There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. This is definitely one of the best deals for movers in the Dallas area. They never scratch or break anything and are very mindful of how they are packing the truck. They even knew how to setup my adjustable base for my bed. They are always punctual and respectful. Highly recommend. One thing - they can be a bit hard to get ahold of so just leave them a voicemail and if they don't call you back the same day just send them a text!
