How is that even legal? It's blatant fraud and a scam. Their customer service was rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. They clearly have no integrity and are just looking for ways to squeeze every dollar they can out of people -- even if it means lying and bending the rules. Avoid this company at all costs. Texas Towing was not only out here w/in 20 minutes, but I was charged less than two other local tow companies had quoted. This time, my wife's car overheated and had to be parked in Mckinney overnight. First thing the next morning, Texas Towing came all the way to VA just to pick up the key from us, drove back down to McKinney to tow the car and then ultimately brought it to the shop of our choice back in VA. Excellent owner and supreme service at an economical rate. I wouldn't recommend anyone but Texas Towing. Thanks again for helping us out!

He calls the lady back and she's now saying 180 she switched the price up which she knew she was going to do that is why she never send the link. They add racially tryna get more money out of you when get there and telling you a diff price than they quoted. So the boy goes on to say are u gone pay or not after being very rude with us I tell him yes my mom is sending me the rest at this point he has already started taking my car down off the tow. He took the car down and pulled off on us almost hitting me. During my wait, the office person stayed in touch, constantly keeping me updated with anticipated ETA. Additionally, once my car was dropped off, I had to call them back to take it to get another mechanic and they came back immediately and got it handled. They went through my vehicle and used my jack. They didn't bother to put it back where it belongs and left an oil stain in the back. Expect over spray on the clear coat, and imperfections in the paint. They don't store your vehicle well. If they attempt to fix, rather than replace a part, it won't be done properly. If you are using insurance, take your vehicle somewhere that the work is warrantied by your insurance company. To finish out my "repair" properly, I will have to source the "repaired" parts from a junkyard that are in better condition that what was paid to be fixed
