I personally have had two terrible experiences with the new owners/their staff and I will NEVER go back (unless Andy and his sister buy it back ;)). All but one lug nut was very loose after my tire change over; one was completely off and rattling around!! I am so grateful this was discovered before my tires came off as my family and I could have been very horribly injured. I gave them another chance, and this time they overtightened my lug nuts with so much torque it warped my rotors. Despite my calls to the owner and a certified letter simply requesting a refund for my tire change over (not even asking for the cost to replace my rotors or the cost to have my trusted mechanic safely install all of the lug nuts to their property torque) they completely ignored my letter and never returned my calls. Terrible customer service! Another lady didn't even make it a block and her tire fell off and she ran over it, which took off her bumper. This is only a very brief summary. Mr. Lube was excellent in years past as I took my vehicle there for 16 years, but ever since the new owners took over, it's gone down hill tremendously! Even the front desk staff is unfriendly and doesn't greet you. For your safety, and your family's, do not take your vehicle to Mr. Lube!! Consider yourself genuinely warned!!

The auto parts store gave me the wrong antifreeze causing the truck to overheat. I went to the Dodge dealership and they told me the antifreeze was contaminated, after showing them what I purchased. I purchased the Dodge Ram antifreeze and headed to Midas. These people at Midas were great, I had a emergency and they took care of everything, cleaned up the truck afterwards. The counter person taking my information was great he got me in on a emergency, the technician was great giving me some advise on the extra heater hoses, what was going on, overall status. Everything was great afterwards, the back flush cleaned out the contaminated antifreeze, the Dodge Ram antifreeze was used, and best of all the truck engine is fine. When I followed up why my vehicle hadn't been started he told me all vehicles needing service are checked in in the morning and then rack and stacked on priority. So I asked if I really needed an appointment and if I could have dropped off anytime during the week and was told, yes. Long story to say, appointments don't have ANY value. I noted that if you bring your vehicle in and the weather is bad outside and you call and tell them your on your way and the time you will be there they make every effort to sweep the snow off and have your vehicle running and warm. I think the little things a business does makes a customer come back. I noted the business owner told my awesome husband to give them a call and they would make every effort to assist the customer. Wasilla's garages were overpriced with one garage billing $1,500 for a simple block heater install. Meanwhile Palmer's garages were similarly overpriced average $550 up to $750. It seemed to good to be true when we phoned Edmund's Import Auto. They quoted to us THREE TIMES $350 down to $338 over the phone. Finally my wife signed off with her e-signature at their front counter's computer for $338. He stated they would have it done next day at $338, so we committed to them. Bold faced liars! Next business day Edmund's Tracy said "Sorry, there was a mix-up, actually the cord doesn't fit the exhaust so we had to fast-lap another block heater!" "New price is now closer to $500!" My immediate thought to myself: "WTF!!" I told Tracy both she and her coworker stated $338. No if's, no and's, nor but's. Told Tracy my wife signed off for $338. Tracy denied this to me over the phone. Tracy literally LIED to us! Disgraceful. At that point it had deteriorated to a "He said! She said!" situation. If you value the integrity of your word, then do not go to Edmund's Import Auto because they don't value their word to you!
