Updating my review from 6 years ago! So this place has been my go to place for my all and any occasion cake needs. I enjoy trying their seasonal flavors but my absolute favorites are Oreo cookies and crème, strawberries and crème and red velvet. I love ordering through the app for all my future orders it's so convenient and you can keep track of your points. They've been offering a lot of BOGO lately it's really worth it when you sign up for their rewards to stay in the loop. If you don't order a head of time the wait is usually 15-20mins. It's a small store front so it can get crowed on a busy day. The ladies are really nice, helpful and they get the lines going. Some days they offer samples. The cakes always come out so consistent in flavor and moist. Some days I do request for light frosting because the frosting can be overwhelming sweet but I really do love their cakes. I do like the option of either purchasing in person at the store or picking it up either way you're still going to wear in a line so have your patience cap on. Their prices are different depending on what you want did you want a bundt cake or did you want the buntini's or did you want the bundlets they come in different size and different types of flavor. Once I arrived at the store the cashiers sesame right away with my order let them know in the back that I'm here to pick up and within 5 minutes I received my order in my hands. The staff was very helpful and the store was clean. The only bummer is that they don't offer the free samples anymore like they used to before the pandemic. Bring the samples back and nothing but cakes they were awesome and sometimes you need to know how that flavor of the month or week tastes like before you buy it. read more

I was a frequent customer for many years but hadn't been back in awhile because I don't travel out that way anymore. I had a couple punchcards filled out for free bundlets that I kept forgetting to go in to redeem. I went in and was told they no longer accept honor the punchcards and to scan my receipts in the app. I no longer have the 12+ receipts to scan in, nor do I need another app on my phone. My family and I love the cakes from here! The place is small and cutesy inside. Service from the workers is alright. Usually we just get the 10 inch cakes in the display that are ready to be boxed up. Have generally enjoyed a variety of their flavors. I really like the lemon cake and white chocolate raspberry cake! Regarding the cream, it's really sweet, so some people may not like that but I enjoy it (sweet tooth)! read more

If you are a person of color (black) stay away from this location!!! During my visit, I encountered poor customer service from the cashier, which resulted in me having to return to the store to have my order reconciled. Upon returning to the store, I encountered the same cashier who was not only rude but also dismissive when I brought up multiple issues with my order and experience. I politely advised the cashier that I was not given the correct change, was not provided with a receipt, and the number of cakes I received was fewer than what I had ordered and paid for. The cashier responded in a curt and unprofessional manner that made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. Additionally, the tone and attitude displayed felt unnecessarily hostile, and there were undertones that I perceived as a microaggression. As a paying customer, I expected at the very least to be treated with courtesy and respect. This experience was disappointing and inconsistent with the warm, friendly brand I've come to associate with Nothing Bundt Cakes. I hope this issue can be addressed internally so that future customers don't have a similar experience. read more

We went to the store on Wednesday to order six personal cakes. We ordered all different flavors including paid $1.00 extra for a banana pudding cake. When we picked up the order we were told that they sold out of the banana pudding cake. We could either be credited for the missing cake or select another flavor. We needed six so we selected another one. My concern and disappointment is that even though we prepaid and paid extra they sold out to other customers not prioritizing prepaid customers. I came to Nothing Bundt Cake in Clovis, Ca several times for the month of August 2021 and September 2021 as my sisters and niece had birthday celebrations that month. I'm totally caked out! My first time here I was greeted by staff. Who informed me that they can help assist me when I'm ready. I was looking at all the cake flavors and was asked if I had any questions. No just looking at what I want or should get for myself and the birthday. I did feel somewhat pressured to hurry up but I am that customer that will take my time. I let them know it was first time and wanted to understand all the flavors and leave me be until I was ready to order. This place can get packed easily! I ended up getting the Lemon Raspberry Bundtette 8/10 pretty good! When I brought it over my mom devoured it leaving me one bite so it was good! The same visit I ended up getting the Lemon Cake which was tasty and didn't last long at the family house. My second visit I ended up just getting a couple of Bundtette cakes for the dude and I with various flavors! Their flavor options are amazing! My goal is to try them all. Which so far I tried the White Chocolate Raspberry, Birthday Cake, Raspberry Lemon, Lemon and Red Velvet. I would say the White Chocolate Raspberry is my favorite and the Lemon Raspberry. Any who, the dude, nieces, sisters and parents LOVE their Bundt cakes. Very moist and not too sweet. I just wish there was less frosting as I'm not a huge frosting person. They do have gluten-free options which due to my intolerance I can't eat that much cake or I'll get sick. So I usually take a bite or two and be done as I don't want to be miserable for the upcoming days! The birthday girls loved their cakes and it was worth every Penny! For a nominal delivery fee, Nothing Bundt came out and set up on a Sunday and provided a beautiful wedding display. What more could you ask for!
