The restaurant is also very clean with good ventilation and brightness. As for food quality, it is quite decent as well! I love their sushi with scallops as I could taste its' flavor. The salmon sashimi was also very fresh. They also have a good variety of appetizers and options such as ramen, udon and desserts. The staff are also very polite and attentive. If you crave for rotary sushi in Aurora/Naperville, this restaurant would fit your craving!

I had a little time to look at the interior and people watch. It was a younger crowd and probably data night for a few. Interior did remind me of trendy hip style you see in some sushi places. When I got seated the waitress was helpful pointed a few things out and showed me the conveyer and the ordering tablet. I was looking forward to trying the rotating meal options off the conveyer belt. I have been to a couple of these style places before. Now I did see they were going to stop serving before the actual close time so I wanted to dig right in and get a few things. I ended up with 3 places which were ok a spicy tuna, tuna nigiri, and one of their custom rolls. Fish tasted ok and rice was not dry. I waited and watch for about 10 minutes for other things of interest to rotate around and there really wasn't much(not much on the conveyer or new things being put out) I ended up going to the tablet to just place orders there, which was a little bit of a bummer. I like the mystery of what is going to come around the conveyer next and trying something random. It was around 8:15 and I wanted to make sure I got food before they closed kitchen. The delivery for the tablet ordered sushi was on a little vehicle that rolled out on top of sushi conveyer, which was cute I could seek kids getting a real kick out of that. I decided to try a ramen which ended up being hand delivered. Soup was not hot it was more just warm which didn't work great with the noodles. They have to sit a little to soften up. I think it would have been better if it was hot. I could have probably just ordered the ramen alone because I did end up with too much to eat. Be careful how you order. If I was to go again, I would definitely try to go earlier to give more time on the conveyer maybe closer to 5. The place is a little far away for me to just do a causal meal so I will probably stick closer to my local favorites. If i was taking 3-4 folks out I might go for the place as a fun dining out place. Parking not a problem. Staff was pretty friendly and they did a good job of cleaning up after people dined. Prices were in line for other rotating type sushi bars I have been around Chicago. Most plates fell between $4-10 depending on what you got.

My group chose to sit in the sushi lounge since none of us planned to order hibachi. I'd say this place is moderate size when compared to the franchise Benihana. Service throughout was pretty good, at times it was slower. However, I noticed Lisa, our server, was assisting the sushi lounge and hibachi tables. She was busy busy, so I understood why things look a little bit longer. I tried 3 different rolls - Paradise roll, Butterfly roll, and the Spider roll. All are very different from each other, which I planned on purpose. Very tasty and the portion is generous with a fair price. I had plenty of left overs which my husband was grateful for haha. I really like this place and am planning to come back to try their hibachi items too.

Only carry a few soda choices and those are in 20 Oz bottles. The waiting area smelled weird and pretty big hole in a couch where you wait. Noticed lots of air purifiers scattered thru the business . The waitstaff was prompt but they were just standing around waiting for something to do. Way to many chairs at the hibachi tables. Had to move quite a few to be comfortable. Very light traffic for a Thursday night. 2 tables had customers at them. We had 4 and the other table had 4 at it. No mind you the food is not cheap. They dont tell you what the price on say lobster or scallops just says mkp. They charge for everything, If you want garlic breading or golden sauce it not included. They gave us maybe 3 tablespoons of garlic breading.

They have all sorts of neat decorations, I couldn't stop taking pictures. We had reservations for a party of 5, although it was not needed. The place wasn't crowded at all. I wasn't a big fan of their drink options. Instead of sprite they have starry, but the food more than makes up for it. This was my first time dinning here, so I wasn't aware of how huge the portions were. I got the crab Rangoon which I found to be very tasty, I got the sweet potato rolls. Got the most part they were good but some pieces I thought were slightly overcooked. For my entree I got the steak hibachi and it included fried rice, miso soup, and a small side salad. I don't know what type of dressing they put on the salad but it was delicious. Our hibachi chef was pretty funny. He did all his cool tricks. Our waitress was also very friendly. Right before our food was served I did notice my plate was dirty. It had left over food, which I circled in the picture. Not a big deal though since my waitress got me a new plate immediately. Overall, the portions were huge and the food was delicious. My steak was exceptionally tender. I wasn't expecting to enjoy the food here so much, but it's actually really good!

