Just left this establishment and the notary that assisted me made me feel as if I was a criminal. She's making statements saying she's never seen a document like this and even had problems with the wording. The entire interaction was awkward and treated me like I was a sketchy person. We've had our PO Box here for over 20 years. During this time I have also set up PO boxes for two of my clients as well. We always have excellent service, from being able to have packages delivered there instead of our home to being able to call them and check to see what time the mail will be in. Years ago I used to use their mailbox service and had nothing but courteous and helpful attitude. Since then I have used them frequently for their notary service, buying boxes and shipping via FedEx. They used to ship UPS but have not done so for years now. Have not bought stamps from them but if I did I would expect to pay a little more than in USPS, as I would in any other third party owned premises including my bank's ATM. For the convenience of their mailbox customers they have an outgoing mail drop box. At times I have dropped mail there even though I was no longer a mailbox customer, no one objected. In short as a long time customerI have no complaints at all. read more
