We stopped here after going to Hollywood Feed and after buying dog food, we wanted people food! They have a lot of great vegetarian options so that always makes me happy to see! It's a quick service restaurant where you place your order at the counter, are given a number, and they bring your food to you. They have every kind of noodle cuisine whether you want American mac 'n cheese, Asian, Italian, Cajun, etc. Their portions are much larger than we expected them to be as well so it's a good value for what you get. My husband ordered the Asian Salad and it was much bigger than he expected so he gladly shared it with me (nice husband). He also got the Thai Lettuce Wraps and enjoyed it. The lettuce was fresh and crisp and the chicken very flavorful. I had the Sesame Lo Mein with tofu and enjoyed it as well. It was full of veggies that were fresh, the seasoning perfect and the tofu cooked just right. I'm sure most of the sauces are probably pre-prepared, but for a quick service type of restaurant, the food is reasonably priced and tasty. I'm sure we'll be back! read more

Literally a restaurant that serves 30+ types of noodles (maybe im exaggerating but not really). My exposure to nothing but noodles 9/10 were from catering for meetings and such (which is an excellent option!). I came in (before the covid-19 took over) and dined with a friend of mine. The menu seems overwhelming at first but I live the diversity of the noodles (where it is not just Italian style, which is not my fave. Don't kill me!). Also, their spicy flavors were ACTUALLY spicy which makes me happy and satisfied my taste buds. My favorites were the Spicy Cajun Chicken noodles. The pad thai, and the something fiesta. My boyfriend's favorite was the one with Pesto in it which was surprising because he doesn't eat anything that looks green... but he said this was extremely fresh tasting and light even tho it was all noodles. This has become my dinner go-to. I love how quick and fresh the food tastes, and I also appreciate the fact that I can order anything to be vegetarian-friendly. The customer service is truly wonderful, and I can't think of a time that a mistake was not immediately corrected. My favorite dishes to order: the Spicy Cajun Pasta + Tofu AND the Sesame Lo Mein with Tofu. Jasper, my fiance, usually orders the Shrimp Scampi, but often experiments with different things on the menu. We like sharing a half salad (it's actually plenty for us, split evenly)--the Pear and Spinach is delicious and refreshing, but the Asian Salad is also great for a day when you want something slightly different (the crunchy noodles + Napa cabbage gives it a wonderful texture). All in all, I really appreciate the fact that each visit to this place can hold something a little different because of the variety of noodle dishes. Love, love this place. This was the worst food I have paid for in awhile. I ordered chicken parmesan. The noodles were hot but the chicken was cold and soggy. The breadstick was also cold. When questioning the manager I was asked if I had I ever ordered this dish before from here. When I stated I had never eaten here before I was basically told that this is how they prepare their dish. My first visit, i was pretty plane and chose the american option of cajun chicken with chipotle peppers. i added chicken to this order and two breadsticks which brought my order to nearly $14 with tax included. NBN is my go-to after church on Sundays when I don't know what I want. The portions are large, and I almost always leave with leftovers. I stick with the Santa Fe pasta, which is absolutely fantastic. Spicy, creamy, and the little baby breadstick they give you is so good. I get an extra side because I obviously need a side of carbs with my pasta. They also have an amazing selection of tea. Located in the same shopping plaza as Whole Foods on Hwy 280, the wife and I had the pleasure of checking Nothing but Noodles out this past weekend with some friends, and were pretty impressed with the food here! As the name suggests, the main offering consists of noodles; but the variety of noodle dishes available dispels any notions that one would become bored with the place quickly (or at all - check out the menu on their website). There's pretty much something for everyone - Italian-centric options such as Marinara or Margherita pasta, Asian-based offerings like Thai Peanut (which I tried, and was delicious) and Sesame Lo Mein, "Specialty" dishes like Chicken Pomodoro, and even kid-attractions like Mac & Cheese. And with each noodle dish you have the option of including meat to add even more to the flavor and portion. For those hoping for something besides noodles, look no further - appetizers (such as Potstickers or Mozzerella cheese-stuffed breadsticks [which are great]) and desserts are available if you're so inclined (and are not immediately drawn to "Yogurt Mountain" several hundred footsteps away, in the same plaza [just a heads-up]). And as far as beverages are concerned, beer is offered as well as several fountain drinks and several varieties of teas. Just left this place. We had my daughters birthday supper. 