Instead asked me to file for my car insurance claim and agreed to pay for the deductibles and insurance cost increases. I did not have any choice so I went with it. I got the car fixed in December 2023. I have been leaving him multiple messages and texts since then but now he is not answering or returning my calls. The cost to replace the cover was close to $1500. The guys at Clear Bra were able to cut off the drooping cover and put a 5% limo dark tint with ceramic and graphine coating to disperse the suns rays for just a few hundred bucks. My daughter was involved in a car accident over a weekend, and because Caliber Collision was…read moreclosed, the towing company--owned by NTX Motorworks--took her vehicle to its holding facility. The following Monday, I contacted NTX Motorworks and authorized them to tow the vehicle from their facility to Caliber Collision. I specifically chose not to have NTX Motorworks repair the vehicle because they were out of network. What followed was an absolutely outrageous experience. NTX Motorworks charged the insurance company $1,500 for a tow. State Farm considered that charge highly excessive and essentially a price gouge, which required additional approvals before payment could be issued. Because of this, the process took more than a week. During that time, NTX Motorworks charged a $135-per-day storage fee, totaling $1,350. They also added a $900 administrative fee and another 3% fee simply for accepting a virtual credit card payment. They refused to accept an ACH payment directly from State Farm. Total bill: $3,750--for a simple tow and storage. And then comes the cherry on top: they lost my daughter's car key.

Detail Werkz provided a paint prep and ceramic coating install for me in December of 2018. Although my first experience using a coating, I was really pleased with the results and appreciated the guidance from Brian and subsequent install. The coating helps keep the car cleaner and makes cleaning a very simple procedure. It's quite a sight to see how the water beads off the thing when air drying the car. Last weekend I discovered the car had been extensively sprayed, accidentally by water with an chemical. Regular cleaning failed to remove the residue. I texted Brian shortly thereafter and got a swift response, making a plan to bring it by the workshop the next day, even though he wasn't technically open. Upon seeing the issues, Brian was able to remove the resulting damage. Give the extent of the issue we decided it best for Brian to keep the car for a day to reinstate the ceramic coating where it had been compromised. The car was ready and looking better than as ever as planned on the Monday of this unfolding on a Friday/ Saturday. The cost of all this was also entirely reasonable given the time and material needed to put it right. I totally appreciate Brian's knowledge and service and highly recommend his work based on my fantastic experience. He's a straight up guy with a passion for making cars look their best. Cheers Brian.
