Vehicle had a recall. lat November I was told to just stop by and dropped it off no appointment needed. upon arrival the next day, I was told that the was a 5 month back order on the trim piece. it's June I call again and was told that they don't know when are they getting this piece. I initially paid for this piece before the trim even came on a recall. I call corporate and they called three way and just got me an appointment and apparently they do have the trim. the gentleman that helping me couldn't believe that they didn't want to help me.

Once we hit the parking lot our sales guy was patient and not pushy. He answered questions and showed interest in our questions. He afforded plenty of tire kicking and test driving. If there was a question he could answer he was honest and sought out the answer. The buying process was smooth and the only issue we had was with "smartpay" that was offered. Smartpay should be avoided but this isn't about them. Finance was awesome and smooth process. Management was supportive and professional. We are return customers for a reason.

His knowledge of Lexus products was impressive, and we especially appreciated that he let the vehicles sell themselves without resorting to high-pressure sales tactics. We spent two days looking at different vehicles, and Thomas was always patient, professional, and willing to show us another option until we found the right one. Thomas truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our decision. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. We highly recommend Thomas Williams and the entire North Park Lexus team. If you're looking for a great car-buying experience, ask for Thomas--you won't be disappointed!

I've never had an issue, but today I was disappointed because my car came out of the wash still dirty and there were streak marks all over the windows, front and back windshields, making it difficult to see while driving fortunately, I pulled over in the lot across the street for further inspection and then came right back to the let them know about the issue. They did not even apologize and just asked if I wanted them to run it through the car wash again. I'm waiting to see if there is any improvement, but not happy about the incident. Update, when they brought my vehicle back from the wash, I got into my car and then noticed my key was not on the console where I left it when I returned for the 2nd car wash. They said that their policy was not to take the key from the vehicle and made it seem like I lost the key. They also said they were going to check the video footage to see if the keys were there when I left it the 2nd time. The dashboard stated 'no key detected' so I knew I didn't have it. Spent time looking in the vehicle and emptied my purse although I knew I didn't have it. They radioed Paco and he had the key in his pocket. They gave me my key back, but I spent almost an hour and a half here just to get my car washed when it wasn't even busy. I also didn't appreciate that they seemed to blame me for the missing key. They also didn't vacuum the car like they said they would. Anyhow, I will think twice before returning to this location due to my experience today.

I was told these products could not be cancelled. People involved in my transaction and cancellation request included Richard Furst (Certified Product Specialist), Daniel Garcia (New Sales Manager), Brian Gomez (Finance Manager), Chris Ahmadpour (General Manager), and Connie Barrientos (Receptionist). My previous vehicle was completely paid off, and I traded it in for $7,500 toward this purchase. Four optional products totaling $4,580 were added to my transaction: * Northside Protection Package -- $1,595 * ForeverStart -- $995 * InTouch VP -- $995 * Value Shield -- $995 There is another issue with the $1,595 Northside Protection Package. It included window tint, but the tint was never provided. I was told to return to San Antonio to have it completed. I live in Houston, and my husband and I are both in our 60s. Making a lengthy trip back to San Antonio for services associated with an optional package is not practical for us. Richard Furst handled my vehicle purchase and the optional products. When I raised my concerns and requested cancellation, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. When I explained that the window tint would require us to travel back to San Antonio, Richard Furst joked that they could simply come visit my son and perform the services there. I found this interaction particularly unprofessional and dismissive rather than a serious response to my concern. I subsequently contacted Daniel Garcia and Brian Gomez regarding the cancellation. I also contacted the finance company regarding the cancellation process during a three-way call. Connie Barrientos, the receptionist, then provided the cancellation process/form. Before I could even send the completed form back to Connie, I received these responses from her in writing: "Nothing Is Going To Be Cancelled." and later: "Those Items Cannot Be Cancelled And You've Already Been Told That." I nevertheless completed the form, provided the requested odometer photograph, and emailed both the completed cancellation form and odometer photo to Brian Gomez, Finance Manager, and Chris Ahmadpour, General Manager, in an effort to properly escalate the matter. I did not receive a direct response from either the Finance Manager or General Manager. Any communication I received regarding the dealership's position was through the receptionist, and I was not provided a substantive explanation from management as to why each specific product supposedly could not be cancelled. I am in my 60s, and English is not my first language. I needed assistance writing this review. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I am asking Northside Honda to properly process a cancellation request that I made in writing only three days after purchase and provide the applicable refunds--or clearly explain, in writing, why each specific product supposedly cannot be cancelled. I hope management will take this seriously and resolve this fairly. I would strongly encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle here to think twice, carefully review every optional product before signing, and make sure you receive the actual contracts and cancellation terms--not just an overview.

