Everything is just even more adorable when they're miniature. And the perfect sized cake for an individual. This is a small chain and people are starting to recognize them every where. You can order online any time, or over the phone 24 hours in advance. Or you can pop up into the shop and buy miniatures, or individual cakes which are a little bigger than the -tini's and definitely shareable. They have special occasion decorations for birthdays and celebrations. If you wanted to get different flavors, they have a bundt tower of the individual size! They wrap them in the clear plastic and tie it with a ribbon and you can even personalize a message. In the stores they have cute accents to put on the cakes or Kate Spade accessories, birthday candles, wine glasses, personalized plates, cake cutters and more! They also have a sampler covered section and you can take one to try! They sample all their flavors. Just went to my local Nothing Bundt Cakes store and found at that all stores are corporate therefore all policies are standardized to include: a receipt with survey for BOGO, military discount, and for the sheer fact that rude staff who do not offer any of the aforementioned should be criticized for their poor customer service. Completely stick into the bundt-baking theme, pretty clean and organized. 2. The cakes: perfect shape and flavours. I tried pecan praline, lemon and red velvet. I have to say I had never try before a red velvet so accurate to white chocolate, isn't like other places that taste artificial, this is real. 3. The prices: for the product is very good. I was able to order a beautiful tower online which came out even more lovely in person pre ordered for pick up the next morning. The taste of the cakes was anything besides boring and mundane. Having 3 gave the guests an option to try a few bites of all - chocolate chip, vanilla and carrot- without feeling over stuffed or guilty of indulgence. If you've had one bundt cake you've had them all...unless you have yet to have any from this new establishment. I've had bundt cakes in the past and the icing is good but the cakes just never seems to be the right consistency. However, I'm not too sure what is so different about this place but they absolutely nailed it from top to bottom. From the sweet (but not too sweet icing) to the moist and decadent cakes, just wow! Couple that with the excellent and friendly staff and you have a proverbial trifecta of excellence. I absolutely love this place! I've had cakes from NBC before but have never actually ordered one myself. I saw a sponsored post for a Mother's Day cake "arrangement" on instagram and thought it was a good alternative to flowers this year for my momma. I conveniently placed an order online the day before to pick up at this location. They have tons of locations all over the country now which is awesome for this cute franchise. I ordered the 10" cake option and at first I thought $40 for a cake was a little much. However, when I picked it up I was so pleasantly surprised! The cake was so beautifully decorated and put together like a flower arrangement. Better than the photo online. The staff at this location were all super friendly and very organized with the pickup process. (They were obviously quite busy.) They were also sampling out the strawberries and cream cake flavor which was super tasty. The whole experience was so convenient and if you're looking for a cute decorated gift that's not flowers, one of these cakes is definitely the way to go. I mean... who doesn't like cake?!? I have not met many cakes I didn't like and Noting Bundt Cakes continues with my new favorites! My office does a cake for everyone's birthday and we have now taken the guesswork out of where to go. On hire, you must select from the Nothing Bundt Cakes menu. This is all there is and we are having a blast. The selection has something for everyone and don't forget the "seasonal" flavor. I was so sad that the Lemon Raspberry was gone before my birthday last week but have no fear, my lemon cakes was delicious. When you go to a store, look around, there will be something to sample. This has allowed me to taste a couple I had not yet tried. The cake is always moist and flavorful. Also, every time I have been in the store, I have been greeted and offered assistance. The staff seems very friendly and willing to answer any questions. The stores are very "cute" with nice little party touches spread around and conveniently located in many strip shopping centers. I really want to write and say that I am in love with them but I feel the recipe has changed or something has gone amuck. Allow me to be the first to say that I once suffered from an addiction to this place. I could eat one cake every night. Recently though, I have found the cake to be different. I would say it's become very dry and overly-dense. Also, every time I bed for extra icing it's like I'm asking for a kidney donation. A slice of heaven on a plate is the best way to describe their cakes. These delicious, moist and decadent cakes are so addictive it's not hard to finish off a whole cake alone. The lemon cake is our favorite...well my husband and I but my kids love the classic vanilla. The carrot cake is good but it's not your typical