were really convenient. The store was nicely organized and I found some pretty good deals.

Current price for the shoes on MIA website.

Beware shopping here. I bought a pair of MIA sandals that was the same price listed on the brand website. Nordstrom Rack claimed the shoes were originally $69.99 and marked down to $49.97, but the MIA store has them for $49.95! I called the store and the manager did not call me back. When I called them again, the manager rudely said "Oh, so you want 2 cents back", wouldn't give me a price adjustment, and refused to acknowledge how the store is deceiving and lying to customers. Never shopping here again

Poorly stocked displays, dirty dressing rooms, extremely slow service, and disappointing quality of materials. I love Nordstrom Rack, but this location is really in need of a major overhaul.

Went in there for to look for gloves....and found some cute and decent priced ones. the store is pretty clean and the workers were really nice too.

    shoe selection pretty on point

Tonnns of stuff, great selection. The majority of what you'll find here is TJMaxx-esque castoff item status, but for those of us on a budget, that works. And for those of you who actively seek to spend hundreds of dollars on a single item, they've got some stuff here for you as well. $450 Jimmy Choos, for instance, which I fell in love with but did not buy. They also had some non-sale priced Burberry, Helmut Lang, etc. Only complaint is that they don't have a ton of styles fit for a younger or "edgier" crowd, if you will. A few pairs of ripped jeans seemed to be as risque as the Nordstrom trickle-down inventory gets here. I was shopping for business clothes today so that was fine, but this isn't necessarily someplace I'd stop by to buy casual wardrobe items.

Nice staff but the line for checkout can be long. Good deal on make up and beauty products.

This location has a few more upscale brands than the Pentagon City store, but seemed to have fewer work and after 5 dresses.

Found a $385 DVF here for $19.... If you take time to search through the sales rack, you will occasionally find gold.

How to lose a customer of 15-20 years…read more For almost 20 years, Fleet Feet, both in DC and more recently in Asheville, North Carolina, has been where I shop for sneakers twice a year. To save on wear, I buy 2-3 pairs at a time (costing about $400-600 a visit depending on number, socks and arch supports, etc.) and rotate wearing them throughout the week. Today I brought this pair of Brooks back to DC to ask what could be done. I've probably worn them at most 15 days since buying them in mid-last month; the soles are delaminating. An annoyingly passive sales clerk began dancing around the question offering nothing. I eventually abbreviated his babble about normal wear and tear by observing that it doesn't sound like the store can do anything as just over 30 days have passed since the purchase of several pairs. No exchange, no assistance with the manufacturer, no suggestions for repair? I observed that this doesn't seem like normal wear and that its disappointing to see how quickly these expensive shoes are coming apart and how little can be done. His only response was a dismissive "Have a nice day" delivered in a mocking tone. I turned and left the store quietly for the last time in my life without punching him and without responding. some suggestions for better customer service: When your store has a no refund or exchange strict policy, even in the face of defective goods, you should at least provide your customer with contact information to reach out to the manufacturer. If you work in a shoe store, it might be good to be aware of shoe repair places, or glues that might be tried, or to confirm that there are really no glue solutions that could be tried. In other words, know your products and offer some modicum of assistance, even if it's not likely to answer the customer's immediate request. Don't be snide when you are denying service to someone who has been a regular customer and who has clearly brought in a shoe that is not behaving as it should. Not sure where I'll send my $1200/year in purchases now. But I will find a place to remove that revenue from Fleet Feet, and I will let people know of my experience there.

I recently retired in 2019 from a Company that pride itself on "taking care of the customer" from reiterating often to personnel that the Customers pay our bills and we must remember to Answer the Phones on the "First Ring" with a smile to a proper Greeting and Handshake in person. I find myself nowadays really Grading, Evaluating, & Judging personnel in all Retail Stores form the Strip Malls to the Big Malls on Customer Service since it's buried in my blood. Yesterday I happen to visit your ALLEN EDMONDS STORE located in the DEL AMO FASHION CENTER MALL-21540 Hawthorne Blvd. #405B , Torrance, Ca. 90503 (Date of Visit  Feb.4,2025 TIME -Afternoon) *Store Manager -Regi Ross Rayfield We walked in the store due to the attraction of the shoes I witness in the storefront and immediately notice that first of all we were the only customers present and Mr. Regi Ross Rayfield was totally focused in the corner of the store taking care of paper work and bagging some small items. Not ONCE did he LOOK UP , SMILE OR ACKNOWLEDGED us while we roam around viewing for about 5-10 mins. I stated to my wife this guy must realize we are here viewing the shoes I don't understand what is problem is. So finally has I finally made it a point to move closer to the area that he was "glued " to he finally made eye contact and I stated to him Hello I was wondering if you were going to acknowledge me. So his response was ,while still walking away like he was soo busy I DON'T RESPOND BECAUSE PEOPLE USUALLY JUST COME IN AND THEY JUST WANT TO WALK AROUND AND VIEW OUR SHOES . I did not respond to him after that comment and continue to walk around and at the end of viewing I ask him for a business card and left the store. Now all that time from start to finish we were the only customers in the store. I told my wife this "takes the cake" that is no way to communicate to customers at all and I can"t believe he is a manager. If I was in charge he would no longer have that title and he would be retrain in Customer Service or simply fired. His attitude and demeanor really told me that is not Customer Oriented at all and this is how he operates. Waiting on someone from Corporate to reach out to me.
