Ok so I love puns way too much so the name of this place is awesome. As soon as you walk in, you are drawn to the display case of bundtiful bundt cakes. I love the idea of the bundtlets because they're a bit bigger than a piece of cake so technically it could be 2 servings....if you have that kind of self-control. We got the marble and lemon bundtlets and both were absolutely perfect. Marble was my favorite but I managed to get a couple bites of the lemon and that had great slightly tart and not too sweet flavor too. The cream cheese frosting might be a bit too much for some but I read that you can request these without the frosting or a light drizzle for the larger cakes. Oh and I love samples! Off to the side of the registers was a platter of samples of their white chocolate raspberry. I am not a fan of this flavor. Also the texture of these were different than the bundtlets because the samples were almost too moist. Thankfully, there are many other delicious flavors! Yea there's covid but if you make a promise you either deliver or offer compensation for not delivering. They did not deliver and did not compensate. I don't really understand why it is so hard to do something so simple. My review is not about the product for their cakes are deliciously delectable, but when it comes to getting something as simple as a receipt there seems to be a disconnect. There isn't a location in my area and so I have no choice but to patronize this location. On Dec. 17th I placed a phone order for pick up on the 20th. Upon placing my order I gave specific instructions requesting a receipt and was told I would get it. I made sure to request that because last year when I placed my order I didn't get a receipt. I contacted the store several times with no success. Well, the ball was dropped, AGAIN! I even called a couple days later and spoke to someone who took my name, date of purchase, and email addy and still no receipt. While this may be a trivial issue to some it isn't to me as I am a small business and keep a record of all business expenses, which this happened to be. At this point I think a no receipt, free miniature bundt cake incentive should be implemented. Considering the fact that it's such a hard thing to do. I'd also like to suggest simply taping the receipt to the box for ALL of your phone orders. That way the store knows they fulfilled the order and the customer has proof of purchase. Though the actual cakes are great (best bundt cakes ever!!!) this location does not have all of their flavors for same day purchase. I would only order ahead from this location to make sure they have the flavors I would like. I was extra disappointed that they did not carry bundtlets in their seasonal flavor on the day I went at 10 am! The cakes taste pretty good and it's unique and something you don't see very often...but their customer service is lacking. I ordered two dozen mini bundt cakes, so two separate boxes, with the intention of giving them to different people. I ordered different assortments for the different people I was planning on giving them to but when I got home I see they didnt label the boxes so I had no clue which box was which assortment. I couldn't simply open them to check because they were taped up and I didnt want to leave a mark of an opened box so i had to guess and of course the wrong assortment made it to the wrong people. That was very thoughtless of the people packing the orders. And as I was picking up the order I bought a couple more cakes and had alot of items so I asked for a bag to put my stuff in and they said I had to pay 2 or 3 dollars for fancy bags. No thanks...so I had to precariously carry all the stuff I bought to my car and drive home hoping none of it would tip over. Also they dont tell you any instructions about how to store the cakes and how long it will last and stuff like that. If I could give Nothing Bundt Cakes no stars I would. They delivered to an incorrect address. The cake was for a 93 year old woman who had broken her leg. Within one minute of leaving the cake at a wrong address, I attempted to get them to deliver a few doors down. They said they could not call the driver back. They said to order and pay for a new cake. "Rose" was terrible and her customer service lacked. Cakes have always been great. Their moral standards at this location are absent. The order ahead of time doesn't work when you collect 300 orders for 4:00 pick-up and you only have 6 staff members. Waited over 30 minutes in my car!
