Stopped here to do birthday desserts!! Here are the key things to note!…read more Free parking Great patio!! It was covered and the flowers around this place are gorgeous!! You are looking out to a street but the flowers REALLY make up for that! There is inside seating as well, table and chairs. You walk up and order. The desserts and separate from the main course items. I appreciated that! Made the lines go faster. The service on the other hand was lacking. I stood there waiting while 2 people had a convo and I felt ignored. I dropped a star for that reason. The key lime pie and dirt cup were very tasty!! This place is known for its "pattiecake" but I just felt it was a regular chocolate cake with frosting. They have plenty of desserts though! Overall this place gives "up scale Panera vibes" and I liked it! I would go back!

If you're looking for a table indoors and the main area is packed, head to the back (towards bathrooms) where you'll find two rooms with additional seating which are usually quieter. - I tend to go for sandwiches, which include house made chips. Honestly, when I first went, I wasn't a fan of the chips, but it didn't take long for me to like them. Once while dining in, I found that most of them were just tiny bits. Well when the waiter came to ask how things were, I told/showed him... just as an FYI, not expecting anything. Well, he kindly brought me a bag to replace them. -The staff is mostly kind, with two male waiters/runners being especially nice and helpful. While myself or others are waiting they'll give friendly smiles, see if you need anything in the meantime. I like them! - Although I go mainly for the sandwiches, (my favorite being the Southwest Chicken Panini available in the Fall), I also like the mac and cheese and fries. I used to love the coconut cake, but something about the last one I bought tasted different. The filling and the cake texture... weren't as tasty as I remember. During my last visit I tried, the Reuben. Not for me, but they have lots of other things to try.

The quesabirria tacos were a standout...SO cheesy, meaty, and packed into stuffed tortillas. They came with a delicious consommé-style dipping sauce that made them even better! Another table favorite was the crunch wraps, which were super filling and packed with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend! I love Mexican food, but what really stood out at Centro was the FLAVOR! Nothing was bland, and everything we tried was seasoned so well. Plus, the prices are great and the portions are huge! Cute atmosphere, fun vibe, big plates, and seriously flavorful food. Definitely a spot I'd come back to! Just wish they had the frozen blended drinks at all locations!

It wasn't busy at all and we asked to be seated outside. They sat us crammed into another table to the point if I sat up straight - I would hit the woman behind me. We asked to move. The menu has a fair amount of vegetarian options on it and had a lot of Tex Mex favorites. They had a plentiful drink menu as well. They also offer a weekend brunch. The prices felt on par with other sit down restaurants so imagine my surprise when our food came out in to-go style wrappers with zero presentation. I felt a major lack of value in what we ordered. The chips and salsa ($6) were excellent and the frozen margarita ($13) was strong but everything else - fell flat. I ordered the cool ranch crunch ($14) and it was unbelievably bland and my husband's bean burrito ($11) could be described as the same. We enjoyed sitting outside but did feel like maybe we had been forgotten about as getting the check took longer than one would have expected. The management seemed very friendly and hands on so I have hope that they can turn that side of the experience around! For now - I can't say we'll be back anytime soon

The restaurant is always clean and the service is excellent! The food selections are good organic choices. However, they removed the widely popular, absolutely delicious hot pastrami sandwich. Why? It just disappeared!!! There is no other comparable option to this sandwich on their menu. My heart is broken. I was forced to try another selection: the Bruschetta chicken sandwich. The jury is still out on this one. Not bad. Just not as GREAT as the pastrami one. I tried the ever popular cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting today. It's a one & done for me. The soaked in butter bread is a bit off putting for me. It's like oily wet bread. All of that butter upset my stomach. I only ate 1/3 of it...and had to toss it. Yeah, that's very disappointing. Money is tight...this meal was a real treat for me. All in all, BT is very good, great location, good service, good food.

This place is frequently packed, being below an apartment building and in a busy part of Northeast. Street parking is fairly easy to find, although you may have to walk a little ways. Order up front and they'll come find your table. We ordered the Pierogi Eggs and Sausage and a Bennie. The pierogi dish was filling but could have used a little more flavor. Still, with so many different things on the plate, it kept the meal interesting. Unfortunately, the eggs on the Bennie were overcooked, so we missed out on that perfectly runny yolk you want with a Benedict. The bakery case looked incredible, and they also have mimosas if you're looking for more of a brunch vibe. We ended up taking home a red velvet roll, which was dense and pretty decent overall. A solid neighborhood breakfast spot, especially if you're looking for something casual with plenty of options.
