We bought a red velvet, a peppermint chocolate, and a strawberries and cream cake. Each one was moist and delicious. The red velvet had a beautiful deep red color and didn't last long. The strawberries and cream smelled great and had a surprisingly strong strawberry flavor. The peppermint chocolate was rich and had lots of chocolate chips in it. I enjoyed trying each one. They come in resealable plastic containers in case you can't finish the whole thing. This place is great! read more

I have been to this store many times by now. I can't believe I haven't written a review. This Nothing Bundt Cakes shop is in a plaza with its own parking. In fact, they have their own spot(s?). The inside is very cute, clean, and well organized. They have a small selection of gift items that complement the cake including supplies like candles. They have four sizes to choose from - two full size versions, a small version called bundtlets, and tiny ones call bundtinis sold in multiples. I usually buy the bundtlet size. It is big enough for two people. I generally eat a quarter at a time. Hubby eats half at a time. So, one bundtlet is sufficient. The frosting is sweet cream cheese. The cake is always moist. These cakes seem to last forever in the fridge. Our top favorite is the chocolate, chocolate chip. Our second choice is red velvet. The seasonal flavors are good, too. I bought a lemon blueberry once. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their inventory seems to be well-stocked every time I go. Definitely a place you should be checking out! Kirkland is a bit out of my usual stomping grounds, but it's always nice to do something different so I pop my head up here a few times a year. One of the things I love to pick up here is the bundtlets. They are the perfect size and come in a wide variety of flavours and they usually have a rotating one as well. What is especially nice about this location is that there's 15-minute parking spot right in front of the shop in downtown Kirkland in the business strip it's located in. So it's handy for picking up takeout or cake! My partner and I came here to pick up some bundlets. We tried the chocolate with chocolate chip and the chocolate chip bundlets, which were both yummy. They did have some full size bundt cakes that were ready for takeout, but I recommend ordering ahead if you're wanting a specific flavor because they do not offer all of the flavors for a full size for takeout. Love me some nothing bundt cakes! Their cake recipes are some of my favs. So moist and they don't dry out or go stale easily, so you can enjoy for a few days at least. The big bundts are nice in place of bday cakes and the minis or cupcakes are great for work events or when you just want to enjoy a little. Favorite flavors have to be the peanut butter, red velvet, and pumpkin, though I would eat them all, anytime. The kirkland location in particular is very easy to get to just off the main exit to downtown, and it's in a strip mall with lots of parking. read more

This is a tiny little shop that is adorable! I got the chocolate chocolate chip, confetti and chocolate chip cookie bundts. Each came packaged in its own little container. The confetti and chocolate chocolate chip were our favorites. The confetti was dense and moist and so full of flavor. The chocolate chip cookie was very dense, not dry, but not as moist as the other two. The chocolate chocolate chip was moist and soft and heavenly. I have a weakness for this place, only exceeded by the spouse's weakness for it! We first tried NBC when visiting family in another state and were hooked on the moist cake and delicious frosting. We realized we could get them locally after the spouse practically ate the whole cake on our visit and later received a gift card from the family. Today we visited the Kirkland shop since we were out there for errands. It's a clean, inviting space for takeout only (I think they all are). The special was a Reese's Peanut Butter cake, which I got, while spouse went for carrot. It you like moist Bundt cake and Reese's, you pretty much have to get this Bundtlet before it's gone! Located near the google campus with 15 minute parking just for this little Bundt cake bakery. Although the name Bundt cake appears unassuming these little cakes are anything but plain. We ordered strawberry, chocolate chip, vanilla, strawberry and confetti. For about $6 a piece the offering is ample. The tops are loaded with creamy cream cheese frosting utop little cakes. The cakes themselves are moist and tasty. My favorite is the strawberry with a fragrant fruity flavor and the white creamy topping was generously heaped on the dessert. I like how each cake is packaged separately so it easy to pass out and share with friends. There are also loyalty programs for the frequent customer and also for personal birthdays. I was so grateful for their effort in giving us this so well-packed mini bundt cake. I tried Chocolate Chocolate Chip Bundt cake. The sponge was delicate and moist, Definitely had chocoloate flavor. However I found this way too sweet and the sugar (for me) overwhelmed the flavor. I debated giving it 4 considering children or people with more tolerance to sweetness may love it.
