We ordered Sourdough Tartine-2 poached eggs, Fol Epi sourdough, cashew cheese, broccoli, romesco, served with greens and added homemade sausage. It was really flavorful and delicious!! Great combo!! The sausage was also very juicy and tasted yummy. We also got the honey rooibos vanilla latte and sweet and salty latte. And both drinks were great!! Such a wonderful place! We had the pork dinner and a lingcod dinner - pork belly and tuna tataki were our starters. We tried all the desserts - cheesecake, chocolate cake and lemon tart. Nourish is the definition of solid. Breakfast/brunch menu was slim; sometimes this is okay if a restaurant knows its top hitters and wants to make it easier for customers to decide. However, at Nourish today I just felt the breakfast menu didn't offer much. I had the grain bowl which wasn't terrible. My daughters had the pancakes which were delicious. This was my first stop on my Victoria trip! It's very close to the clipper terminal. It's located in a cute, heritage Victoria home. It seemed pretty busy when I got there around 11, but there were still few tables available. There was a line outside when I left around 12. I got the grain bowl and iced latte. The bowl was truly nourishing with lots of healthy yet flavorful grains and vegetables. I wish there was more of the tahini sauce. They offer a lot of vegan substitutions. For over a decade, Nourish has been serving up amazing food! We ordered the 1/2 Golden Benny and 1/2 Sleeping Beauty Pancakes. Both were delicious!!! The service was great and funny too! We all had a blast! It's not easy accommodating a nine top but they did it with ease. Dinning area was bright and clean, they also included great conversation cards that we all participated in while we waited for our food. Lots of vegan options also. This was my first time here, and it didn't disappoint. We had a great experience. Nourish is a must for brunch in Victoria! First off, it's located inside a cute heritage house! The host was very friendly and provided great service. They also have a cafe if you want to get some coffee/tea and baked goods to go on the other side, and some amazing stuffs to buy as well. It's pretty cool. They also have a library or a space for you to work or chill upstairs. The golden vegan Benny was delicious and packed with tons of greens and flavours. The cashew hollandaise blew my mind! Highly recommend! I also heard that they're also now doing dinner service from Thursdays to Sundays which is interesting. We shall return. read more

Amazing place for brunch in Victoria. We came here around 9:30am on a Saturday morning and there was already a lineup by the time we got there but as a table of 2, the line moved fairly quickly. By the time we finished eating, the lineup was about the same so I think they try to have quick turnover once a table is finished eating. Unfortunately they do not take reservations so lining up is the only way to go (at least for the weekend, did not ask about weekdays). We got the Sweet and Salty Latte with oat milk and it was oh so delicious! We then got one order of the Sleeping Beauty Pancakes and one order of the Golden Benny to share (rather than 2 orders of the half and half) and they were so worth it! The ingredients were extremely fresh and mixed well with each other. What I appreciated the most was it was not too heavy. Such a perfect place for brunch, would highly recommend! read more

The epitome of topnotch, all around! Very friendly wait staff - they were slammed when we arrived but they greeted us immediately and let us know they'd be with us shortly. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and felt very healthy and satiating. The bread was so good, we ordered an extra side - it came out piping hot, fresh from the oven! I was a bit apprehensive about the beetroot powder and sea salt but the powder was looked like it was more for presentation, and I couldn't taste the sea salt (I don't like sea salt chocolate). I really enjoyed this as well. Adventure Plate Damn. . . The presentation for this dish was great. The seedy toast, cashew cream, and mushroom walnut pate was amazing. I can also eat the seedy toast by itself as a snack. The fermented veggie was also nice, especially the carrots. Some of the veggies like the mushrooms had too much vinegar in my opinion but that was the only downside. The service was also nice. Sleeping Beauty Pancake Just the right amount of sweetness, great compote, and unique pancake that had a banana bread texture more than a typical pancake texture. It was great. I finally tried my parents' favorite neighborhood brunch spot. Warning: This is not your traditional brunch café--much healthier options--but I totally think there's something for everyone, and they do have awesome meat (despite being a vegetarian restaurant)! I absolutely love the location (right on the harbor); it's an old house they've redone, with seating upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs can get a little hot by the window, but they're super flexible and accommodating if you need to move. I love the fresh juices they make--they're super unique. And honestly, they have the best bacon and sausage I've ever had. My favorite juice is the Good Life Fight Club Juice: ginger, orange, lemon, oil of oregano, and cayenne. I usually get poached eggs and sausage without grains since I'm allergic to quinoa and flax, but found out they have the most amazing seed-free sourdough ever, I was delighted! You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I'll definitely add this to my Victoria brunch rotation. Also, didn't have to wait as long compared to most places either! read more

Minus one star for the small portions they seem to be dishing out lately. We used to leave full, but now we both leave slightly hungry still and even the syrup on the pancake is lacking. At $19 per plate, I don't think we should be leaving hungry. However, size rant aside, this place serves fresh, delicious foods and the Dirty Turmeric Chai latte is awesome. My husband and I are on our honeymoon in Victoria and SO happy we came here this morning. We wanted an outside table and waited about 30 mins; so worth it. The hostess was very attentive/communicative and kept checking on tables' progress to let us know how much longer we could expect to wait. First time visit on a Saturday Morning and I couldn't recommend Nourish more. Be prepared for it to be busy during brunch hours, probably best to get there right when they open (or a bit before). They were checking covid vaccination cards and following standard procedures-awesome! All the staff were lovely and the food was perfect, (make sure you try the buckwheat seedy toast).