I purchased a used Vehicle from Northside Chevrolet on June 5th 2026.. I Originally came in looking for a Durango Hemi.. but it was taken to Auction.. but they just got in a Ram Hemi.. after their fixation of my my Chevy Deisel trade in.. I purchased the Ram knowing they gave a year warranty.. The main reason I went ahead in purchasing.. Even though my trade and the $5k down was a little not what expecting I went ahead and drove off the lot the next day.. because the Ram wasn't ready after inspection and cleaning which I didn't mind for the peace of mind.. * I have 2 other vehicles and I travel a lot.. weeks at a time.. and I purchased this veh to pull my auto trailers * Jun12th .. Then a month later I bring it in to service because a vibration on the front steering wheel, a bumping when stopped and tires out of balance.. Get it back after the weekend.. Tell me replace a front ball joint and balance the tires.. nothing on the bumping.. couldn't duplicate problem.. Jul 7th.. Bring it back for the Vibration to the passenger rear.. Bumping felt like pass or mid rear every time I stopped.. and also, something sounded like a loose heat shield.. Got the Ram back end of the week.. Replaced heat shield.. rebalanced the rear tire.. but couldn't duplicate the vibration or feel the bumping.. Aug21.. Vibration is really noticeable and my brother mentioned it and asked me if that bothers me.. yes.. yes it does.. Got it back again after the weekend and they couldn't find or feel the issue.. they stated maybe it's the tire? Sept10.. Before spending 2k on tires or 4k for rims and tires.. I had a local shop check the balance of the passenger rear tire and to see if the rim is bent?? He came back to the tire is balanced and didn't notice any bent rim.. so I had him switch both with the front passenger.. I looked at the rear end.. pushed it around.. then I noticed I was missing brake pad and had only had one barely left.. took picture.. Then took it back to Northside AGAIN.. now mind you.. I'm very angry person as it is.. so, I went in as calmly as I could.. kept asking the Adviser Alex do I need to talk to someone about this?? He stated he was making notes.. its Sunday now and hopefully my Ram is ready tomorrow.. I do always have to call them and ask if it's ready... The other main issue I had with Northside that I must address.. When I went in Aug21 I looked and the deals on a 26 Chevy1500 Custom.. had every intention of giving back the Ram and driving off with the new 1500 Custom.. this was when I noticed how much they suckered me out the first time.. I paid 34k (total) and I financed 20k after the trade and 5k down.. They would only give me 23k for the Ram?!?! (3mths +1k miles) They had the Custom listed at 36k on website.. after everything I could have taken it for 36k out the door.. BUT they wanted to add all the crap I already paid for on the Ram.. told them take it out and put it into the Custom.. they laughed.. and couldn't do that.. the manager came out and was trying to convince me that they have overhead and asked him why is that a concern to me, I just want a truck that works and I don't have to keep coming back here!? He didn't want to speak to me after that.. Even though it was against my better judgment and since I was there for 5 HOURS.. I said I will go down 3k to 33k out the door.. raising my trade to AT LEAST 26k.. they said no... even after I signed that paper.. which I took a picture of.. You know the one, they say if you can come up/down, sign here... LOL A week later they did offer me 34.5k that weekend (ending of the month) I said NO!! Since they wanted to run my credit again?? So All in All... I have lost ALL TRUST with them!! Once this truck is fixed for the next person.. I'm trading it in at will deal with a different dealership/owner.. Thank you for reading this far.. I hope I help someone in the future.. I've been wanting to write this but since they have my Ram Truck in the shop.. IDGAF anymore..

I'm leaving this review because my experience with the service department at Mercedes-Benz of San…read moreAntonio on San Pedro was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a dealership. My 2021 Mercedes-AMG GLB 35 developed a serious engine problem. It initially presented with a cylinder 1 misfire, followed by severe shaking/bucking under acceleration. I replaced the spark plug and had already addressed other potential causes, but the problem continued. The vehicle then developed a very noticeable clicking/ticking noise, sounded weak when revved, and the RPMs would drop. The most concerning discovery was metallic debris/shavings in the engine oil filter. At that point, I expected Mercedes-Benz to take the situation seriously, thoroughly document the failure, clearly explain what they had actually diagnosed versus what they were simply recommending, and help me understand my options. Instead, I felt dismissed throughout the process. The communication was extremely disappointing. The text communication from the service department was particularly frustrating. Rather than feeling like a customer with a potentially catastrophic engine failure was being taken seriously, I repeatedly felt like I was having to chase information and push for answers. When you own a Mercedes-AMG and bring it to an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership for a major mechanical problem, you expect communication to be professional, proactive, and transparent. That was not my experience. The technician/diagnostic process left me with more questions than answers. The dealership identified evidence consistent with a serious internal engine problem, including the metallic material in the oil filter. I was told it appeared that the engine could have a rod/internal failure, but I was not given the level of clear, definitive documentation and explanation I expected from a Mercedes-Benz dealership dealing with a potentially catastrophic engine failure. There is a huge difference between saying: "We found evidence suggesting an internal engine failure." and actually documenting: what failed, what was physically confirmed, what testing was performed, what was ruled out, and what Mercedes-Benz required for warranty consideration. As the owner, I shouldn't have had to become an expert in Mercedes warranty bulletins and engine diagnostics just to understand what was happening to my own vehicle. Management was equally disappointing. What bothered me most was the lack of ownership. When a customer has a serious mechanical failure and is spending significant money on a Mercedes-AMG, the expectation should be that management steps in, listens to the customer's concerns, reviews the diagnostic process, and makes sure the customer understands exactly what is happening. Instead, I walked away feeling dismissed rather than helped. I wasn't asking anyone to give me something for free. I was asking for a proper diagnosis, clear documentation, honest communication, and reasonable assistance navigating a serious engine failure. My biggest issue isn't even that the vehicle failed. Mechanical failures happen. My issue is how Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio handled me after it happened. A major engine failure is stressful enough without feeling like the dealership is trying to move you through the process rather than actually helping you understand what happened. For a Mercedes-Benz dealership--especially one servicing an AMG--I expected substantially better communication, transparency, technical explanation, and customer service. Instead, I had to repeatedly push for answers, research the potential warranty coverage myself, and advocate for my own vehicle while dealing with a potentially catastrophic engine problem. Mercedes-Benz sells a premium vehicle experience. The service experience I received did not match that standard. Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to recommend the San Pedro Mercedes-Benz service department to someone dealing with a serious mechanical or engine problem. If you are considering taking your vehicle there for a major repair, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing, asking exactly what has been physically confirmed versus what is being suspected, requesting copies of all diagnostic findings, and understanding your warranty rights before authorizing major repairs. This experience has seriously changed my opinion of the dealership and, more importantly, the confidence I have in allowing them to handle a major repair on my vehicle.
