She is SO personable, professional, and willing to help in any way she can - she quickly set us up with Ron, another excellent Overall alum to install a toilet less than a week later! I will give them props for communication, they sent a text the night before to remind me of the upcoming appointment. The technician Dorian (super nice guy BTW), called when he was about ten minutes out. He was super nice and knowledgeable. The problem started when Dorian found a bad capacitor which needed replacing. He had the part on-hand and when I asked about the cost, he said it was about $200.00 I excused myself for a couple of minutes and went inside to my office (part in hand), and when I checked the price on-line, they ranged anywhere from $17.00 to $40.00 (ish). I'm but no means a cheap skate but take great offense to being taken advantage of. I can only assume they believe they are dealing with uninformed, uneducated morons.
