I found a place on-line but the shipping cost would have been more than the items. On the last pump-out I asked the guy doing the work who to contact and he suggested M & M in Redmond, WA. I only wish M & M had more prodcut to offer - they had the lid and screws but none of the risers that connect to the lids - they did have a 24-inch pipe type riser but it was more than I needed.. After buying the lids from M & M I went back to the website for http://www.septicsolutions.com and ordered 2 3-inch risers and 2 installation kits - screws and sealing rope to make the the whole thing water tight. Score on the combination of M & M and http://www.septicsolutions.com - M & M had PolyLok lids and Septic solutions did, too - so all of items will interlock and fit together.
