This is an EXCELLENT fine-dining vegan eatery. This was such a delicious treat and experience to have in Banff. We went one night for dinner and another night we came back for dessert. As a big ravioli enthusiast, I was amazed by the delicious and creative approach to the vegan ravioli, loved the strawberry!! And my husband really enjoyed the ramen. We got vegan ice cream one night and the chocolate raspberry cup another night, highly recommend! Service was smooth and quick, the staff are friendly and kind. What a view to eat outside and be surrounded by the mountains.

This was a flavorful, somewhat fusion ramen. The broth was definitely good, but not quite a traditional Japanese shoyu taste if that's what you're expecting. But it works really well! The weather was also amazing and sitting outside in front of the mountains... that experience is hard to top.

This was the only fully vegetarian spot we found in Banff--though not entirely vegan, as they serve eggs and dairy, most dishes can be made vegan. The host mentioned it could be hard to get a table in the evening, but we decided to try our luck. Even though the place was almost full, we didn't have to wait at all. The staff was incredibly friendly and walked us through all the specials. We ordered the Watermelon Sugar High and the Green Tea Gin and Tonic--both were excellent. For food, we tried the ramen, which was a bit underwhelming, and the wild mushroom ravioli, which was much better. Overall, I'd recommend this place for the wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options and the warm, accommodating service, though the food itself was more on the average side.

Service: amazing Ambiance: casual and cool Food: 1) world famous Nachos: it was ok 2) kimchi burger: no kimchi flavors - patty was hard and tasted more like potato, sweet chili dressing and side of fries were the best part 3) tempura broccoli: it came highly recommended by our waitress but it was essentially broccoli drenched in chickpea flour with too much carom seeds. The final product was very drying and oily. I would skip this place for the above items, maybe something else might be good, but I haven't tried them.

Omelette and potatoes. The potatoes were awesome, the omelette really good despite being meatless.

I'm pretty much a carnivore, so I was skeptical about having brunch here, but it turned out well. Service was good, the outside patio was a great place to eat, and most importantly the food was yummy! I had an omelette with cheese and mushrooms, which was good, but the best part was the potatoes - each cube was slightly crunchy on the outside and melty on the inside.

Came here for cocktails and olives. Love the big green olives, served warm - has pits. The menu no longer had the one I wanted but once I mentioned this to the bartender he said he could make it as they have the old recipes! - Kyoto Sunrise 12/10 best cocktail in town. Anti-everything - 8/10 Gone south - 10/10, was really surprised how much I liked this one too. In the weeds - me 6/10, boyfriend 9/10 wayyy to strong flavor for me but i admit very unique taste.

Half restaurant half bar? Either way, the service was very friendly & the food was good. It's all vegetarian or vegan but there are so many options. The portions were also very generous. I had the kimchi burger & it was very flavorful, which I think mostly comes from all the sauces they have to use. My friend & I shared the poutine & it had a little twist to it.

Busy Skijoring weekend in Banff. The folks couldn't have been more pleasant under the conditions. The ambiance is groove and the food to match.

We arrived around 8pm for dinner on June 9th. While most of the staff were friendly, there was one waitress (wearing all black, backwards cap & pigtails, & a gruff voice) who made it very unpleasant for us. I thought she might be playing real life diner dash because she performed drive-by service (asking us and other tables "Is the food good?" While walking fast and we barely had time to answer). When we mentioned to her that the mushroom ravioli was undercooked and pointed out the white hard bit of pasta that hadn't been cooked, she said "I'll see what I can do" and stepped inside for half a second before coming back to our table and saying, "No, nothing I can do sooorrry." It made us question whether she was wanted to create the illusion that she was doing something about it. After that, without even telling us, she stopped serving us and another waiter began to serve us. It was so bizarre. The food itself was OK. We wanted to support a vegan/ vegetarian restaurant but the experience left a bad taste in our mouth.

Lovely place! Enjoyed tasty vegan menu items sitting outside under and umbrella whilst people watching. Staff is super cool!!!!!!! Kimchi vegan burger is dynamite. Vegan poutine was nice. Many vegan options- all are good! MUST GO HERE!

I came here for a nice birthday lunch and it was such a wonderful meal. The ambiance here is wonderful with all of the unique lighting and fantastic music. We ordered several appetizers including the gyoza, hummus plate and nachos. They were all so good but I really loved the vegan nachos! For my main course I had the ramen salad with tofu and it was wholesome, refreshing and tasty. Even though we all gorged ourselves, we all felt amazing after! Vegan food is always so satisfying and the food at nourish is especially satisfying and leaves you feeling revitalized afterwards. Our server was very kind, down to earth and offered great hiking suggestions. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, whether you're vegan or not!

The ravioli was exquisite. Loved the food and the friendly service. King Kong noodles were great on a chilly rainy evening.

By the time we were ready, it took a while to find someone to take our order. The most wanted item is sold out, a fact that they told us upon ordering. Will be appreciated if we know ahead of time so we have more time to consider 'back up item'. There was a table beside us (came after us) who also discussed about ordering same sold-out items, and I was very tempted to tell them that it's sold out. But I figure it's not my place to say because the restaurant must have its own reason for NOT telling this upfront!!?????!! Ordered pork belly skewer , shiitake skewer, shrimp in spicy peanut sauce, and aburi salmon handroll, miso creme brulee. Best items are the shrimp with spicy peanut sauce, and miso creme brulee. Just wow!! For the rest: -If u have eaten shiitake before (at home for example) , u know nothing can go wrong with shiitake as it's already flavorful in its own (safe choice). -Pork belly has good flavor but kinda too fatty (it is a totally different style from the one I usually eat at other places). -Aburi salmon handroll doesnt taste like aburi at all. Just normal handroll basically. Nth special. It was my friend's birthday, we asked if they hv noodle (considering we were farrr from home) and they said it's only available during lunch (which is understandable), but then nth else was done to help celebrate this moment when they hear this fact (simple smile or simple 'happy birthday' could be a gift in its own). Overall, food-wise, we agree on best item and that this place is kinda meh (in terms of food selection and feels like very few 'flavor-worthed' ones).

For starters, a fan fell off the wall and hit a customers head. The staff did nothing about it. Okay, wasn't my experience but I'd feel unsafe sitting near those things. The ramen itself was underwhelming as far as flavor goes. Maybe I'm spoiled getting ramen around Convoy in San Diego. The broth was just okay, the pork was just okay, the noodle were just okay. Nothing really stood out. The pork gyoza did have a nice crisp to it, and was probably my favor part of the meal. Personally, I would not go back, and I would not recommend it. We also tried the arashi ramen, which had a classic tonkotsu flavor. The noodles were al dente, and the broths were flavorful without being overly rich or heavy. Dishes are all single notes that don't maintain interest. Above all else, our server Sidd was surprisingly inattentive. Initially, he seemed to be helpful with his service and input, but moments later, his attention seemed to reach a cliff. He seemed far more interested in hanging out by the pass and talking to coworkers than ensuring tables are tended to and water was filled in the fairly-empty restaurant.
