WOW! This cake was beyond delicious! I am so happy I came to the right place for the best cake for the best price. I was planning a birthday cake for my husband and I couldn't get my cake customized at any good place because I needed it in 3 days. I was so worried I wasn't going to get a delicious cake made for that weekend but thank goodness, I saw Nothing Bunt Cake on yelp, gave them a call and they were able to take my order without hesitation! I will never regret the decision I made on that day! When I went to go pick it up, the cake was beautifully wrapped in clear wrappings and tied with a cute ribbon. This was my first purchase but umpteenth this episode enjoying Nothing Bundt Cakes. In my opinion, My husbands birthday dinner needs to perfect every year. So I always through in a surprise dessert that he will not soon forget. Bring in the mini Bundts. I purchased a birthday pack online through the Yelp app. It was under $25 for 12 individual mini Bundt cakes with 6 messages and typed birthday card with a message from me on company stock paper. What a great presentation. My husband was flattered that I was so thoughtful, but then he ate the cake and immediately discovered his favorite flavor is the lemon. So, I am requested to grab another dozen with more lemon for his morning to-go coffee and that makes me so happy. The kids loved it and had to haggle each other for the last cake. They had my order ready right at 5:03pm for a five pm pick-up. So, definitely do not go earlier than you request your order to be ready. When get there, the servers welcome you to try their samples of the day. The people who come in without an order are seen as soon as possible, but did have a line to wait in. There are no chairs to wait in and I believe that is great marketing because you need to move around the shop which allows you to see all of the awesome add-ons and party favors that are available. Unfortunately we not be patronizing nothing Bundt Cakes. I purchased a cake for my wife's birthday and it looked like a child had made it. We had a couple of close family over and they laughed that I had paid $30 for a cake that looked thrown together. I was quite embarrassed. I understand things happen but here is the reason for the 1 star review. I called to let them know and they said thank you for the feedback. That's it. We are talking about flour and water here. They could have easily offered to replace the cake or something to provide some customer service. We would often frequent the bakery and purchase bundtlets but they have lost our business. The owner needs to take a hard look at their management and how they manage customer issues. Also, I noticed several negative reviews. Asking someone to go to a different site to express their option so it is heard only furthers the point that you are tone deaf to customers and their experience. read more

Had the opportunity to visit this store this morning because they are helping elementary schools with fundraising for 6th grade camp. The place is immaculately clean, plenty of associates to assist you. They have fresh free samples. I was very irritated this morning ( at no fault of there's) and ALL of the employees handled me exceptionally well and were still calm, polite and professional. Yesterday, I purchased an 8 inch strawberry cream Bundt cake and it was delicious. The frosting is a tad on the sweet side but nothing a good cup of coffee can't fix. I am a big fan and am still giving 3 stars to this bakery. The top flavors-chocolate chip, white chocolate raspberry and red velvet are the most moist and delicious flavors. I tried marble and cinnamon. They were bland flavors with not much chocolate in the marble cake. This is my review based on different experiences on different occasions. A few days ago, I took my friends to this bakery (their first time) and we wanted to try different flavors. The bundtlets were too big for individual servings so we asked to get the bundtinies, One for each three of us. We were told that they could only be bought in dozens. We didn't want to get a dozen for the three of us. They refused to sell them individually. So we asked if we could buy the bundlets and if they could cut one into four pieces. They said they couldn't do that either. They said you would have to do it yourself (I'm assuming people don't take their own knives to the bakeries). Since we wanted to just try it there and it seemed it wasn't possible, we came out without buying anything. It was disappointing. I'd give them 5 stars for the taste and quality of the flavors i mentioned though. Another time I ordered a bund cake without icing and the salesperson told me it would be a few min. I waited ten min and still my order wasn't ready. I asked (since I was running late to go to a party) when it would be ready and was told just a few more min. This was the longest I waited for my order at this bakery. I asked them again for my order and this time the owner/manager came out and told me that it takes time when you order any cake without icing. I told him if I was told at the time of ordering that it would take 15-20m, I wouldn't have ordered it since I was in a rush. I ended up getting the regular bundt cake with icing even after all the wait and wasn't offered any compensation for the wait and the wrong order. read more

My 2 year old son and I went in today looking to buy a bundt cake to celebrate my wedding anniversary. When we walked in I noticed that we were not greeted like other customers walking in, but I felt like it was no biggie, people get busy with other customers and it's completely okay. I made my way towards the adorably decorated table with pretty mugs and keychains for sale to take a look. My son was close to me but was not holding my hand. I could see that he was looking quietly taking it all in and trying to make sense of where we had just walked in. I turned to look at a key chain but I could feel someone staring at me, so I turned to make sure my son was still next to me and not getting into trouble then saw an employee looking at us, her stare made me feel uncomfortable and as if we were being watched. So I made sure to hold my son's hand to show that he was being supervised and wouldn't mess anything up. I walked towards the young employee looking at us so that she could help us. She was not very friendly and not very forthcoming with information to help, I asked all of the questions (which again, I was okay with) I finally made my decision and let the employee know. She was hesitant and told me that the choice I made had another ingredient in it (I'm thinking to make sure I still wanted it) in the end I let her know that I was okay with it, but the employee never moved to get the cake I asked for. Feeling frustrated, watched/judged and not valued as a customer, I decided to leave and not buy a cake. The customer service from this employee was the opposite from friendly and helpful,she was very cold and it made me feel like I did not belong in there. As we were leaving another employee was friendly and greeted us but at this point it was already too late and I just wanted to leave. I have had bundt cakes from this bakery before in the past and loved them and wanted to support my local store especially since one of my good friends has her own Nothing Bundt Cakes store in Dublin Ohio but I was Very disappointed with the customer service and this location. read more

I heard SO much praise for this place and I was so excited to try it! We just never went out because it was far from our house. Finally, we happened to be in the area so of course, I stopped in! I'm a bug chocolate lover so I got the regular chocolate bundt cake and I was so excited because it had a ton of frosting on it! After waiting and waiting, I finally tried it and it was cream cheese on top. I hate cream cheese and if I had thought to ask I would've gotten something else but they didn't have any other full Chocolate bundts so even if I had asked, I couldn't have gotten what I really wanted which was a ton of rich melty chocolate. I wasn't impressed and probably won't go back especially since it's so far.
