I like Nothing Bundt Cakes. The bundlets are a good size when I want a dessert without having to bake. Since it's larger than a cupcake, I can stretch the bundlet into two or three servings. The cakes are moist and on the sweeter side. Some of the flavors are better than others. My favorites are the Vanilla (5 stars) and Oreo Cookies & Cream (4 stars). They no longer sell Snickerdoodle (5 stars), which was my go to flavor. My husband likes the Red Velvet (3 stars). The Lemon (3 stars) and White Chocolate Raspberry (2 stars) were disappointing. They also offer different seasonal flavors throughout the year. The signature style of the bundt cakes are easily recognizable if you see it at a party. The cakes come in various sizes with just enough cream cheese frosting piped to complement the cake. You can get discounts like a buy one, get one free bundlet through their rewards program, coupons in the mail, and the online survey on the bottom of the receipt. I've been twice to this location. I've have the bite size bundtinis before, but they have been dry and I've heard of horror stories of other locations. Both times I've gone at night. I've tried the bundles flavors: white chocolate raspberry, strawberry cream, Reese's peanut butter cup, and carrot cake. I'll say this all of them were moist and fluffy. It was sooo good. They were amazing. The staff actually makes them all fresh. It was 7pm and she said they baked them the previous day and it still smelled like they were baking in there. It was my birthday and I just finished up a week at the hospital after two big surgeries. I sent my minions in here to fetch me a cake and to Uwajimaya for steamed bbq pork buns. Hey, it is my birthday. I am on a low residue diet which basically means bready things and protein, hold the produce. One minion forbade carrot cake because of that. Sadface. The bundt cake was easy to obtain, they are covid compliant with masks and distancing, and both reports back were that the young man waiting on the minions was polite and nice. My cake was lemon with cream cheese frosting "petals". It was tender and delicious. It could have been more lemon forward ( I like my lemon to kick me in the tastebuds) but it was good. Other available flavors are: marble, chocolate chocolate chip, white chocolate raspberry,red velvet, my favorite carrot, a praline number, and a plain white or funfetti I think. They also have seasonal flavors like pumpkin spice and chocolate peppermint. The cakes come in several sizes and the staff will apply decorations for an extra fee. Something for everyone! They don't sell birthday candles which disappointed my minions. We think they are missing an obvious money maker there. We ate our cake without ice cream. I also ordered bundtinis (mini cupcake) - note: you have to order by dozen! I tried to order half a dozen but was told it was not possible. You can add any and as many flavors as you prefer, which is nice. Frosting was added after we ordered. The only suggestion I have for the store is having better reward incentives. I have been eagerly awaiting the opening of this location of Nothing bundt Cakes ever since I noticed the construction people working on the space a few weeks ago. I posted photos showing the gradual birth of the shop. I enjoyed my first taste of these cakes at their other location in Beaverton. The shop looks very cute inside. Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic they are only doing curbside orders on the sidewalk. I would prefer if they had a person stationed outside to let a limited number of customers inside at a time. It's nice to look at the case of cakes and browse the cards and other merchandise they offer. The lady outside who took our order was friendly and efficient. After paying by card, we were presented with a brown bag containing our order within seconds. I'm hoping they will allow customers to enter the shop sometime soon, as that is a much more pleasant way to do business. We purchased two of the cupcake size bundt cakes, one classic vanilla and one lemon. The cakes are good with tasty flavors. But the texture is a bit spongy and the frosting is extremely sweet. You can order glaze instead of their usual frosting but it must be ordered ahead. Nothing bundt Cakes is a nice addition to this shopping area and I would visit them again. read more

My mom is from out of state and on her list of places to go to when visiting oregon is always Nothing Bundt Cakes. We had never tried this location before. We ordered her usual go-to of a dozen bundtinis, received them, drove all the way home, only to open the taped box and discover none of our bundtinis had cream on them. Bundtinis aren't filled--without the cream they're just tiny pieces of cake (albeit delicious, moist cake). We were so disappointed and were tired after a day out, but still made the drive back to get the order corrected. They don't even deserve 1 star. Tried yesterday with wife for grand opening and will never, ever go back! Received the flier for a free trial cake to celebrate the new location, but by 1pm those were all gone. Saw that they have little small size, but you have to buy 12. Samples weren't happening either. We asked the employee that since the promotion was going on till 6pm but they were out of what we came for, could they possibly sell less than 12 of the little cakes. She said no way. She could not have been less help. We made a special trip to this place and were excited to try it. We left without buying anything and let the employee know she needs to work on customer service.
