Came here for the very first time. Wanted to get a cake for my son's birthday who turned 29. I always get my cakes from Baskin Robins but thought we would try something different. They young lady was very rude. I explained it was my first time here. After not being sure on what to get I got 4 small cakes. I asked the young lady if I could have a box to put the cakes in for my presentation to my son and said no they hold 12 cakes. I said that's fine. I just want to open them at home and put the cakes in for him. She said no. That was plane plane plane rude. She didn't even look at me when I spoke she was working with ribbons. Ok really? You can't give me a box or tell Me it would cost something for the box. You need to be rude and that was my first time there. I guess I'll stick to my baskin robbin cakes. At least I know what I'm getting with a box and I know the customer service is waaaaY better. We have enough rudeness in the world. Come on people when do we start being kind?? There are too many darn places here in Valencia who are willing to help and still provide kind customer service that we can go to and appreciate your business. The employees are very welcoming and helpful, but not pushy and the shop is filled with adorable party/wedding supplies and a delicious aroma. They offer samples to try and have many budnt cakes in various sizes ready for purchase or to order in advance. I wanted a variety so I got 6 of the small ($4.95) cakes...cinnamon, pecan praline, pumpkin, red velvet, chocolate chocolate chip, and lemon. The icing is delicious and would make liver taste good so you really can't go wrong with any flavor you choose. I enjoy the cakes but the customer service and quality of employees is lacking. I've experienced this disappointment in employees twice. First, the website had said delivery was available, but when I asked about it, it turns out delivery was /is very limited. I was really trying to coordinate a surprise for my daughter and the employees were not helpful in any way.. It was frustrating, but I still continued to go in very frequently (at least a few times a month) to buy cakes. The next time (July 2021) was with an employee who is obviously a social Justice warrior (blond /white and colored green or purple hair) who thinks she has the right to treat customers like crap. This was my first time coming to this business. I asked for 2 dozen random assorted but majority needing to be red velvet. The cashier said you want 2 bundtlet bundles assuming I knew what that was. I asked if that was a dozen and she said yes giving an attitude. She then asked for what flavors and I said random assorted but majority red velvet. She then asked for quantities and I said 6 red velvet and random assorted. She then put 6 confetti, 6 red velvet, 6 strawberries and cream, and 6 white white chocolate raspberry on the order. I looked in the display case and saw 10 flavors. I asked you're going to give me assorted flavors cause I see 10 and Ashley replied yes. I get my order assuming I have assorted flavors. I get home and look at my order and I see what she put on the receipt. I am so dissatisfied with Ashley and this establishment that I will most likely never shop with nothing bundt cakes, and it felt like she did not want to serve me. I simply can't make up my mind - is this place nothing BUNDT a blessing or a curse??? This is one of those spots that I secretly patrol and hope no one knows about... Bought my little girl's birthday cake from here and it was a big hit! Call in your order a head of time so you don't have to wait. The cakes are really rich and almost creamy so you don't need to buy a really big cake to win over your guests. The frosting is good enough to eat alone. Super yummy, moist and delicious Bundt cakes!!! The frosting is to die for! The cakes are perfectly frosted you would never want to put a plant in the middle of it. They even have a gluten-free cake. It's a gluten-free chocolate chip and I have to say it's absolutely delicious! The bundtlets are rad and are 1 to 2 servings. The cakes come in very different sizes and serve a multitude of people. And they even have little teeny tiny bundtinis which would be comparable to a cupcake. You can't go wrong with this place. Plus the owners are totally amazing. Tonight we drove by hoping they were open and voila! They were! Well, kind of. We actually got there a little bit after closing (6 PM, Saturday night). Even though they were technically closed, Zach and his wife (didn't catch her name) welcomed us in and walked us through some of the flavors and sizes they offered. He asked us if we had anything in mind, and of course, we said chocolate. We took home a 1-2 serving bundt perfectly named Chocolate Chocolate Chip. It almost didn't make it home, we had to taste it in the car. It was quite delicious. Perfectly sweet with just the right amount of icing. I believe the icing had cream cheese goodness in it, but, I could be wrong. Either way, it was tasty. For sure we'll be back to possibly try other flavors (LOVE chocolate, might have to stick with the chocolate chocolate chip). I definitely recommend trying this place out. I look forward to getting to know this place a little bit better, and finding out what kind of ingredients they use. From the Nothing Bundt Cakes website, they state they use high quality ingredients, so I'm hoping that high fructose corn syrup isn't a part of their ingredient list. My 4 star rating may change to a 5 once I find out the ingredient list. Enjoy! read more