10 of us. My daughter got a nasty salad and just could not eat it. 10+ dollars. She said it was just full of water. I told the girl who works there. And the manager came out. He offered her another salad she said no thank you , that salad messed up my appetite, he didn't ever offer her her money back or a gift certificate for next time. We dined here on a Local Flavor coupon again last week and the food is really good and dependable. One diner had the lobster ravioli and declared it heavenly-lots of gooey cheese over a slightly spicy sauce with three very large ravioli. The other diner had the capellini primavera and was completely satisfied with the meatless dish. There were lots of veggies (even though the photo doesn't show the broccoli and yellow squash.) I've been many times to this location and the food is always good. It's nothing fancy. Fast casual dining with a wide variety of options and types of noodles to choose from. I also enjoy getting the Santa Fe noodles (slightly spicy). I would say no matter what kind of food you order, you must get the bread sticks (they come with some of the dishes but not the Asian meals). They are soft with just a hint of garlic. If you love pasta like I do, this place will be one of your favorites. They have so many different types to choose from. Thai, Italian, Chicken Noodle, etc. My favorite one so far is the Basil Pesto pasta! You can add meat to any of them. I chose not to, but it would have been amazing with chicken! My goal is to try everything on the menu. There is a huge menu on the wall as soon as you walk in, away from the front counter, so you don't feel rushed when trying to decide which kind of pasta you want. You get a TON for how much you pay. I got the pad Thai noodles with tofu. The flavor was food but my tofu was burnt. We also got the Shanghai noodles and that was tasty. It was sweet and sour, a little too sweet for me but overall good. The food portions are big. I should have shared with my son. Overall, the food was good. I think any restaurant that serves multicultural foods is always going to have multiple levels of criticism. If you come here expecting that you won't get authentic pasta, Asian noodles, or American dishes, then you might fair well. Otherwise, their food is mainly all carbs, all grease, with maybe some room for actual flavor. At a catering event provided to the pharmacists in my department, I got to sample everything and we all felt our heart gained a pound afterwards and it was difficult to breathe. Both meals were good and I saw at least five other orders go out that all looked appetizing, including the salads. Only downside I would say is that the sauce to pasta ratio was heavy on the sauce, I would've preferred less sauce or more pasta. Other thing is the shanghai noodles came in a bowl, southwest pasta on a plate, would've preferred the southwest in a bowl again because so much thin sauce made it difficult to scoop it all up. I was a little disappointed, the noodles themselves were a bit oily so with the addition of it sauce it made the oily consistency worse. I have tried making my own dish and even doing a suggested pairings dish, but was let down. I first tried N.B.N. in Huntsville, and was excited to find out they were coming to Birmingham. The food is always great and comes out fast, and with their HUGE menu, it has something for everyone. My go-to meal is the beef stroganoff with mushrooms. Portion sizes are plentiful, though I do wish they'd give more than just one breadstick to go with the meals. It's great pasta served fast. In the past, my meals have been awesome, but this time, I ordered the eggplant Parmesan and was disappointed. For a meal that is supposed to be "eggplant", there was very little eggplant- only 2 thin slices with a massive plate of noodles. I eat here almost every week, and its one of my favorite spots. I've been coming since they first opened. Tonight though, i ordered my usual, but with extra cheese. I drove all the way home to realize they forgot to put any cheese on it. No big deal, right? I drove back brought my order in to show them. I had been gone no longer than 10 minutes. First thing the little girl at the front asked was "well where's your reciept?". I let her know it was in my car and id have no problem getting it, but they were not busy and she knew exactly who i was. I finally get her to start putting CHEESE in a TINY container. Still wasnt enough. So i asked for another one. When i tell you every single person behind the counter gave me a nasty look, i mean everyone. I have never felt so humiliated asking for cheese in my entire life. I mean its cheese, is it really gonna break the bank? This is my FAVORITE spot. It's quick and delicious and very local to my house. I'll be hesitant to eat here again. I think ill just have to find a new spot close to home. I'm just very sad and disappointed. My recommendation to the manager would be some employee customer service training. I work in the food industry and if my team looked at a customer or treated a customer like that, they would get the boot. I called the manager and he was very apologetic but that same energy should have been there with his staff. Worst experience ive had eating out in a very long time.