carrot cake with the chunks of nuts, raisins and carrots be fore warned. I was initially disappointed that ALL the cakes had the same cream cheese frosting but the frosting is so good you kinda don't miss the others. My husband and I found this nice little shop while we were walking I can't remember where we were to be honest but we came across the shop. We went inside and they had all these lovely little Bundt cakes and all different flavors. The Inside smelled amazing and was extremely clean. My husband and I got several and we took them home they were amazing! They were moist flavorful and the frosting was even better. They also have larger size cakes if it was for a birthday or something like that not just the minis. We have been back three or four times and they just keep getting better every flavor we try. Amazing! A co-worker turned me on to this place, and so glad she did. The cakes are super moist and delicious! I have been there about 5x in the last month, and have purchased two of the larger cakes for Bosses Day and for a birthday. I will never purchase a Publix cake again. My only minor complaint...on the larger bundt cakes...there is quite a bit of the cream cheese frosting...and it can be overwhelming and too sweet. If they cut back on the amount of frosting they put on, I think it would make the cakes even more amazing. I find that I enjoy the bundtlettes more, because there is not so much frosting, and I can enjoy the flavors and moistness of the cake, with just the right amount of frosting. Bad customer service!!! The website did not specify that the $25 cake didn't come with a plastic 25 cent cake cutter. I tried to buy one at the store for $1.50 and they said that they had a $4.00 minimum and tried to upsell me on more cake. Why would I want more cake after buying a $25 cake?? These cakes are delicious! My daughter brought one home and I thought it would be dry. To my surprise, it was moist and had a wonderful flavor. I have tried them all. I called the store looking for a birthday cake at 5:15 p.m. today. They explained to me that they had a big rush of cajesoday and only had 10" cakes left. I asked that they Decorate one for a birthday but the man I spoke to said they cut off the decorations at 5:00 p.m. even though they close at 6:00 p.m. The man I spoke to said that It's too late to decorate the cake but if I go into the store, they can offer me cake toppers for an additional price. I called up the Pembroke Pines location and they were more than willing to help me with a last minute birthday cake request. I live in Weston and I was hoping that this would be Closer store for me to access. I found a coupon that I had in the car for a free cake but after we picked out the cake they told us It had expired a week ago and they would not honor it and the sixteen-year-old girl working the counter would not ask the manager, but they said we could buy a cake. So I'll start of by saying that for someone to have a great experience somewhere there's two things to take in counter. Two VERY important things. For example the product and the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Customer service is key to have a successful business. I love the product in this store. The cakes are delicious and very moist. I made an order online for a pickup for a red velvet I made this order before they opened. Later I found out that the recipient of the cake would like another flavor and just 40 minutes after they opened I called to make this change and the girl on the phone was extremely rude said she wasn't going to change the cake. I asked to to please understand its for a birthday and it custom to make the customer happy. She was being extremely difficult. I told her there's many pre-made cakes she can change but continued to say no. Mind you the cake had to be picked up 3 hours from this point. You're telling me you made and prepared a cake in less than 40 minutes? No it was just that customer service isn't a policy in this store. She made me feel like I had no choose but to pick up this cake. This is not a way to gain business. You should know how to make a customer happy so they can come back for more. I came here to purchase a cake for a friends birthday. The store is really cute, with display tables set up around the store with glasses, notebooks, cards, etc - some nice items if in need of a last minute gift! I was greeted instantly by a staff member...friendly, but not overly informative. Since it was my first time in the store I was trying to pick out something that would be appropriate for a birthday. The staff member didn't mention that they could wrap and embellish with ribbon/flower one of their Bundtlet cakes, but I did see it on display so I asked for it. It was $4 for the small cake, and an additional $3 to wrap in a piece of cellophane, add a small piece of ribbon & add a flower. At first it seemed a little much to charge almost as much as the cake for the wrapping, but they did a very nice job and saved me some trouble! They had samples on offer, and the cake was moist and flavorful. It's a shame that they don't sell the bundtinis individually, as I would definitely have loved to mix & match a couple of different flavors, but didn't want a dozen for $20!
