Terrible service on their part. If you can't handle the added strain of delivery service orders then you shouldn't offer it as an option. Check the seals before you send your drink out. It's not that hard to reseal a couple of drinks.

Also had the Brown Sugar Milk Tea: I'm all for a sweet drink but even this one was too sweet for me. The brown sugar syrupy sweetness makes this drink a little thicker than the regular milk teas.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming but if you don't love ordering in person, they have a nice new kiosk where you can do everything without ever talking to a person. They have some delicious and unique options here and I love that you can personalize the drinks. The Red Bean Matcha Marble is maybe the best milk tea I have ever had. It's more like a dessert that you drink. The Thai Green Tornado with Puff Cream is a close second and more like a tea, not as thick as the matcha. The drinks here are fantastic. I will say that I upped the sweetness and the person making the drinks came out to check with me and make sure I wanted them that sweet. I would advise you to go with their recommended sweetness levels as they know what they are doing and I definitely had a sugar high after not listening. It's nice that they care about their customers and their product. There are so many other flavors I can't wait for my next visit and I highly encourage you to sop here and give them a try. Let me tell you that when I asked for the ice on the side I expected eyes rolled and attitude but it was quite the opposite. The sweet girl even suggested to get the boba on the side so it didn't harden in the refrigerator and let me tell you that I was able to actually enjoy it when I got to it because it tasted fresh and the boba was perfect. I'm very impressed with the customer service, I was not able to tip at the moment but the least I can do is leave a review and show my appreciation. I will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. It was such a good vibe for all ages. Will be back soon!
