NOVA Auto Glass was a no-show, texting--at the time of the appointment--to ask about rescheduling. Hours later, after a couple of texts asking for a status update, I got an apology and invitation to reschedule, so we rescheduled for the next day and, again, confirmed a time via text. NOVA Auto Glass AGAIN no-showed, didn't respond to my text messages asking for an update, and I haven't heard anything since. I had to take it to a real windshield repair shop where they confirmed he Used the wrong windshield. He used no primer. And there were huge 6" gaps in the sealant. This guy needs to be sued. Marcus is an absolute professional that delivers on what he says. I don't usually write reviews but felt I needed to give him credit for a job well done. My car got broken into last night, a smash and grab. As soon as I woke up this morning, I contacted the top 4 glass repair companies on Yelp. Marcus responded and asked some questions to assess my situation. He gave me a quote and we set up a time this afternoon for him to come to my residence to replace my busted window. He did a good job matching the window. The day started off very hot. I felt bad for him cause I didn't have a covered parking structure to work out of, he was completely out in the open under the scorching sun. After he took apart my door and vacuumed out the glass, the sky turned cloudy and dark. Shortly after, the thunder and rain rolled in, it started to down pour. I wanted to help, but didn't know what to do. I grabbed some towels for him, that's about it. He shut the door and continued working inside my car. He was doing the best he could in the back seat of my urban SUV (not too spacious). As soon as the rain let up, he opened the door and continued to work. Then another down pour rolled in. He went back inside and continued to work, never skipping a beat. Finally, the rain let up and he quickly finished putting the door back on. He even wiped down the inside of the car for me. Marcus responded to my request on Yelp, he came late and replaced the rear window in late evening. Since it's late in the night, I paid him and let him go quickly. Then the next morning, I found him installed the rear wiper arm in Opposite Direction! I contacted him and he said will come the next day, but he didn't show up. And he was not responding to my further inquiries after. I have to go to dealership for repair, they are shocked to see the wrongly installed wiper arm and ask who does the job. Marcus came to our home and replaced the windshield in my prized 91 Chevy pickup I purchased new. He also fixed a couple chips in the windshield on our Benz SUV. Start to finish Marcus arrived on time, was very courteous and professional, and treated our vehicles as if they were his own.
