I've been loving I Can't Believe it's Bread in Bellevue. Every time I stop by, the place smells amazing and the staff is genuinely kind and patient, even when it's busy. Their gluten-free cinnamon rolls and lemon bars are ridiculously good - soft, flavorful, and you honestly wouldn't know they're gluten-free. I also appreciate that they always have a nice variety in the case, so I can try something new each visit. If you're in Bellevue and eat gluten-free (or even if you don't), this bakery is absolutely worth the visit.

DF/GF Cinnamon Roll, heated up at home

I have never seen such a huge variety of Gluten Free AND Dairy Free offerings! The double chocolate muffins are out of this world! And the cinnamon rolls.... I've never had a DF/GF cinnamon roll so fluffy! I heated it up with plant-based butter, maple butter from Trader Joe's, and the frosting it came with. I've been missing Cinnabon style buns, and this came through. My family and I also enjoyed the pumpkin loaf. This is not your typical sit-down bakery. Many items come frozen. The baguettes were a bit crumbly, but that might have been because I ate it the next day. The flavor was great! It is a bit pricey, but the buns, loaves, and muffins were definitely worth it. It's a good thing I live in Oregon! I would go broke if I lived close.

Almond apricot biscotti cries: "tea, coffee with me and you'll be pleased"

Easy parking and a convenient Bellevue location, this bakery provides very well thought out gluten free bakery goods... at boutique prices... a great tasting. Great for those gluten-challenged and a definite treat. We had the cinnamon rolls which were fabulous cinnamon-y with a good texture and sweetness, the sweet potato biscuits which also had a good texture, subtle sweetness that begs for some great butter, and the almond apricot biscotti which required tea (or coffee) to complete the experience.

Better than any pecan pie/bars I've ever had!!!

Absolutely the BEST gluten-free bakery I've ever been to! As someone with a severe gluten allergy and who's super picky about gluten-free treats, this place completely exceeded my expectations. My sister and I tried the bagels, pecan bars, raspberry streusel bars, and scones--and WOW, everything was out of this world delicious! The owners are the sweetest people, and made us feel right at home. And the coffee was amazing too! From the cozy atmosphere to the incredible food and genuinely kind people, I'm beyond grateful for this gem of a bakery. I'll be telling everyone I know (even my gluten-loving friends) about it! Can't wait to go back!

I placed my order through Yelp, which redirects customers to DoorDash for fulfillment. Unfortunately, there was no option to specify the spice level for the paneer masala side dish, despite the restaurant description highlighting customizable spice levels as part of its offering. Because I have health-related dietary concerns, I called the restaurant immediately after placing the order to request a mild spice level. The staff member who answered was initially unable to locate my order, even after I spelled out the name multiple times, which significantly delayed the process. My husband later called and was able to get someone to find the order, but when I called back again to confirm the mild spice request, I was told it was too late to make any changes. I also had an earlier issue when I accidentally went to the wrong location and called for assistance. Rather than providing the Bellevue location's direct number or helping redirect me, I was placed on hold multiple times, which added to the inconvenience. While the food itself was excellent, the customer service and ordering experience were disappointing. Since the Yelp/ DoorDash ordering flow does not allow customers to specify spice preferences for certain items, I expected more flexibility and consideration when I called immediately after placing the order with a reasonable health-related request.

Prices are also cheaper here than the food truck setup in South Lake Union. The restaurant interior is pretty big it wasn't crowded they have a large room to the right of the entrance for private parties. The room is really nice being separated from the rest of the restaurant. Two downfalls of the room is that the sun shines right in and there's nothing to block the sun from those guests that have the sun on their face. There's also a door hook on the floor near the entrance of the room and it's located at the end of a long table (had a party of 20) , lots of people kicked it and tripped on it, ended up covering it with a chair, would suggest if the door is closed and the hook is exposed to cover it with something so people see it. Delicious appetizers- garlic knots and vongole pomodoro, never really had a clams appetizer with tomato sauce so that was different and delicious. Could've just had these for dinner loved the clams so much and it came with a ton of clams! Entrees- Caesar salad and tried a seasonal feature - spring forest gnocchi with pancetta - Potato gnocchi finished in a white wine cream sauce with roasted asparagus, peas, wild mushrooms, crispy pancetta, and Grana Padano $26 Caesar salad was good a little too lemony. The gnocchi dish was good loved the mushrooms and veggies but thought that it could've used a little browning on the gnocchi. Overall it was good liked the white wine cream sauce, it was light and not a heavy cream sauce. The kids pepperoni pizza was big for a kids meal it came out fast which was great love when restaurants push to get kids foods out because they know the kids are hungry! The kids meal $14 came w pizza $2 add on for pepperoni, drink, dessert - chose the cannoli and it came with 2 mini cannolis. Our server was excellent and did really well for handing a party of 20 on his own. When asked for items like extra napkin. They had extra cool and hot water set throughout the table which was nice.

The fact that these were also coated in oil was pretty nice. On the inside, I thought the prawns were cooked well - they remained pretty soft and didn't appear overcooked I did feel like the spice was pretty much missing, though. I ordered 4/5 stars, but it tasted more like 1/5 stars as there was a pretty significant lack of spice that took away from a lot of the flavor potential. Speaking of the missing flavor, there should've been a lot more sauce added to this dish - either poured on top of the prawns or the prawns come sitting in it. The benefit of this is that it you can mix everything with the rice - and this sauce coats the rice to make it taste good. The way it's currently presented, the prawns are too large to really eat with the rice, and mixing the two will just result in eating the meat and taking another bite of plain rice because there isn't enough sauce to coat the rice. This dish just ended up being eating the prawns by themselves - the rice wasn't super useful As a result, after finishing I really wasn't that full For the price (around 20 ish) there are a good amount of prawns, but I wouldn't really say you're getting a good deal here

The restaurant was hosting an event, so part of the space was closed off, and service was noticeably slow. It took a while for the food to arrive. The khao soi was decent--not the best I've had, but still a solid choice. The Panang curry had a mild flavor with a subtle lime note and a touch of sweetness, which was interesting but not particularly bold. Overall, the food was okay, but unless you live nearby, it might not be worth the trip. If you do go, I'd recommend ordering a higher spice level, as everything leaned on the mild side. Good ambiance overall.

One of my friends and I have already had their location in Georgetown countless times so we were happy to recommend our choices for our other friend this Friday evening around 7pm. Welp, we came into very full seating inside an extremely tight yet cozy seating area if it weren't for all the noise from there being so many people inside. It was so full and more people kept lining up behind us that we decided to do takeout and eat our food on the hood of my car despite spaces opening up as we waited about 20 or so minutes for our food... did I mention the parking lot for this place was nearly full and spots were very unforgiving in elbow room? Also that it's peak dinner time? Anyway, you place your order on a lone kiosk up front which did contribute to the really long line forming near the outside entrance. Like their Georgetown location, they offer a ton of hearty donburi and some appetizers and soup. Staff were a little rushed with some orders and forgot to give me utensils when I requested them through the kiosk but this didn't affect my overall experience, as I went back and they were more than happy to give them to me. We got their unagi donburi, which consists of a ton of broiled freshwater eel with an umami seasoning and tender juiciness, all on top of a huge bed of rice and with some radish. One of my friends instead got their una-gyu donburi which is a mix of unagi and sukiyaki beef, though that means we all got their unagi. Eel wasn't too salty, and scales are very fine and small that you can just eat it as is. This was a warming, hearty meal that sat very well with me and my friends.
