The food is good if you are looking for heavy, carb loaded meals drenched in cream sauce, cheese, dressings, or butter. Most everything is calorie laden. My BBQ salad had added soggy onion straws all over it, as if about a half gallon of dressing wasn't enough. The place is open and airy. Seating can accommodate groups well. Noodles serves fountain drinks, a nice variety of teas, and bottled beer and wine. This place is probably great for the 8th grade baseball team or your sorority sister who just got jilted and wants some comfort food. Save your money and time, this place is terrible. I had dinner here last night with my family and it wasn't edible. Looking over the menu nothing really stood out to me so I opted for a salad. I ordered the Asian salad, sounded pretty appetizing in the description and lets be honest, normally you cant mess up a salad. WRONG. The salad came out quickly and it looked fabulous but no it didn't taste fabulous. It was about 30% cilantro which seems odd considering this was an Asian salad not Mexican. It had zero flavor at all, and my lettuce was floating in a bowl of water. Not edible by a long shot, I wouldn't feed this to my cat. I had lost my appetite at this point. I told the waitress it was terrible and floating in water and I didn't want it, so please take it away. The manager comes out shortly after and asked what was wrong with the salad, with a very sour look on his face. I would have never thought he was a manager. Zero manners. After telling him what was wrong, he offered to bring me some other kind of salad with chicken and said it was the 'most popular' , I said no thank you, I didn't want any more food and had lost my appetite. He literally said "OK." And walked away. No, I didn't not want another nasty, watery salad, and honestly I didn't want a gift card because I forsure will never be back, but he didn't even say he was sorry or offer me my money back. He just walked away. So, no dinner for me. I went to bed hungry last night and money down the drain. Avoid this place, it isn't clean, the employees look like they are in misery, and the manager apparently doesn't care if your food is good or not. Pitiful. read more

Nothing but Noodles is perfect predictable food. When you need carbs they deliver them. Man friend gets buttered noodles or the pesto noodles while my go to's are spicy Japanese noodles, Pad Thai, or Southwest chipotle noodles. We do call ahead. It's always ready when they say it will be and super hot! As in be careful don't put it on your lap you will get burned. Also they are part of Delta's and Southwest's rewards program. So we earn miles/point while not having to cook. It's a happy situation. read more

I visited this location as part of a Yelp event on a Tuesday evening. We were greeted with smiling faces. The staff prepared potstickers and brownies for us to nibble on. Both soooo delicious. The service is always good, food comes quickly, and the taste is always consistent. The Spicy Cajun Pasta or Mac and Cheese is very delicious and it comes vegetarian but you can add chicken or other meat. Great to-go experience. Easily ordered over the phone with a really friendly employee who answered any questions I had as I was someone who had not been there before. When I got there, I walked right up to the pick up counter where a friendly face was there to greet me, take my payment, and get my bag of food. I had asked for two containers of dressing and when I checked the bag for accuracy (a MUST DO when taking food out from any place) I was delighted to see that they had included four containers of dressing! Well done. My beef stroganoff was great (I may ask for a little more sauce if I get it again) and my wife loved her cranberry salad with added grilled chicken. Overall this was a great to go experience and I recommend it, especially if you are trying to please several tastes. Service was poor quality tonight. We ordered stuffed shells, chicken parm, and an appetizer. The appetizer and chicken parm came. They said nothing to us and didn't take our number. I got the Southwest Chipotle pasta which honestly knocked my socks off. I'm only giving 3 stars because it costs $9 after tax for a moderately-sized pasta dish (the dish looks large when you look at it, but it is a plate with no depth) with no meat on it. To add chicken is another $3 ish dollars, which takes Nothing But Noodles out of a casual-evening-dinner-on-a-study-break price bracket and places it into a rarer-occasion/treat price bracket. Since the atmosphere is one of a fast food restaurant but the price is one of a sit-down restaurant, I have not found the appropriate occasion to return. read more

The name of the place is a little deceptive--after all, there are no noodles in the Thai Lettuce Wraps. (Try them for a low carb meal). The reason I don't give it 4 stars is bcz it has a fast food feel to it (much like panera) and I stood in front of the cashier as she turned and walked away from me and never looked back. It's hard to believe she didn't know I was coming considering there is a door bell that alerts the every time the door opens. She turned and walked away- never to look back to see that I was standing there ready to place my order. I stood there for what felt like forever, but I'm sure was likely about 60 seconds when a nice woman walks out of the office and proceeds to take my order. I asked her for recommendations and she offered one from all the different cuisines - Asian, American, and Italian. I decided to try the spicy chipotle with chicken. I asked for extra cheese and bread and once I got my food, I quickly realized that I probably would have been fine without the extras. The portion was very generous. I've been pretty pleased coming here. Since I generally eat vegetarian, I can't comment on the meat, but the veggies are usually fresh and the pasta adequately cooked. The menu could probably expand slightly without becoming unwieldy, but is satisfactory, and the prices are appropriate. As anyone with sense can grasp, it has too many carbs for me to come frequently, but it's a nice quick grab before a night out, especially if picky eaters are joining. The Nothing But Noodles in my neighborhood in AZ closed and I was thrilled to find this one while on vacation in AL as I have always liked their food. What a disappointment! We ordered the Asian chicken salad and the spicy cucumber. Both were very watered down. Either the lettuce wasn't dry before they put it together or the dressing (way too much of it!) had been put on well in advance and the salad had been sitting somewhere. Either way it was yuck.
