The following day I brought my old fridge with me for disposal (a $55 value) when I went back to pick up my new (used) fridge. Nick even offered to deliver my new fridge if I had lived a bit closer but never the less he loaded into my pick up and even tied it down for me so I would be sure to get home safe. Not only did I get a new fridge and rid myself of the old, but I got a 90 day warranty. Standard because they are confident in there machines. This is a family owned and operated small business that has been around for a long time. Even though this was my first transaction with them I feel like I have known them years and I'm sure this won't be my last transaction at Mom's. I really don't feel like the negative reviews I just read reflect this business in least. If you need to replace a fridge, a washing machine, or a dryer, just stop in and take a look. They are very upfront and honest and all the machines are gone through and thoroughly tested. All the fridges are plugged in and running with thermometers inside. There was no explanation, no other recommendations for other contractors, and the work we're doing to the home isn't even anything drastic. We had a hopes set on using Tombo, but then when they cancelled after doing the estimate visit (and didn't even share their thoughts) we were forced to find another contractor. To me, reliability is key with contractors, and I can't say I found that at all with Tombo.

They assured that we are getting a fantastic set of fixtures for our bathroom remodel. We swallowed hard because the cost was 50% more than the metal fixtures we had looked at by Koehler, but they convinced us. What a mistake. All of the control handles and Blu fixtures are stamped from plastic with cheap metallic coating. We've had two completely delaminate, and all of the wall covers have come loose. Our general contractor has been trying to get Pedini to replace those which the yellow plastic is showing through the cheap veneer, but three months later, the only thing we hear is the chip of crickets. Please think long and hard about a high-end distributor who pawns cheap plastic fixtures off, then seems to avoid standing behind them when they fail.

It really annoys me when sellers make up for the low item price by charging too much for shipping.
