Seriously, just when I thought cake couldn't possibly be any better, these guys come along (or rather, I move to Spokane) and rock my world. Their cake is the bomb, every flavor - it's hands down the best cake I've had. You may think to yourself, "Jeez, how good could cake be, it's just cake, bro." ... And you would be selling their cake tragically short, friend. My wife and I just scored one for our wedding a month ago - the only worthy contender, we didn't consider anything else. I don't know how they manage to elevate cake like they do - I figure it's some sort of sorcery. Cake and frosting in perfect harmony, I can't fathom how it could be better. How anyone could rate this place and product less than 5 stars is beyond me (and they haven't so far), and would surely signal a general aversion to life itself. There's only 1 knock on this joint I can think of: they make you pay a pretty penny for the goods because they KNOW their product rocks. Sorry, no getting one over on these guys. It may even be the most expensive cake you've ever seen, and you may cry, whine and face an internal dilemma, but believe me, if you can pony up the loot, you will be handsomely rewarded. read more

I believe this is a sister store from Idaho. Stopped in because I wanted to see if it compared to the great cup cakes from sweet frostings bake shop. Perhaps not fair but you know. I was definitely happy with the offerings small sized bundt cakes and full sized ones. I got four of the small guys and they really were a perfect sized treat. They have chocolate, carrot cake, lemon, red velvet, marble, and more! Each is a hearty size without making you feel like a pig, and has just that extra bit of cream cheese frosting. Soft, moist, sweet and still good a week later! I was impressed because I didn't even know I really needed this. I don't know if it will totally steal my cupcake addiction, but worth a try any day! OK, so I was convinced I was going to hate the dozen of bundtinis I got for my twins 17th birthday. In my head I thought they were cupcake sized but when I got them they were smaller. Love the cakes! But the customer service wasn't great. I went to get an individual bunts cake and the young woman at the counter seemed very irritated that she had to come out from the back and help me. She rushed me through my transaction, throwing the pen at me to sign the receipt. I then politely asked if she had a utensil so I could eat it before I went to my next appointment - she rudely said "Absolutely not. We don't provide those." I know they're a chain, but gosh these cakes are so good! They're moist and tender? Tender is probably not a word I'd typically describe for cake, but it fits for these cakes. The frosting is perfect too. Sweet, but not too much on. Their white chocolate raspberry is one of my favorites! The chocolate chocolate chip one is great for those that want that chocolatey goodness. The confetti is also delightful. You can get a punch card. My friend and I were shopping in Spokane and we saw this store. Instantly we were like oh yeah we're getting a Bundt cake! A bunch of school kids were about to head into the store and we did a total fat kid thing.. we started running so we would get ahead of them. These bundt cakes are seriously amazing!​ The first time I had tried Nothing Bundt cakes, my S/O brought me one home as I was craving something​ sweet and I was instantly hooked. We have gone there almost every day this week to get their small bundt cake. I know its bad, but they are SO good. I love their confetti cake, I'm not sure what flavor the frosting is on that but it is delicious. My partner who normally doesn't like sweet treats​ is equally obsessed​. Their customer service is always on point. We even came in right before closing, ( I always feel really bad when I do that, but we needed our bundt cake fix) yet the​ staff member behind the counter was still very bubbly, cheery and friendly. This is seriously some of the best cake I've ever eaten. It's incredibly moist and the frosting to cake ratio is absolutely perfect. We got the limited edition Raspberry Lemon cake today and one of the Praline.They even have a loyalty program where you can earn discounts that I signed up for right away and got 10% off my first purchase. I have loved Nothing Bundt Cakes for years. I've had them at my baby shower, birthdays, and other special events all over the country. When I moved to Spokane almost 2 years ago I was so excited to have one here. Yet, this one has been disappointment after disappointment. Convinced that if I took the time to prepare my order early I would have a successful experience, I went in May 21 and ordered 4 dozen "buntinis" for my daughters June 8th Graduation Party. I took her with me, we sampled, ordered and paid on May 21 and was prepared to pick up our order June 8. However at lunch on June 7th I got a call from this Nothing Bundt Cakes, asking if I could switch one of my flavors. I asked my my daughter, who's graduation party it was for, she said no she specifically picked that flavor thinking of her guests. I said, thank you but we'd stick to the original flavor we order. The girl on the phone seemed surprised that wasn't will to redo an order I'd had for over 2 weeks at the last minute. But she said she'd try and if I didn't hear from their store, we were good to go for pick up the next day. Well at 430 I received that fateful call from a manager stating that they could not keep up with the demand of the graduation parties around the city. Well since this was for my daughter's graduation party, I wasn't sympathetic. I was surprised since I had ordered and paid over 2 weeks ahead of time and graduation in Spokane is not a surprise. The manager didn't seem to care they couldn't keep up and apparently it wasn't their fault. Well since I knew their lack of management and preparedness was certainly not my fault, I felt they didn't honor their orders from customers and I asked for a full refund. I feel a refund is not sufficient enough since I now have to make up for their lack of planning. I will take my business elsewhere, Forever! read more

If I could give this place 5000 stars I would. Their cakes are always fresh like they just made them minutes ago. I am NOT normally a cake person, but I can eat these things all day. There isn't too much frosty, just enough it blends in perfectly with the cake and the cakes aren't too sweet or too heavy. The customer service is always top notch, they definitely go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. My onlyyyyyy grip would be I have a love hate relationship with their flavor of the month options because sometimes (like this month) they have an outstanding flavor that surpasses all the other ones, and I will be so so sad to see it go. Like I may have to go in there on the last day of the month and order back stock for my freezer they are THAT good. But yes, excellent cakes, excellent service. I spoke with one of the women in the store and she said that people are constantly quitting and are unhappy working there. I ordered the 12 pack of cupcakes (they call them something else) it came with chocolate chip, lemon, red velvet, and pumpkin spice. While I was waiting the very nice lady working offered me a sample of the pumpkin spice. I LOVE pumpkin spice and I LOVE cake. I'm picky about my cake as I hate dry cake and frosting that leaves a greasy film in your mouth. This sample was the very best cake that has ever passed through my lips!!!! The cake was moist and melted in my mouth. The frosting...sheer heaven! They were a total hit at the party as everyone who had one was in cake euphoria! One question followed from everyone who had one, where did you get these?!! I really wanted to try the lemon, but didn't. Damn it! They have mini cakes available for immediate purchase, so next time I want to indulge I'm heading their way. I can't explain in words how flipping good their cakes are!!! First of all.. the cake is always good, but the service on Saturday night was really poor. My wife was craving a Bundt cake so we drove across town to go to the Bundt Cake store. Closing time was 6pm and we arrived at 5:45. We asked a few questions: one was whether or not they sold gluten free (for our son who has an allergy to gluten) and were told that they close in 15 minutes and it takes a half hour to frost a gluten free buntlet. So we started to order a dozen bundt cakes and were told that it was too close to closing time to have a choice of what Bundt cakes we could have.. only the pre- packaged were available. By this time we had got the msg loud and clear that the customer really wasn't that important. Because we had driven all the way across town we bought one Bundt cake but don't ever plan to go back. Took my six year old daughter in to pick out her birthday cake. She picked the lemon and off we went with what we thought was the lemon. Later at the birthday party brought out the cake and began serving it only to discover we had been given a white chocolate raspberry. Six year old was very disappointed and birthday party ending was ruined. Next morning got a replacement but sad to say you are six only once and no do overs on the party, It was unfortunate but not likely will we ever be making that mistake again.
