What can I say, I LOVE the bundlet's very much! Regardless of the flavor, I am a huge fan. This shop is small but it does the job it was meant to do which is to lure customers in and once inside, you are hooked like a fish at sea. My Little Pony, My Little Pony Friendship is magic! Magical customer service! Usually when you call right before a place closes you get the short end of the stick. But I was helped out greatly even if the clock went over closing time, I even had to give my wife the phone so she could select the cake design. We ordered and paid over the phone for pick up the next morning. They text you your order number once it's paid and pick up is a breeze. Just let them know your name and wala, the cake will appear in your hand like magic. They have some nice music playing while you wait. I came in on my birthday to pick up my birthday reward. When I walked in there was no one to be seen. After a few minutes an employee walked in from the back. I greeted her and she asked me what I needed. I let her know I wanted to redeem my birthday reward and that is when her attitude changed, not that she had been super eager to help in the first place though. She asked me if that was all I wanted and then asked me what flavor. I let her know, she didn't really speak to me after that but I could see she didn't look pleased. She passive aggressively bagged my item and left it on the counter for me to grab before she headed back to the back. I think the nothing bundt cakes from here are delicious we order them for birthdays often. That being said I have never been greeted with service like this before. I have a tote bag I bought on this location when they first opened. I was going to use it today and I wanted to do two transactions. I called early morning at 9:07 am and speak to a woman. She was very friendly and I asked her if this is possible. She said yes, so I had my husband go in after work around 430 in the afternoon but when Matt assisted him, he was told he can only do one. This is so frustrating since there are other near locations (two locations to be exact) near us and we did call just now after this encounter and confirmed that this is unlimited you can get as many as you want as long as you do different transactions. Please get your information straight so to avoid confusion. We should've gone to a nearby location instead of going out of our way just to go here (since we bought the bag there). Also, another thing is that we didn't ask for a lot we just ask if we can do two transactions, I don't know why they have to make it hard. Please next time either train your employees to say both things in the morning and in the evening so this will not be happening again. read more

First time ordering Bundts cake , ordered for my moms 78 th birthday event. $63.00 ... my mom wanted to try one as I did too and family. Order my cake by phone 4 hours prior . At 6:00 pm I pre-ordered an 8" White Chocolate Raspberry bundt cake as well as an Oreo bundtlet and a Red Velvet bundtlet for pick up at 6:30 pm. The bakery closes at 7:00 pm. I requested that the cake be kept chilled as it would not be eaten within the suggested 3 hour time period. When we arrived, there were three young women standing behind the counter. They took a second to finish their conversation and greeted us. I let them know we had a pick up order. One of the young ladies goes over to counter but is stopped by her coworker who states she has our order in the back. She brings out our order, the bundtlets are stacked in a brown paper bag and the 8" is in the standard box. My husband and I take the cakes home, put the 8l in the refrigerator to have the next morning and eat our bundtlets. Let me lead with saying we did nothing to the cakes outside of transporting them from the bakery to our home. My husband opens the cake box this morning to find this. It appears they just grabbed a cake they had on display and boxed it up. Now this may not seem to be a big deal because it was a cake we planned to have at home, but if this was a cake we purchased for someone else for an event, this looks extremely bad. Shame on you Nothing Bundt Cakes for providing something like this. I paid $34 for a cake and as a paying customer did not deserve to receive something of such low quality. If this is to be expected for a late order, I would rather have been notified ahead of time; either way this is not how one should provide service. read more

Open during the 'Stay-At-Home' order for curbside pickup and delivery. As a caring member of the community, I purchased a dozen bundtlets so I can try most of the flavors and share my thoughts with everyone. A dozen bundtlets is $51 which will save you about 75 cents off each bundtlet (regularly $4.99). Generally, these bundlets are super moist and I personally feel there's more cream cheese frosting that I need BUT I'm not complaining. I rather have more than I need than not enough. Plus, husband eats what I don't. These are my taste buds' thoughts on the bundtlets, I'm just the messenger: Carrot - I love carrot cake and this one is on the top of my list for being the best. However, I'm meh about the pineapple that's baked into it. If I had a choice, I could do without but regardless, it's still delicious. Chocolate Chocolate Chip - I'm not a huge chocolate cake fan but this one is SO GOOD. Moist chocolate cake with chocolate chips inside. Confetti - This was okay for me. It's a vanilla cake with sprinkles. I would prefer a flavored cake. Lemon - SOOOO good I could cry. If you love lemon bars, this one is for you. Marble - This was okay for me too.
