He set up traps, sealed entry points, and we cleaned up what was there. Thought we were done... until a few days later when a couple more droppings popped up. Frustrating, but Efren had already told us he stands behind his work with a warranty. Called him, and he was back out super quick with no hassle, no extra charge, just fixed the issue. A third visit was scheduled, but Gilbert (the owner) tried to charge me a $75 fee to come back because my tenant was sick and we had to reschedule. I agreed to pay the fee, but then he went back on his word and tried to charge me the full $275 for the third visit instead of the $75 he had previously told me. He basically told me to hire someone else, so take it from him and find a different company. They do not honor their warranties, their word, or their "customer satisfaction guarantee."
