I'm happy that NBC is in the SGV. I hated to ask my brother to pick me up something since the only shop was in OC. It made my trip so much easier. I bought 2 dozen bundtinis and 2 bundtlets, which came out to under $50 for my daughter's birthday. I came right when they owned to avoid any rush on a Friday. They were a hit and eliminated clean up and waste. The shop was very clean and bright. I was waiting for a few moments before being served, but when I was, she was incredible helpful. I asked if I could make my own variety instead of the standard and was accommodated. They just had to pipe the frosting, I was told 10 minutes, which was correct. The parking is next to a dry cleaner or in the back. It was tough for me to make a left on Lake to go home, but I managed and there was no sign that said "no left turn", so no biggie. My favorite was pecan, but the cinnamon one is slowly taking the lead. If you're in the area I would suggest to come here to bring dessert home. One bundtlet is enough for 2 people to share. read more

Fairly good bundt cakes but for fairly high prices. I liked that they had samples available, which let me get an idea of what they had to offer. Only got the cinnamon roll and chocolate chip bundt cakes, but wasn't that impressed. I usually like sweet things, but thought they were a little too much. What I did like about these bundt cakes, was how moist they were! Definitely a big plus, since I'm sure many of you have bitten into a lot of dry cakes before and regretted it. If they weren't so pricy ($5 for a small bundt cake) and a bit too sweet, then I would come back. I'm impressed! Just walking in, I thought the decor was so cute and the workers were very welcoming. There's a sample tray to the side, too! I was surprised by how delicious it was. I can honestly say I never thought a bundt cake would be as yummy as what they have here! There's a wide selection of flavors for you to choose from and 4 different sizes. I sampled what I believe was lemon raspberry, I don't quite remember. Regardless, it tasted great! The frosting was a little sweet for me, but that may have been because the frosting to sample size ratio. I ended up getting a red velvet bundtlet for $4.49. The cake was so moist and flavorful, it was almost like I had a bite of heaven. It wasn't too sweet, and if there was too much frosting I just pushed it aside and ate more of the cake, haha. Bundtlet Birthday Treats, woohoo!!! Love me some yummy bundtlets!!! Parking: Paid street parking in front of the show, or you can park in the public parking lots - 90mins free. I usually just park at Ross, and walk over - less than a 5mins stroll over. I never knew of these yummy treats til I saw them on Dana K.'s feed, and since then, I've been hooked!!! The bundts (bigger ones) / bundtlets (smaller ones) are super moist, tasty and yes, a tad sweet, especially, with their cream cheese frosting. I usually scrape away half of the frosting to reduce the sweetness. However, since I usually come here for my birthdays, it makes it for a special treat each time. I also love that they also have two different types of bundts for you to sample before trying. So far, I've tried out: Red Velvet, Chocolate, Pecan Praline and Chocolate Turtle. For my last two birthday freebies, I ended up getting: Chocolate Turtle and Pecan Praline. My definite favorite is the Chocolate Turtle. Made of rich dark chocolate and caramel, it's so good!!! You can't beat that flavor combination. The Pecan Praline was alright. Wished it had more chopped pecans inside. At least, the cake itself is moist, tasty, and not overly sweet. Service: Friendly staff members, super cool and nice. They'll answer any questions you have, and always package up the bundts and bundtlets nicely for you. Nice cakes. Not cheap though. Lemon and Raspberry cakes were good also got the red velvet. Curbside pickup was quick. I like how the cakes are self contained as I eat half at a time and put it back in the fridge. I think they have cupcakes didn't check but I think you have to give them about 40 minutes if they don't have something baked. So best to call them some time in advance. read more

I'm surprised I haven't yet reviewed this business since it's been about a whole year of me coming back for more, I guess it flew under the radar but it's the buying repetition that ultimately warranted and earned them a review. I've tried almost every cake flavor from chocolate to vanilla, to raspberry and lemon. Today I went because I had to try their strawberries and cream and they didn't disappoint. If they ever read this, I just want to tell this business that while their cakes are amazing, a bit more consumer leverage over the frosting preferences would be great. I do feel that their cakes come with more frosting than I can safely consume in one setting and while it's delicious, the sugar can be a bit sandy. I came in early in the morning to order a dozen bundtinis and had some questions regarding their flavors. I'm not going to namedrop, but the woman who took my order gave me so much attitude explaining their custom vs preset dozen (my bad for not knowing what I wanted, I guess?). She also rudely sighed at me when I asked to add the toppers last minute... it's not like it's difficult to add the toppers on... I just left so confused and irritated. There is a constant flow of customers in and out all day. Bundtinis - $12 for a dozen - A little bigger then a mini cupcake. About 1.5 inches wide Bundtlet - $4.49 - A little bigger then a Sprinkles cupcake. About 4 inches wide 8 inch Cake - $23 - typical bundt pan size. They have all the typical cupcake flavors and I've tried a bunch, they were all good. My go to is red velvet. I love how moist the cakes are. The only negative is how sweet the frosting is. It is hurt your teeth sweet. I usually scrape off 75% of the frosting when I eat one. Please make a pistachio flavored cake!! read more

3.5 Star After having lunch around the area, I accidentally passed by this place and was first attracted by the cute name of this place. I love any sorts of sponge cake so I instantly wanted to try it out! I was initially deciding to get one flavor but then there were so many size options and I eventually decided to try more flavors with mini size option ($20 for 12 mini cakes...Yes I know...I just couldn't resist) I got white chocolate raspberry, red velvet, marble, pecan praline, lemon and chocolate chocolate chip. My favorite was definitely white chocolate raspberry. White chocolate and cream cheese gave a creamy flavor while the fruity raspberry balance out the richness so the cake did not taste too heavy. I would say the cake flavor was definitely on the sweet side although every cake was moist and super soft. Cream cheese on top of the cake was also delicious. For me, it just taste like a regular cupcake but a twist on the look. I personally prefer plain sponge cake because cake itself gives enough eggy flavor. Really nice bakery in terms of look - but I digress...on to the cupcakes!! Really solid little creations packed with flavor and not overly sweet. I came in to purchase 4 bundtlets for a gift. The service was okay. My issue is they put it in a very thin brown bag with no handles and sticker to seal it.