The landscaping is done regularly and the small pond with Koi fish was clean! We made a reservation for 6pm on a Saturday night. It was busy so we had to wait about 15 minutes. It wasn't bad, as we sat and talked amongst ourselves. The process to alert parties is great as you are handed a buzzer so that they aren't screaming your name over the crowd. Once we arrived at our table and settled. Our hostess, Wayan (Why-un) arrived asking for our drink orders. Wayan was attentive and sooooo kind. He handled the stress of a busy restaurant floor with ease. He was not afraid to clarify or correct an issue before it became an issue. He was wonderful! Our chef was soooo entertaining. He cooked well and made sure we felt as if his performance was just for us. He was great!! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the floors were slippery. They felt greasy, and it made me fearful to walk on the floor. The food did not disappoint and neither did the service!

Our server, Katie, was amazing. She was attentive, funny, and gave great recommendations on both food and drinks. The menu has a wide variety of options, so her guidance definitely helped. We ordered hibachi, which was delicious and a fun experience. The chef put on a great show and even gave us cues for slow motion videos, which made it extra memorable. A few people in our group ordered sushi and said it was really good as well. I had the shrimp dinner and added calamari on the side. The shrimp portion was generous, and everything tasted great. My only complaint is the noodles. They were very thin, similar to Pad Thai noodles, and I personally prefer thicker hibachi noodles. The soup was one of the best I've tasted. The ambiance was cute and spacious, with a cool fish tank and the drinks were a highlight. I had a coconut sake drink that was so good I'd honestly go back just for that. Overall, great food, fun atmosphere, and excellent service. I would definitely return.

The wait staff are very nice, but sometimes a robo-cart brings the food to your table instead of a human. But the wait staff checked on me when there was down time. I enjoyed every roll except for the fried one (Chicago Fire) which was a bit dense and heavy. It's nice that rolls, sashimi, hibachi appetizers, and dessert are all included in the all-you-can-eat price, so you Jane lots of options. The dining room is spacious and lots of booths, which is nice. But you need to order from a tablet at your table, so if you are really old fashioned that would be a draw back.

Okay... what to say. They unlocked a new pet peeve for me at AYCE--and honestly, at any restaurant…read morefor that matter. I'm incredibly laid back and tip well. However, as a customer I felt completely unwelcome and neglected. They literally handed me the tablet and left me to my own devices. I'm sorry, but what the actual fuck? This isn't my first rodeo. Even when they're short-staffed, most AYCE restaurants at least bring you water, take your drink order, and explain how their AYCE system works. (Luckily I'm not new to AYCE, so I knew not to over-order, but I'd be pretty annoyed if I were a first-timer and no one explained anything.) They didn't do any of that. I had to ask for water, and thank God I'm over 21 because I ordered sake through the tablet and nobody ever checked my ID. (So yeah... if I were a parent, I wouldn't let my teenager go here alone.) The part that didn't piss me off? They had a great variety on the AYCE menu, and the sushi had the perfect rice-to-fish ratio--so bravo for that. Some places give you almost double the rice they should, which honestly feels a little insulting. If I'm paying for sushi, I want to taste the fish, not fill up on rice. Had the service not completely and utterly ruined the experience, this easily would've been 5 stars and a generous tip. Unfortunately, the service overshadowed everything else. Which is honestly ridiculous. They need to figure out a better system--whether that's having a dedicated drink runner for the whole floor or closing part of the dining room until they have enough staff. Being that short-staffed isn't just bad service; it's how restaurants end up making serious mistakes, like accidentally serving alcohol to someone under 21 because nobody ever checked their ID. Mine was never checked. I did notice my servers seemed to rotate throughout the meal, but that doesn't change the fact that no one ever asked. I'm literally not asking for much. Water. Food. Maybe take my drink order. I mean... that's a really weird concept to expect at a restaurant, right? I'm honestly the easiest customer to please. Give me good food, a glass of water, and you can neglect me the rest of the meal. Ironically, I noticed the items I paid extra for that weren't included in the AYCE came out pretty quickly. So I guess I drank half the tip instead. Good thing I'm a responsible adult, because if I wasn't, I probably would've drank the whole tip waiting for someone to bring me water or take my drink order. In my book, mediocre AYCE gets a mediocre tip. Had the service matched the food, this easily would've been a 5-star experience.
