Well when the waiter came to ask how things were, I told/showed him... just as an FYI, not expecting anything. Well, he kindly brought me a bag to replace them. -The staff is mostly kind, with two male waiters/runners being especially nice and helpful. While myself or others are waiting they'll give friendly smiles, see if you need anything in the meantime. I like them! - Although I go mainly for the sandwiches, (my favorite being the Southwest Chicken Panini available in the Fall), I also like the mac and cheese and fries. The only downside is the price is pretty high, it's about $5 per cookie if you get a deluxe. You can get the smaller regular cookies which are about $2 but I'm not as impressed with the flavor options for those. The store is very small, probably the smallest store I've ever been in, so it can get crowded fast. It's more of a grab and go than a sit down place. But if you want a really good cookie fast this is the place to go. They also have ice cream and other desserts that I haven't tried because I love the cookies so much.

The staff is so friendly, and even when there's a line, it moves quickly which makes it easy to grab something without waiting too long.
