    Overcharge the MSRP and try to convince you to take a longer, high interest loan to make even more money off of you. And they delete bad Google reviews! No wonder why their rating is low here but a 4.8 on Google. In particular, they try to 10% upcharge on the MSRP. Then they try to convince you that you can just take out a longer term loan from them (with high interest) to make the numbers "work out." Not to mention the pushy tactics of "someone else is here to buy the car" to justify the upcharge. Total rip off. Do not go to North Shore Mazda. They can't claim to be an "honest dealership" when they're actively taking advantage of the car shortage by overcharging the MSRP and presenting monthly payment plans in a misleading way (claiming to match your price at their profit margin) in order to make even more off of you in interest payments. Can't cry COVID/supply chain issues when manipulative business tactics and taking advantage of the customer are the real problems here.

    October 1, 2015 Let…read moreme preface this review by saying that, in general, I never write these things. Usually, the service or item I receive is what I expect and there is really nothing worth taking time to share. That IS NOT the case this time! Let me explain; I needed a car to replace the aging one my daughter was driving. After multiple internet searches, I found what we were looking for listed on line at Bill's Auto Sales. I called and spoke with Tony, he assured me that the car was available and, as I was unable to get there until the next day, I should call there again in the morning and speak to Glen so he would know when to expect me. I did just that, and Glen offered that he would hold the car for me while I made the hour and half drive to check it out. When I did arrive, both the car and Glen were there and he gave my daughter and me a free hand in looking it over. It was just as described on their website. He was very open, giving me the Carfax and in telling me the short comings of the vehicle they had found, as well as, how those items would be addressed. After a test drive we were able to settle on a price and a deposit. Due to my schedule we made arrangements to pick up the car the following week, giving Bill's Auto time to make the agreed upon repairs and get the paper work in line. During that week, Glenn messaged me a number of times regarding the progress on both. These guys really communicate well! We indeed picked up the car as planned, took a test drive and agreed that the repairs were complete. Bill's Auto took care of the registration transfer and we were off. My daughter loves the car! So here's what my take away is.. Bill's Auto Sales and in particular, Glen provide an excellent environment for purchasing a car. I found them to be accommodating, friendly, and excellent communicators but above all else they were honest. In discussing the vehicle ..no excuses were made, no stories made up. Buying a car is a big purchase and is never without some amount of compromise working with someone you can trust is key in getting the best deal.. these are your guys. I highly recommend Bill's Auto Sales

I made the appointment online and requested a rental for the day. I arrived at 8:30 and Kristin was more than helpful even though I was early. Because it was my first visit my oil change and tire rotation were free. And I sat in the waiting area for about 5 minutes and enterprise was there to pick me up and bring me to my rental. Simple I know, but I had a Hyundai previously and they gave me a hard time about a rental even if I paid out of pocket?? So they had me wait like 3 hours and 3 hours on your only day off is a lot of time lost. Really hate Hyundai village I brought it in for a coil misfire a part that cost $16 I had the diagnostic from a local gas station but they wanted to charge me $150 for their diagnostic and he said he would waive it and just charge me labor. They wanted to charge $500 for labor so I told them to pack up my car and he tried to charge my the $150 he said to waive. Hate them. Thanks Chevy for making my day easy!

Asked the manager if he has seen this before and his response was "I see all sorts of stuff". I don't know how to break it to him that that means these cars suck. Don't buy a Chevy and Don't buy it from this place unless you want endless headaches.

    0 stars if there was the option…read more Brought car in on 6/18 for 8am scheduled appointment for estimate. Was told it would take 20+ mins to get the quote written up because I was a "walk-in". I explained to my Estimator that I didn't just walk in but had a scheduled appointment. I said if he could have it to me by lunch time so that I could make an appointment to get things in motion. I understand things get busy sometimes so I helped create some flexibility for my estimator. Unfortunately here we are on 6/24 and still no estimate. For context, there are only two things to be quoted on. A new rear bumper cover (textured, no paint required) and miscellaneous hardware for install. Not a very complicated quote by any means. Let's see how the communication has gone. 6/18- brought car in, left empty handed (no quote) 6/19- sent follow up email, estimator said it would be done that day. 6/20- called to check on, estimator is off, no manager working on weekends? and unable to have a different estimator work on this quote. 6/22- follow up email, no response 6/23 follow up email, no response 6/23 emailed GM Greg Ross, no response 6/23 left voicemail for AGM Ben Durham, no response 6/24 (today) makes day 7 since trying to obtain simple quote so that I can schedule the work to be done. All and all I'm super disappointed with Peter Messana (my estimator). If you guys were unable to take on a small project such a a bumper cover, then just say so. If you are backed up and have no time as an estimator, then just say so. But the fact that I have gotten 1 response in the last week is unimaginable. Why do you let customers schedule appointments if this is the follow up procedure. Unfortunately this topic and name seems to come up often when reading reviews. Simple follow up emails take less than 1 minute to compose. I was able to visit your competitors after leaving your dealership. Not a single other dealership had an issue getting me my quote within 5-10 mins (being that it is just a bumper cover and 2 hours of labor). I normally do business at a different dealership but will be moving to the Danvers area shortly. I figured what a better time to experience what will now be my closest dealership. Unfortunately it does not seem I will be moving myself or my family's business to this location after all. Such a missed opportunity on a first time customer with this dealer. I have done more than my fair share with attempting to communicate and have tried harder than the person whose job it is and is somehow getting paid to do. I would really hate for my bonus to be tied to such an incompetent estimator. Will make adjustments to the review if there are more developments. Otherwise this will be copy and pasted to the rest of the review sites by the end of day.

I saw the vehicle I was interested in on-line; the price was right as was the features of the vehicle and the mileage. I made an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival I was greeted by Camari who had everything lined up for a smooth purchase. We drove the car, received a very respectable offer on our trade and were done within an hour and half. As the dealership was waiting for the title, we did have to return a few days later to make the final purchase; again, a quick visit and we were off! We did not have to deal with any arrogant/condescending sales manager trying to negotiate a price. The vehicle was listed at a reasonable price and the trade was very good. I am from the South Shore and am very happy I traveled to Danvers; it was well worth it.

First of all, when I pulled my Kia Soul into North Danvers I was treated as I should be as a consumer. Christina and Emily were both very thorough and on point with what my car needed. I was also given a loaner and told Kia would follow up on all details after calling the manufacturer and warranties I provided. Christina aka service advisor stayed true to her word. She texted, emailed and called me about every detail of warranty work completed in the service department. Thankyou Kia North Danvers Service Department! I will be calling again as you truly know how to professionally do business with your consumers. If I could give more than five stars, I would! To add: Joe did the service work on my car.
