I felt zero respect from the owner towards me as a woman and believe he thinks he should get away with whatever he wants to. I wish I could go into more detail, but I believe he would retaliate. They claim to be A+ BBB Accredited when clearly they are not. They also claim to be veteran-owned and I really doubt it based on their other tactics. In my opinion, they act like any lying and stealing from people is their right as a business. My advice is to stay far away from this company. I wish there was a way to stop them from doing this to other people.

Their price was considerably less then some of their larger competitors; so much so that we decided to replace the full HVAC system for almost less $ then the AC replacement alone from the other companies. Flo in the office was very responsive, and Ted and his employees were professional, prompt, and very clean. They completed the install quickly (within 1 day of calling) and it works great. It is just unacceptable, a simple phone call would have cleared a lot of confusion up. Owner said he was too busy. You have got to be kidding me. I had to go online and figure out how to finish the work. And in the process of that realize how over charged for the work I was. Paid $275 for a 14.99 part. Maybe the rest was for labor, but I did that myself. Epic probably should at a minimum refund the labor charge back, but I doubt I'll hear from them ever again. It is a shame, I usually seek out the smaller businesses hoping for a bit better service.
