Nothing Bundt Cakes has honestly never let me down for special events. I usually don't go out of my way to buy nothing bundt cakes because they are on the pricier side, but over the years, friends have surprised me with full-size and personal sized nothing bundt cakes for my birthdays -- and every single time they've been amazing. Bundt cakes aren't normally my first choice when I pick my own celebration cake (I tend to lean toward flavors like ube or matcha), but I decided to give this location a try myself and ordered bundtinis in advance for a birthday engagement potluck at work a few months ago. The online ordering process was super easy and I liked being able to mix and match flavors which is nicely marked on the box. They also offer seasonal flavors, and at the time I couldn't resist choosing the fall options -- pumpkin spice and apple -- if i recall correctly. Pickup was smooth and quick. The staff had my order ready right at the requested time, confirmed everything with me, and packaged it neatly. Customer service was friendly, professional, and courteous. This location is in Loehmann's Plaza, which can feel a bit tight and crowded when it comes to parking since it's a busy area, but the cakes are absolutely worth the stop. It seems more like a grab-and-go shop -- I don't recall there being much seating inside. As for the bundt cakes themselves -- they're perfectly sweet, super moist, and the signature frosting is delicious without that cheap, pasty taste you sometimes get elsewhere. It complements the bundt cake instead of overpowering it and practically melts in your mouth. Sorry I don't have more pictures -- we ate them way too fast and didn't get a chance to take more snapshots! Even though bundt cakes aren't my usual go-to dessert, this is still a place I'd confidently recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth. It's a little bougie imo, so maybe not the everyday treat if you're on a tight budget -- but definitely something you should try at least once if you love desserts. read more

She confirmed that the delivery photo provided by the driver was not my home, processed a full refund of $130.83, and also issued a credit for replacement Bundtinis. I truly appreciated her follow-through and effort to make this right. While the experience leading up to Easter was very stressful and disappointing at the time, I'm grateful for the care and communication she provided once she was able to review the situation. I really appreciate the steps she took to resolve everything. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this location and honestly shocked at how poorly this situation was handled. I placed and paid $130.83 for a delivery order of Custom Bundtinis for Easter weekend. Originally, my order was scheduled to be delivered April 5 between 10:00-10:30 AM, but I received a call saying the store would be closed and had to reschedule my delivery for the day before. That was already inconvenient, but I worked around it. Later that same day, the store called again asking when I would be picking up my order--even though I had already paid for delivery. After I explained this, I was told they would check on it. I then received confirmation that an Uber driver was supposedly delivering my order. The cakes never arrived. The "delivery confirmation" photo I received showed only the side of a car and someone's shoes--no cakes at all. By the time I realized what had happened, the store was already closed, and I was left with no desserts for Easter after spending over $130. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of response afterward. I contacted the store and followed up multiple times but have not received any reply. Corporate customer care confirmed only the local bakery can process the refund, yet I still haven't heard from anyone at the location. This whole experience has been incredibly upsetting and stressful, especially right before a holiday when I was depending on this order. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and accountability afterward has made this situation much worse. At this point I am still waiting for confirmation that my refund is being processed. I truly hope management takes this seriously and makes it right, because no customer should be treated this way. read more

