I was so excited cause I wasn't able to find anyone to come out at the time that was convenient for me. These guys did great! I have an electric water heater in a pretty tight closet (Condos in this area, am i right? sheesh) and it wasn't putting out as much hot water as I thought it would - water went cold fast. Charlie came over found the issue was that one of the heating elements went bad. Even with the heater being in such a cramped space Charlie was able to replace the heating element (instead of having to buy a whole new water heater) and now I can soak in a HOT Epsom salt bath after a long ride instead of a tepid one. Zane arrived on time and helped sort through several different options, ultimately suggesting the approach of putting two water heaters in parallel service to supply the entire home. These guys really deserve an "A" in costumer service. A couple days ago I woke up just to find out my heater was broken. Since I take showers every morning it was a big deal for me so I gave them a call. The lady who answered my call asked me a couple questions about my heater but I didn't have any idea about where to find that information. She kindly guided me through all the labels and I was able to provide her with the information. She offered to fix it in 2 days but I couldn't wait that long so I requested an earlier appointment in case they got a cancellation. A couple hours later I got another call from her letting me know one of the technicians was on my area and he was willing to stop by my place. I couldn't be happier, especially when I found out he was working overtime just to fix my heater that same day. I couldn't be happier with them. Our old water heater progressively took longer to heat after periods of high water demand. We've had other plumbers come in and suggest acid treatment, but when it also sprung a leak, I knew it was time to change. I spoke to Trevor over the phone about replacement options, spoke to him about my previous heating problems. We have a large household, so I wanted a larger tank, which was more money, and would have required some alterations to the floor. He succinctly explained the heating costs associated with larger tanks, and heating savings when replacing to tankless, even though they're 1.5x the cost of the tanked heaters. Where I live the heating gas is cheaper than electricity, but the extra up front costs still pay off within a short time, especially with my large household water demand. And never worrying about hot water problems has been fantastic. The drilling and brazing was done professionally, they plumbed the water and gas lines outside, and attached the heater to the wall under the roof. Very satisfied. Called Now! water Heaters on Saturday afternoon and left a message about needing a replacement and the size of heater we wanted. Less than ten minutes later we were called back and scheduling up the appointment. They needed to do it early the next day on Sunday to fit us in, but with a weeks worth of laundry needing to be done, we were happy to be the early customers of the day. John arrived about ten minutes early and when we opened the garage door to give him access to the water heater location, we saw he had unloaded the replacement heater, a ladder and his tools. He got right to work and installed a new heater in about an hour and a half. He walked us through the details of our new heater and we paid him and it was done!