My daughter got her free birthday Bundtlet email and was excited to go pick it up and take it home. We called to see what their hours were and if they were doing walk in pick up or if we had to order online for curbside service. The woman on the phone yelled at my husband that they weren't taking any more orders...it's two days before Mother's Day and they aren't accepting any more orders. Not my daughters fault for having a May birthday, but do you really have to yell and be so rude? The emails they are sending out for the birthday cakes are the same ones they always send, with no store information saying you must "reserve" your cake. Also, good luck getting there during their very short business hours...been there several times when we've wanted cake and they are closed. The orders are always ready on time (if you order online) and the people inside are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They gave great suggestions for whatever type of event you're looking to get a cake for and I will definitely be back in the future. The employees here came straight from Candyland. They are all SOOO NICE. Freakishly nice, which I absolutely love. They are friendly and informative and make sure you leave satisfied. The featured flavors are always awesome!! They currently have pumpkin spice which is amazzzinngg. My favorite is lemon and chocolate chocolatey chip. They recommend you take your bundt cake/ bundtinis out of refrigerator two hours before serving but I like to leave mine out and enjoy room temperature because only then is it "melt in your mouth soft"- so soft- so so soft. You order online then after choosing your time you pick it up. If there's a line they have markers on the floor for social distancing. They'll bring out your order and boom, you're out of there. We would go to nothing bundt cakes for everything... birthdays, holidays, to get treats for teachers, the list goes on. But we will NEVER again be buying bundt cakes from here. Went in to buy some classic vanilla, was charged, was handed the bag, and then was told that they couldn't sell them to me. I needed to pick a different flavor to swap it for. I went specifically for classic vanilla. I didn't want another flavor. Then was given attitude to have my card refunded. Because did I mention that I was charged and handed the bag? Finally got my card refunded but could not be given an answer why I couldn't buy the bundt cakes. The manager couldn't be bothered to come out of the back of the store to tell me anything. Delicious cakes!!! These are my wife's favorite cakes and they make great little appreciation gifts. Everything is great, can't go wrong with any choice! Side note: Only problem with this location is they don't stay open long enough for you to stop in after dinner and pick some up! Multiple times we've stopped in and been disappointed with a closed sign, the other stores in the parking lot are open so I'm left to think it's just their business practice. The ONLY reason I gave this 1 star is because of the odd customer service I just experienced. I honestly wish I would have kept the receipt so I could have gotten the name, but I came in a little bit after 5pm on the 5th of Nov and I think I remember her having blonde hair. When I walked in I noticed I wasn't greeted at all. That's fine. It's almost closing time for them I get it, but a few moments later, a mother and daughter come in as well as another customer and they're greated warmly. I found that odd. I then quickly ordered my cake and when I went to pay, ( I gave the card to her in her hand) I reached for my card and she slaps it on the table and tells me in a cold manner to sign the other receipt. I thought that maybe it was all in my head, but as I'm signing the paper, she had already walked over to join in on the conversation the other cashier was having with another customer. She was VERY warm an inviting to them. I just left very confused. As a person that works in the food industry as well, I understand the importance of great customer service and the impression it can leave on not only the store, but the company. Let's just say it left an odd unwelcoming taste. :/ I also understand that there are times where you're not on your A game or you simply do not want to be there and I get that as well. What's not fine is taking that out on customers, more importantly picking and choosing who to be welcoming to. I LOVE these cakes, especially the confetti cake, but I'm not going to go where I'm not wanted and she made it pretty clear that I shouldn't be there. She was soo nice and super helpful, as it was my first time there. Once I told her I was looking for something for my son 4th birthday, she went above and beyond to get me a mini bunt cake, wrapped it with a bow in a birthday package and I even went out of her way to help me find a "sparkler" #4 birthday candle. She was so nice and delightful, she made very first visit beyond pleasant!