We got a variety pack of mini cakes from here for Christmas Eve. They're small enough that you can try each flavor and feel like you didn't eat too much when you probably did. Whoops. I just tried chocolate and chocolate chip. Not bad for a chain. I'm not a fan of cake in the first place but I'm glad I got to try them out. It's nothing special. The cream cheese frosting is good. I can easily say that, "Nothing Bundt Cake" has taken a good amount of my yearly income this year..... For the longest time, I was buying cakes from big name grocery stores and very upscale grocery stores, but after awhile all the cakes start to taste the same and tends to get boring. I had honestly forgotten about, "Nothing Bundt Cakes" existence over the years. I had only been re-introduced to it at my nephew's Birthday parties over the last couple of years. And omg I those mini bundtinis can get you into some serious trouble! I can eat a whole dozen, no lie or shame in my game on that one. They're that gooooood! Their cakes is so moist, soft and yummmmmmmy! The cake with their amazing cheesecake frosting is just simply out of this world! I don't know what they put in their cakes or frosting but let me tell you, it has been WORKING for them! I have YET to come across else where that taste anywhere NEAR like theirs and the frosting as well! The traditional bundt cakes run for $25 to $35 depending on which size and how many knick knack toppers you wanna add to it. The decorations on these cakes come as an additional charge. And it's $10 to be exact, so basically if you get the small cake, your looking at $35 instead of $25 and for the the big one you're looking at $45 instead of 35. Cause let's be real most of us want those pretty decorations on the cake! It just makes it all complete! 8" which serves 8 starts at $25 10" which serves 18 starts at $35 And they also have a tiered which serves 26 which starts at $64 You can choose from a personal bundt cake known as a "bundlet", and they run for $5 a bundlet. And their mini cupcakes known as, "bundtini's". You can do a really cute tower of three bundlets for about $17, and it's great for Birthday gifts or whatever occasion. They stack your choice of three bundlets and wrap with pretty ribbon and flowers or your choice. Now for the bundtini's, those are sold only by the dozen and ring around $23 but if you decided to personalize and add cute toppers then it's gonna come out to $30 and above depending on how many toppers you want. I know this cause I have bought a good solid $100 worth of bundtini's from here. Customer service at this location is always so nice! All the people that work here so pleasant and quick service always, never had an issue here. All my cakes have been immaculate and correct orders ALWAYS. I always order online and then pick up. I'm always ordering cakes every other month. I've been to quite a few locations and this one is my favorite and my to go to since it's right in my neighborhood! Be sure to visit! I ordered a CONFETTI flavored cake (with EXTRA frosting) for my wife's birthday several days ahead of time and picked it up the day before her birthday (see attached invoice). At first, everything seemed fine, and my wife was excited to enjoy what appeared to be exactly what she wanted. Her joy quickly disappeared, however, when we realized that we had received a LEMON flavored cake with REGULAR frosting, instead. Called during open hours about 5+ times, Wednesday at 5 PM, and Thursday at 9:15 AM- even left a voicemail on Wednesday with call back number. No call back. If the only way to modify order is by calling, shouldn't it be a part of their job to pick up the phone? Why does it go straight to voicemail during open hours but they don't call back WTF? I went on 7/29 with my boyfriend because we've been obsessed with their bundtlets! Due to COVID, only 4 people were allowed to enter in order to practice social distancing. The line moves pretty fast and we only had to wait about a minute outside until we were allowed to enter. We went there on a Wednesday in the middle of the day so they still had a lot of the flavors left. One time, I went there before they closed and they were sold out in a lot of the flavors. They're not going to make more so if you are looking for a specific flavor, don't get there too late or you'll miss out. They're also super friendly and are willing to answer any of the questions you might have. LOCATION: It's located next to the Save Mart and Chipotle. There's definitely a lot of parking so you won't have to worry about that at all. FLAVORS: My ultimate favorite flavor is White Chocolate Raspberry. A lot of people would say it might be too sweet for them, but I love it. I have tried other flavors such as Lemon Raspberry (featured flavor), Lemon, Red Velvet, Marble and Confetti and they were all good as well. They have featured flavors and it changes all time. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the flavors. I'm determined to one day try all the flavors out! They're also $4.95 each. It might seem pricey, but it's worth it. My boyfriend was also able to get me a cake for my birthday and it was delicious! It was pretty pricey though so I would just keep that in mind. They have a lot of cakes for different occasions. You can always get a simple cake without decorations so you can save $10. I suggest ordering online because it was super easy! He ordered a couple days ahead and had no problem. I usually don't like cake, but Nothing Bundt Cakes is something else. It's so moist and full of flavor. Try it out, I'm sure you'll love it! read more
